(Long detailed review about our service) If I could give…read moreCeaser 100 stars I would. Me and my friends were driving down the 18 from big bear and we heard a hissing sound after hitting a rock. Ended up being stranded on the side of the road in a dangerous spot with a pop tire at 11:45am. Triple A said we were going to get help at 3:30 pm. Got a call and they said they are 6 hrs behind and we are getting a tow truck soon. It's 7 pm, it's dark, starting to rain, and we are still on the side of the road. Tow company says they have to drop a car off in Thousand Palms then they will come for us next. After waiting the 7 hrs, we decided to call Ceaser. He was super understanding and genuine. The service we choose was (tire replacement). Meaning, he would pick up our pop tire, go down to a tire shop, get it replaced, and come back up to install the new one. We gave him a deposit (because people get him to drive places all the time and leave, so it insures he has nothing to lose for driving to the destination). He shared his location and vice versa so we knew where he was and he knew exactly where we were on the mountain. This put our minds at ease, so we weren't wondering how much longer, or if he was going to run with our money. Its now 8pm, took him 45 min to get to us; instead of picking up the tire, he took all of us down with him to use the bathroom and to get something to eat. Went to the tire shop (it's open 24/7), was asked if we wanted a used or new tire, "Ceaser recommended used" (tire had a lot of life left like 90% tread, and it only cost us $77, compared to the new tire would've cost way more but to each their own); got the tire replaced, then went back up the mountain. He installed the tire and told us he will follow us down to make sure we were okay because it was super foggy and it was raining. Made it down and THAT WAS THE END OF OUR NIGHTMARE. Truly blessed to find Ceaser's yelp. He gave us options after options, was detailed about the pricing for everything and was honest with his opinion. I couldn't be more thankful for his generosity and time. Ceaser you honestly gave me hope in humanity again so thank you again. (sorry for the long review)

I run my e85 burning 3.5 L Whipple supercharged coyote 5liter V8 through this wide open territory quite a bit and then this weekend I heard a big snap....and near instantaneous loss of power. this entire group was timely, professional, courteous, and reasonably priced. Thank you very much for all help you gave me While building this rig I recall having a conversation with Eddie from Addiction and I asked him, " Eddie on a scale of one to 10 now that I've got a brand new crate motor tweaked with custom fuel injectors, fuel pump,billet cams, rods and it's uses alcohol for fuel ...exactly how fragile is my transmission when I'm running that much boost and that much horsepowe?" Now to the juicy part, so I'm doing about one hundred up to 115 truck is running great... Then it's not. Rear wheels almost lock up and I'm losing speed quickly. A few loud bangs and I'm easing the truck to the shoulder and out of harns way. The only problem with running all the power on OEM engine guts is that they're OEM engine guts, my first class for 1000 hp snapped a rod which went straight to my block ......whoops my bad for pushing so hard engine parts. Called AAA for a tow truck and a rude and impatient man arrived who insisted on jumping the Jeep…read more Said as long as she didn't turn the Jeep off she would be fine. He offered to sell her a battery. He failed to secure the hood on the Jeep so on the freeway driving to the dealership it was dangerously flapping so she had to pull over and secure hood. DANGER. The driver was unprofessional and unkind. Driver said to call AAA again if she wanted a tow truck which is what she requested initally. Will be contacting AAA to report the incident. Thankfully she made it to the dealership despite the dangers this driver exposed her to.
