I called to inquire about my car and was told that they didn't even know if they had my car (the police report confirmed they did) and was mis -informed. After advocating for my self and sorting through this mess I asked if there was a payment plan process available. The lady then proceeded to laugh at me and say no to me in a condescending tone. This unprofessional response was unnecessary when I just wanted to know basic information as some tow yards do have a payment system in place. I really do not recommend this place as they are also not up front about all their charges and fees. I tried to advocate for myself and ask basic questions and was repeatedly mis-informed. The company covered miles to respond when a local company chose to be unprofessional and unresponsive, leaving me and my friend stranded for close to 3 hours. After reporting them to my insurance, Foglesong was then dispatched and immediately they made contact with me to let me know they were on the way. On the call I told them that my car wouldn't start and Ruben came ready to provide a tow but when he got behind the wheel, he identified the problem in mere moments as something else: vapor lock. He started the car up in seconds! The other company left me sitting close to three hours in vain but Ruben's troubleshooting saved me time, money, and restored my peace of mind. My daughters alternator failed and she broke down on the side of the freeway. I called this company to tow. In the inital call I asked the recpetionist if they can accept debit cards because it was quoted at $250 for a 15 mile tow(expensive but i couldnt leave my daughter sitting on side of road). When the driver arrived he said he couldnt accept card because the machine was down. He said he can only accept cash. I got a call before we even made it home with him saying that when he pulled the car both tires went in different directions. After getting alternator repaired, the car was not driveable because both wheels went in different direction. I took it to a local tire shop and the owner said that the tow driver pulled car from tie rod ends causing both to bend. He stated that he sees it all the time with cars that had been towed incorrectly. I called the tow company spoke to a manager named Hugo and instead of addressing the issue he accused me of waiting so long. I explained that between mechanics and repairs it was timely reported. I have sent over invoices and he refuses to call me back or email me back. My daughter is out money due to their mistake and this company could care less. Nothing worse than a tow business who damages your car and will not correct their mistake. Its apparent this company is just taking advantage of people left and right after reading these reviews. My car was recently towed by this company. I spoke to someone on Friday afternoon and asked how much to release my car, upon hearing the amount I simply asked if there was a way I can make payments as it was a lot to pay upfront. The person I talked was very rude and stated "NO WE DO NOT ACCEPT PAYMENTS, THATS JUST HOW OUR BUSINESS IS AND WE WOULD LOSE MONEY WITH THAT!" I told the representative that I would even give them my account so they can do automatic payments and again she stated very rudely NO! I then proceeded to call on Monday morning asking how much would it be to release my car that day, I was given an amount and I asked if there was any other charges and the person said No! I told them I would be by before they close to pick up my car. When I went to pick up my car with my signed forms and ID and keys. I was then told there was a Lein fee, I explained to the person that I just spoke to someone earlier in the day and they never mentioned it prior. The person then stated rudely, well that's the fee and it needed to be paid. I didnt mind paying for it, I just would have like to known about it prior to arrival. As I asked prior what is the total cost to release the car. Thier customer service is very rude and cold, and not understanding at all. I would recommend not using this company ever. read more

First off I want to start by saying Hugo is simply the best. After a stressful day at work and the rush of me trying to get home, I realized I locked myself out of my car while at the gas station. I called around asking for quotes and Foglesong was simply the best. They were cheap and fast with no hassle whatsoever. If you're worried about the typical hard time most tow yards give you then try to relax.. these guys were extremely nice. They made an extremely painful process much more bearable. Some tow yards charge just to get your belongings out of your car and they don't do that here. They're compassionate as heck and I appreciate them very much. read more

I was given a quote of 350 on the way to the lot walked away spending 600. I was towed on the weekend so didn't mind the gate fee which i was charged 135 when the gate fee was 120.50 on there sign They then charged me two gate fees because I had forgotten the registration and had to return. Great company and very helpful. Ask for Hollywood and/or Jeff. They charge the same as the other companies. The City of Ontario contracts with them so they have some credibility otherwise they wouldn't be using them. They also do mechanic work and charge less than other shops! read more

I find it odd that when my wife was in a car accident and towed while she went to the hospital, absolutely everything in the car had been rummaged through. The car fob (that starts the car), cell phone, purse, were all missing. Police did not take them. There was a gym bag in accident scene photos (unzipped and full) that had been gone through and thrown all throughout the car. Surprised the garage door opener was still left in the visor.
