Fernando helped me tow my lowered Mercedes Benz. Lowest point on the car is 3 inch from the ground and Fernando confidently loaded my car without a single scrape. He has special ramps, specifically for lowered cars, that helps get the car onto the truck, not just some pieces of wood. Secured the car by the tires, not the wheels (rims). He used rags between the straps and the tires as to not even leave a mark on the tires. THAT is the kind of detail I was looking for.
