I don't usually leave reviews, but I feel like people should know what happened. My car was impounded by Redlands police departments and taken here. When I got it back the next day, some of my belongings were missing--$40 cash, my portable speaker, and my jumper box. None of it is super expensive, but it was mine and I had already paid a lot of money just to get my car out. When I called to ask about my missing items, the person I spoke with was extremely rude, yelled at me, and told me they don't have cameras. I called AAA because my car wouldn't start and the website said it'd be 120 minutes, but then i got a confirmation text saying it'd would be here within an hour. then 3 minutes later i got a call from the tow truck asking where exactly I was since the pin on the map wasn't accurate. I thought they were confirming but they had arrived! within less than 5 minutes, which is insane. then the person towed my car to the nearby mechanic and while there wasn't space to have the car roll into the spot straight, they managed to roll it off and perfectly park in the space anyways. they were super nice the whole time and super fast! read more

I was doing a test drive on my newly restored 1957 TBird when we had a fuel pump issue. Broncs Towing came quickly with a ramp truck that I had requested. When the car was taken off the truck the rear fender panel was damaged. This car had less than 7 miles on the the completed restoration and it came back damaged. It is heartbreaking. read more

The Tesla Roadside Assistance connected me with Bronc's Towing with an estimated time of arrival of 160 minutes (or 2 hours). They sent the right Tow Truck Driver for the job; Roman arrived within 30 minutes. As soon as Roman arrived, he immediately started prepping and diagnosing the car for tow. My car had a unique issue (service advisors agree with this) where the entire left side was nonfunctioning -- the doors, mirrors, charging port were all inoperable. The driving gears did not work which meant we could not put the car into 'Neutral' to pull it out to the street between homes (which was narrow due to the community's building layout). On top of this, the 'Tow Mode' option was also unavailable which meant we definitely could not put the car into 'Drive' or 'Neutral'. This made it challenging for the tow to take place (especially because the car was parked reverse to the most left side of the garage) but Roman walked me through different ideas and scenarios to figure out a solution. He was patient in pulling out the car carefully, at the right angles, and in intervals until the car was completely out of the garage. At the end of it all, the car was delivered safely to the Tesla Service Center for diagnostics and repair. Big thank you to Roman! I will keep Bronc's Towing contact for future referrals. read more

I had a wonderful experience in a frustrating situation. I thought that I needed a flat tire changed but I actually needed a tow so I dealt with two different young men. Both were professional and knowledgeable. However probably the greatest thing that I felt safe. I had my 7 year old granddaughter with me and a shady man was across the street yelling obscenities for no particular reason. The young man setting up the two insisted that we get into the truck immediately. The belligerent man went on his way after seeing he couldn't approach us. I requested service for battery service through AAA and was service through Bronco Towing. The service technician was initially very helpful , however not very knowledgeable about automotive batteries. He did initially help with locating the battery. His tests indicated the battery needed to be charged. His advice was to allow the battery to be charged by idling the car. At that time he told me he had two more service calls and would return within one hour however he never returned. I had to replace the battery myself . I purchased another battery with Auto Zone and installed myself. The technician left one tool for starting which he never returned for the tool. I am very disappointed by Bronco Towing of Redlands. Broncs was dispatched by AAA to tow a vehicle. The driver called and said he would be there in 16 minutes. He then asked if the address was in Redlands or San Bernardino. We replied, San Bernardino. An hour later we called his number and he didn't answer. We called AAA back and they said Broncs declined the call and they would have to ask another tow company to come out. What I think happened is AAA dispatched Broncs to San Bernardino and that isn't their area. Not Broncs's fault, but have the courtesy to say, sorry, AAA made a mistake and you aren't in our area. Nope, just left us hanging, in the heat. Had we known we would have understood and called AAA back right away. Very poor customer service. Would not recommend. read more

Couple years I used Broncos towing through AAA. Experience was good at that time and tow truck came in timely matter. Recently I called AAA and Broncos towing called to give estimated arrival time and was told 2 hours due to he was only one working in a Redlands area and I was 6th in line. 2 hours passed and no one came, so called Broncos towing and asked what status was. Was told there was bad accident and would be longer wait due to tow truck was going out to accident site. We looked at traffic report in the area and didn't see anything major. At this point my friend looked for another company and found Roadrunner tow and storage in Yucaipa. We called and they came in 20 minuets. Had to pay out of pocket for cost but worth it. Broncos towing called me next day in the morning asking if i still needed help. Really? I told them I found another tow company since they never showed up. read more

I was traveling alone in southern California, far from home, when I had a roadside emergency with my old truck. AAA put me in touch with Broncs towing, who got me to a repair shop. Unfortunately, the tow truck driver broke the key off in the ignition accidentally, compounding my problems. But Broncs didn't hesitate to make it right, even towing my truck to a locksmith to get the job done at their expense. I didn't have to argue or beg, and I am a non-mechanical female with RIP ME OFF tattooed on my forehead. They could have easily engaged in "she said, he said" and denied the key accident, but they totally accepted responsibility and took care of that pesky detail (that was going to make moving my dead truck around really difficult). As a woman on the road in distress, it was heartening and a huge relief to be taken care of, not taken advantage of. Called triple A for assistance with a lock out and they assigned me this place, was told 50 minutes or less, received updates saying 17 minutes then 30 minutes, no one ever showed, triple A needs to drop this so called company. My mom called hers, mercury and we had someone there in 13 minutes. I do not recommend broncs towing ever. read more
