Never thought I would leave a review for a tow company, but today is the day.... I was driving home from work in my Dodge truck, this is my Toy and I love it more than any of my other vehicles. I am EXTREMELY particular about it and I made sure they understood this from the get go. The dispatch lady (I forget her name) was extremely nice and gave me the play by play for the tow. Drivers name and approximately how far away he was. Excellent communication skills. The Ontario police showed up and wanted an ETA on tow arrival, I called dispatch and they said Fern was right around the corner....3 minutes later he pulled up! Now when I say this truck is my baby....that is an understatement...Fern absolutely took care of my truck and even made his truck work harder, so as to not damage mine. Fern, thank you so much for taking care of it. It meant the world to me.... Overall, this place should get unlimited stars, because from start to finish, it was an absolute pleasure working with this company. Only so she can try to make the money. Then thinks she is slick and tried to cancel my tow with AAA. What she didn't realize was I was one step ahead of her. So my car decided to die on me today as I was exiting White Ave. on the 10E. An angel helped pushed me to safety as I stalled right in the middle of the intersection. He made sure I was fine before he left me. Anyhow, to make this long ordeal short, Carlos from Summit Towing came to my rescue as well! Absolutely terrible towing company. My insurance reached out to them about taking my car to an autobody shop, they confirmed with the insurance and me but stated that they will not take timed calls which was fine they then stated that they will be able to come at 3pm when I was at work. I came home at 10pm from work to find my car still there with no contact from the company. I called again this morning and they answered telling me that they were unable to get to my call but did not give a reason or apology for their lack of communication. They spoke quite bluntly and rudely to me. I then spoke with my representative from my insurance and he was unable to get into contact with them. The insurance then called the customer service line who got in contact with them and the towing company tried to lie about recieving the claim which was recorded as accepted on the file they then stated that it was my fault and that I was creating a mess and hung up abruptly. Please save yourself time and money by going to another company for towing needs I think a pickup truck with a shoddy line would have been more productive then these people. read more
