Needed a new battery and AAA sent Broncs Towing out. Their driver Julie responded promptly, called ahead to let me know she was enroute, and handled the replacement on site in a quick and professional manner. She was very courteous and helpful throughout. Great service! read more

Called AAA for a tow truck and a rude and impatient man arrived who insisted on jumping the Jeep. Said as long as she didn't turn the Jeep off she would be fine. He offered to sell her a battery. He failed to secure the hood on the Jeep so on the freeway driving to the dealership it was dangerously flapping so she had to pull over and secure hood. DANGER. The driver was unprofessional and unkind. Driver said to call AAA again if she wanted a tow truck which is what she requested initally. Will be contacting AAA to report the incident. Thankfully she made it to the dealership despite the dangers this driver exposed her to. read more

When you're having a bad day, it's really nice to deal with someone who is so positive & smart & personable & friendly and has such good positive energy! I'm not usually so lucky, but I have been lucky enough to experience Jon's great energy and professionalism and attention to detail two times now in response to my Auto Club service calls. KUDOS, JON! This guy is awesome and always so refreshing & reassuring! Request him personally if you can and let him make your day a little bit better! read more

AAA uses them, when the ticket for battery service at my home was created the automated system stated they'd be here by 10:45 am. The guy shows up at 10:17, attempts to call me 4 times, my phone didn't recognize his number and ignored him. He did not leave a message, and in 5 minutes after arriving he drives away. I determined this by doing CCTV review. Really dude? Not sure why they chose to do this, guess it was too hot out and the AC was on in the truck. I understand. read more

Stellar Service, Professional, and Incredibly Friendly I am writing this review following my experience with Broncs Towing. I had a flat tire while en route to an appointment, turning a routine afternoon into a stressful situation. From the moment I called AAA, the service request was handled by text. The estimated arrival time was already faster than I expected, but the tow truck operator arrived even sooner. His speed and efficiency was truly appreciated drastically cutting down on my stress and waiting time. The service provided was flawless. The operator was the definition of professional. He quickly and safely assessed the flat tire and efficiently switched the spare. He was educational, taking the time to give me helpful advice on what to do on my way back home. Beyond the speed and professionalism, the standout quality was his friendliness. It's rare to encounter such genuinely pleasant and helpful service, especially in a stressful situation. He turned what could have been an awful, time-consuming breakdown into a positive experience. If you ever find yourself needing assistance--whether it's an emergency or planned tow--I cannot recommend Broncs Towing enough. They are quick and professional. Thank you for getting me back on the road so quickly! Five Stars is not enough! read more

Had Broncs come out via AAA to tow my car to get a brake repair. I have to say Victor was the friendliest, most professional driver I have ever dealt with. My 90+ year old parents were stuck in a parking lot with what seemed to be a battery problem. John with Broncs came out and when the jump didn't work, he kept trying other things to try and start the car. He was thurough, knowledgeable, professional and extremely helpful. When he discovered it wasn't the battery he not only called the tow service for my elderly parents, he waited in the parking lot until the tow truck came. Then, the Broncs tow truck came and he was also thurough, knowledgeable, professional and extremeley helpful - towed the car to our home and got it in a very tight garage. We are so grateful to Broncs. If I could give a higher star rating, I would. Thank you Broncs. read more

I don't usually leave reviews, but I feel like people should know what happened. My car was impounded by Redlands police departments and taken here. When I got it back the next day, some of my belongings were missing--$40 cash, my portable speaker, and my jumper box. None of it is super expensive, but it was mine and I had already paid a lot of money just to get my car out. When I called to ask about my missing items, the person I spoke with was extremely rude, yelled at me, and told me they don't have cameras. I wasn't expecting special treatment, I just wanted my things back. Instead, I was disrespected and left with the loss. People deserve to know how this business handles customers. read more

I called AAA because my car wouldn't start and the website said it'd be 120 minutes, but then i got a confirmation text saying it'd would be here within an hour. then 3 minutes later i got a call from the tow truck asking where exactly I was since the pin on the map wasn't accurate. I thought they were confirming but they had arrived! within less than 5 minutes, which is insane. then the person towed my car to the nearby mechanic and while there wasn't space to have the car roll into the spot straight, they managed to roll it off and perfectly park in the space anyways. they were super nice the whole time and super fast! read more

The Tesla Roadside Assistance connected me with Bronc's Towing with an estimated time of arrival of 160 minutes (or 2 hours). They sent the right Tow Truck Driver for the job; Roman arrived within 30 minutes. As soon as Roman arrived, he immediately started prepping and diagnosing the car for tow. My car had a unique issue (service advisors agree with this) where the entire left side was nonfunctioning -- the doors, mirrors, charging port were all inoperable. The driving gears did not work which meant we could not put the car into 'Neutral' to pull it out to the street between homes (which was narrow due to the community's building layout). On top of this, the 'Tow Mode' option was also unavailable which meant we definitely could not put the car into 'Drive' or 'Neutral'. This made it challenging for the tow to take place (especially because the car was parked reverse to the most left side of the garage) but Roman walked me through different ideas and scenarios to figure out a solution. He was patient in pulling out the car carefully, at the right angles, and in intervals until the car was completely out of the garage. At the end of it all, the car was delivered safely to the Tesla Service Center for diagnostics and repair. Big thank you to Roman! I will keep Bronc's Towing contact for future referrals. read more

I was doing a test drive on my newly restored 1957 TBird when we had a fuel pump issue. Broncs Towing came quickly with a ramp truck that I had requested. I had a wonderful experience in a frustrating situation. I thought that I needed a flat tire changed but I actually needed a tow so I dealt with two different young men. Both were professional and knowledgeable. However probably the greatest thing that I felt safe. I had my 7 year old granddaughter with me and a shady man was across the street yelling obscenities for no particular reason. The young man setting up the two insisted that we get into the truck immediately. The belligerent man went on his way after seeing he couldn't approach us. In addition the tow truck was spotless, smelled great and the driver was a gem! read more

I requested service for battery service through AAA and was service through Bronco Towing. The service technician was initially very helpful , however not very knowledgeable about automotive batteries. He did initially help with locating the battery. His tests indicated the battery needed to be charged. His advice was to allow the battery to be charged by idling the car. At that time he told me he had two more service calls and would return within one hour however he never returned. I had to replace the battery myself . I purchased another battery with Auto Zone and installed myself. The technician left one tool for starting which he never returned for the tool. I am very disappointed by Bronco Towing of Redlands. My next call will be to AAA concerning this situation, read more

Auto club told us (my husband & I ) they would escalate our service request cuz we were not in a safe place, and Broncs towing got there quickly. Thank you Ray for your excellent service. Broncs was dispatched by AAA to tow a vehicle. The driver called and said he would be there in 16 minutes. He then asked if the address was in Redlands or San Bernardino. We replied, San Bernardino. An hour later we called his number and he didn't answer. We called AAA back and they said Broncs declined the call and they would have to ask another tow company to come out. What I think happened is AAA dispatched Broncs to San Bernardino and that isn't their area. Not Broncs's fault, but have the courtesy to say, sorry, AAA made a mistake and you aren't in our area. Nope, just left us hanging, in the heat. Had we known we would have understood and called AAA back right away. Very poor customer service. Would not recommend. read more
