Called AAA because my car broke down on the freeway, they sent The Flag Towing. It did take a little longer than originally anticipated for the driver to come, however once he arrived it was smooth sailing. Robert was friendly and did his best to make a stressful situation less so; it was definitely appreciated. read more

Stay away at all cost! Was trying to locate my vehicle, CHP said it was here when I called they said it wasn't, my insurance called and they lied and said it wasn't. That's how they make their money by lying!! Spoke to the manager "Joe" and he was rude and so disrespectful saying it was everyone else's fault but his. Thieves!!! read more

Showed up quick and on time with the live tracking viewed on AAA website . The technician tested the low battery in my car and it showed 11% health so replacing the battery with an AGM was wanted. They only had Standard at that time, so he left and had another tec show up an hour later with an AGM Battery . Logan replaced the car battery and also found a subwoofer wire that had loose wiring hanging out hiding next to the car battery, so we added some fuse and electrical tape to fix that. Now my car starts and sounds Great thanks to Flag Towing ! =] read more

Undoubtedly this was one of my best experiences dealing with a tow truck service upon having a breakdown. My driver was very prompt, punctual, and expeditious with his arrival. Rob R. from The Flag Towing is the best face you can see if you are broken down on the side of the road. Very professional and has a superb attitude and demeanor. I had to grab a business card because I'll be using this company again for sure !!! read more

Stay away!!! Employees are rude especially "Joe" the so called manager. He was disrespectful on the phone and laughed while we had the conversation. But when I showed up Joe was no where to be found. Horrible customer service. My insurance called and they stated my vehicle wasn't there, then when I called they said it was. HORRIBLE PLACE!!!! read more

Called AAA for battery service. THE FLAG TOWING calls me back and tells me it will be $220 cash to swap out a 2021 Bronco Sport. Driver arrives and is in already in upsale mode. Tells me "hope I have the right battery" I told him it's not that hard to figure out, Ford only uses 1 size battery for all models and engines of the Bronco sport. Driver puts a voltmeter(hahaha) and says "luckily I do have the battery, you have a special model, it's an AGM" and I pointed at the battery and showed him that battery says AGM right on top and that's the only battery FORD uses for Broncos and testing the voltage isn't going to help you determine that. Asked if I wanted it replaced and I said yes I just got the $220 from the bank and he said "oh no, this is a SPECIALIZED" battery AGMs are $270 cash or 296 on card... I knew the moment he pulled out a voltage tester he was going to try to scam me... These bait and switch tactics are as old as time but still fresh to The FLAG TOWING... if they can do this to a grown man, what are they going to do to your mother and children? Go somewhere else... I'm sure it was just the driver trying to get $50 behind the companies back but either way the left a customer stranded because they wouldn't be extorted. read more

Had AAA pick up my car, and my driver Rafael was absolutely great! Super helpful with my car, and was very knowledgeable about the ins and outs of towing and answered all my questions about towing and driving tow trucks, and great conversation on the drive. He even called me a few times to update me on progress when he was on his way and got to me exactly at the promised time, zero complaints!! It's the little things like that, that really make it above and beyond for me, especially when you're waiting roadside. Definitely one of the best drivers I've dealt with. My vehicle was high sided (stuck) on a curb after I went off the road. Called the flag towing and they said it might take an hour to get there, but they showed up in about 20 minutes, which was awesome. I didn't need a tow, I just needed my truck out of area where it was stuck. The flag towing guys did an excellent job of getting it out without doing any damage. There names were Edward and I can't remember the other guys name. I was kind of shaken up by the whole ordeal. read more

Don't trust this tow company! I was in an accident on my motorcycle and when I was taken to the hospital, the CHP released my bike to these thieves! I wasn't able to get all my belongings and they stole a knife, and tools out of my saddle bags. I called to ask about it but they refused to say anything about it. read more

Today, I met Jacob and he's a great guy. My Nissan broke down, he assessed what could be wrong, hooked it up to his tow truck and off he went to Carmax. I used flag towing. They forced me to write my card information on a one time purchachase agreement. Charge me twice. Had to call and request for refund. The very next day I had a charge for Pizza Hut from Riverside, California. If ever needed a tow again? And Flag towing came? I would cancel and request for another Company. I have AAA membership and they could care less that I was charged twice also. I never even called back to mention the fraud to AAA. Terrible service today. read more

If I could give this "business" zero stars. I would. Hands down the worst customer experience I've ever had to deal with in my life. Not only were they all rude, which unfortunately in return made me reciprocate that same negative energy. They had me waiting for over 2 hours. Constantly pushing back the pick up time. So obviously when I called back for them missing their 3rd arrival time. I was frustrated because I notified them beforehand that the tire shop closes at 6pm. So I feel like in retaliation, for me being upset with their poor customer service and communication. The very immature and super disrespectful "customer service receptionist", who wouldn't give me her name by the way. Probably in fear of an impending complaint. She then decides to power trip, abuse what little power she has, and cancelled my tow after I already waited for hours. After hanging up on me several times, I might add. This then resulted in me missing my tire appointment today. Which is then going to result in more lost wages for myself tomorrow. Therefore, I really hope triple AAA took my complaint seriously about possibly terminating their partnership with them. Because as you can tell from previous fellow yelp reviews, I'm not the only one who feels this way. In addition, as a fellow business owner, I know this is not how you run a business or treat your customers. I wish I had more hands so I can give this spot 4 thumbs down. read more
