Hit a really bad pothole and it destroyed a tire and I gave them a call and was greeted with a professional and courteous response. I was in a real jam and never used Art before. Art told me they'd be there in 15 minutes and they were exactly on time. They are real honest and fair with their price on the tow and I really can't say enough good things about Art. What he says is what he delivers. I am also very particular with my car not waiting to scratch up my wheels or damage the body with tow cables and hooks. Art was incredibly attentive to the details. He even clipped the extra section of the straps so they wouldn't fly around and hit the fender and made sure the metal sections weren't anywhere near my wheels only on the tire. Not a single scratch or scrape going up the tow truck! Normally other companies I've used, they strap it fast and drag it which makes me flinch every time, but not Art he took his time and did it right. Even after the tow he offered to air up the tire to see if it would hold so I didn't have to pull it in flat. If you need a tow, call up Art you'll be glad you did.

Team Vizcano was the real MVP of my evening a couple of weeks ago. I needed a very local tow (3 miles) and a drop off to my dealership during after hours. Team V was professional, prompt, and trustworthy all in the span of 20 minutes. I gave them my keys and they made sure my car was dropped off in the after hours service parking lot and that my keys were securely placed in the drop box for pick up by the service department. my total was $65 for the 3 miles. They were went above and beyond with customer service and their pricing is competitive. Thank you for your help!

My son's vehicle broke down about 3 hours away towards Needles. Team Vizcaino was referred by my local car repair. I called Art and everything about the experience was great. Art is very professional, responsive, and he is knowledgeable about possible concerns with the CHP taking possession of the vehicle before he got their to pick it up. He communicated with the local CHP office to ensure vehicle was still there on the side of the 40 freeway. He gave me updates about arrival status to the vehicle. He sent photos of the vehicle on the truck bed and when he dropped it off at the repair shop. They are competitively priced and I highly recommend them for towing service.

The other night I had the unfortunate experience of my classic truck breaking down. I was referred to Art who is the owner/operator of Team Vizcaino Towing in Ontario. He was able to respond in a timely manner and get me towed to the shop of my choice for repairs. He was very professional and made sure to take the proper time and care that these vehicles need. His truck and equipment was all very clean and well maintained. If you have towing needs for any vehicle Team Vizcaino is exceptional! Team Vizcano was the real MVP of my evening a couple of weeks ago. I needed a very local tow (3 miles) and a drop off to my dealership during after hours. Team V was professional, prompt, and trustworthy all in the span of 20 minutes. I gave them my keys and they made sure my car was dropped off in the after hours service parking lot and that my keys were securely placed in the drop box for pick up by the service department. my total was $65 for the 3 miles. Called a tow company (golden bear)to come help me tow a truck just so they can make me wait an hour and tell me to called someone else, which I did. So I called vizcano towing and they came fast, like 10-15 minutes. He loaded it up fast. And took it to my destination fast. I wish I would of called them first. Fast. Friendly. Reliable. Fair price. Needing to have your car towed is already a stressful ordeal. I found myself needing a tow because my car died. I was turned away from a few other tow companies but Art was able to accommodate me in his busy schedule. I was stranded in the middle of an intersection at 4 am. Unfortunately I had just hydrolocked my car. Honestly i called other towing services but no one answered. Reached out to schedule a tow and get a quote. They responded right away and gave me a great price. The next day they showed up on time and even let me know they were on their way. Once the driver got here he was very friendly and professional. They took very good and cautious care of my car (67 TBird) and made sure to do the job right. Posting my review from Google on here to help Anthony…read more "I found Anthony through a Google search and I needed a tow to my mechanic since my insurance did not cover non-emergency towing services. Upon speaking with Anthony over the phone, he was able to sort out what he could do for me. I was priced at $296 for a flatbed towing truck and asked Anthony to drop me off at a location 17 miles away. Initially I was willing to pay for his service ahead of time but Anthony preferred I paid him in person, which is perfectly fine with. The day of service, Anthony communicated well by informing me when his previous job would end and when he would be arriving. Something I was pleasantly surprised by. After my car was hooked up to the truck, our 17 mile trek began. The drive was smooth and safe as he made careful driving decisions. All the while, we held nice conversations throughout the commute about one other's lives. Unfortunately, the location I was dropped off at did not have good cellular service so I had to pay Anthony a few hours later. He accepted Zelle payments so make sure you have service where you're being dropped off at to avoid my audition. Thankfully, he was understanding and was able to accommodate me for this by letting me pay later. All in all, I definitely would recommend his towing services. Thank you again!"

