Disgusting tow service. Due to an accident, I had my motorcycle towed to this awful business. They are not open on weekends but I get charged for those days which makes no sense. They said there is a $150 gate fee to open it on the weekend. I had my accident on Friday and was released Monday afternoon which I had already accumulated a hefty fee. $90/ day with a $400+ tow. What is really messed up is that my bike, something that takes no space in their yard, gets that sort of charge. Excellent service, Rico's Towing helped me get my work van out of another towing yard, the towing company that I was originally dealing with was horrible. I called Rico's towing and they showed up within 10 min, we were not able to tow the van on the first try because the other towing yard was lying about not having the vehicle registration inside the van had to come back the following day and Rico's towing responded and showed up immediately. I was told the driver with show up in 40 minutes or less. The driver did show up in less than 30 minutes he was very professional and very friendly. The price was also completely reasonable. I had the misfortune to have my car stall in a parking lot in Riverside late Friday afternoon before the Memorial Day weekend. As luck would have it, my towing service sent Rico's Towing to the rescue. Mike was the driver and knowledgeable about issues plaguing cars. He surmised the problem was probably something to do with the fuel system, possibly the fuel pump. The biggest dilemma was where to tow the car to hopefully get someone to service it so I could drive it back home on Sunday. To the rescue, Mike suggested Thomas, a mechanic at Rico's lot might be able to service the car. He called Thomas who said he would look at the car on Saturday morning and would try to fix it by Sunday. Mike, a very personable fellow, towed the car to the lot (the tow truck was very nice and clean) and on Saturday when I called Thomas, he had already determined it most likely was the fuel pump and he gave me a reasonable estimate to do the work. I told him if it was the fuel pump to go ahead and replace it. He said he would and would hopefully finish the work by the evening on Saturday, if not by Sunday around 10am. I received a call around noon on Saturday and Thomas said the car was ready! I picked it up and found that the car was great and Thomas had also called around and found the part at a better price, saving me some money! All-in-all, I would suggest Rico's for towing, maintenance, and locksmith services! Thanks for getting me safely home! read more