Trying to scam us for double the price. When I asked him for his name, he gave me a fake one, "Kevin." I knew this wasn't a real name because the initals on the receipt were "AH". We have hired Armando multiple times, and each time, he scammed us of money. He said there was a "5% zelle fee" one time and then upped it to a "10% zelle fee" the second time we asked. He also stated that the $400 extra would have to be negotiated with his "supervisor" because he "wasn't in charge" of the prices. And told us to contact the number we initially contacted him with -- implying that the person on the number 909-816-1167 was not him. Even though we called that exact number to ask him if he got the correct address and knew where our trailer would be towed. We spoke DIRECTLY to him with that number!!!! I would not continue to provide service to someone so greedy, that lies and takes advantage of young women. To think you'll be able to get away with something like this without being put on blast is incredibly insulting. I called…read moreAirport Mobil last night and spoke with Andrew, who told me that if I were to pick it up that night, they would charge me an "after hours fee," even though they're supposed to be open 24/7? He said that if I did not want to be charged the after hours fee, then I would need to make sure to arrive the next morning before 9:30am so that I would only be charged for 2 days (48 hours) instead of 3 days. When I arrived at 8:15am this morning, I was told that they charge by "calendar days" and will be charged for 3 days, even though my car was there for less than 48 hours. I spoke with the "manager" who could not provide proof that their policy defines "a day" is a "calendar day" versus "24 hours." What's interesting is that their policy does say that they charge a lien fee if your car is stored for over "72 hours," but not "3 days"?? So she said that she'd "do us a favor and waive the lien fee," which again is bullshit since my car was there for less than 72 hours! On top of that, it was very obvious that they rummaged through my vehicle glove compartment as my passenger seat was pulled forward to get to it and my registration and insurance card were on the seat. I don't know why the CHP is doing business with such a shady company in the first place. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone, even to my worst enemy. They're a bunch of scammers that should have their business shut down immediately. DO NOT COME HERE!

He confirmed my location and gave me an estimated ETA. He arrived earlier than expected. Jose was very professional, took the time to diagnose the issue and even explained the issue to me. He gave me great recommendations. Even though he couldn't replace the battery for me, he was able to jump start my car within a few minutes and I was able to drive my car to the dealership to get a new battery. Huge thank you to Arturo. My car was at a dealership and it doesn't run, I wasn't gonna do the repairs there so I called him up to get my vehicle towed to my house. He told me he would be able to come to tow it in about an hour but I couldn't stay to wait for him bc I had to be somewhere so I asked him if I could leave the payment in an envelope in my glove box with my car key. I was a little skeptical about doing that but I really needed my car towed out. He sent me pics of my car on the tow truck and also a picture of it parked at my house the way I told him I needed my car parked. My car is also lowered and he was able to deliver it without any damage. So big thank you to Arturo, I will definitely be using this company for any of my tow needs! read more

You want the job done right, call Team Vizcaino Towing. Fast, reliable, efficient and personable was my experience with this company. After many no shows my man Arturo was there to help me when I needed it most. I gave him a call, he asked for some details and gave me an ETA and there he was. Thanks to Art for his help towing my car! My car randomly broke down and Art was quick to respond and charged a very reasonable amount for a local tow. I wasn't able to be present when he picked the car up, and he sent me a photo of picking it up and also once it was dropped off at my mechanic.
