Needed a tow truck after my car broke down. Went on Yelp, called and within 10min he showed up and loaded my car quickly. The gentleman was friendly. Would recommend the business to anyone that might need a tow. Great prices, quick and reliable. read more

Very rude on answering the phone just asking for price quotes and by the voice he was very rude

My car had completely stalled on the freeway and I needed a tow. Joseph was extremely approachable and professional, and we had an engaging conversation during the ride. He gave his opinion on possible issues with my car after noticing the coolant was leaking, which helps me in getting an idea of telling the shop some of the first things to look out for. Thanks Joseph! read more

I was highly impressed not just by their prices but how quickly they were able to accommodate my needs. I needed a tow from one automotive shop to another after having a 5 month old transmission put in my car, fail. So I was definitely needing a price break. Well these guys gave it to me and were at my car in about 15 minutes and delivered it without any issues. Nathan was very personable and so was Hasan. If I ever need a tow again or anyone else I know is of need, this place will be first that I will recommend. I really felt like I was taken care of with the utmost "Angel Hands" what a perfect name for the amazing service I received. Thank you both! read more

Wow. I was truly held by angel hands. I was initially connected through AAA for towing but after waiting 4 hours I couldn't wait anymore. I needed to get out of Beaumont. I found and called Angel Hands after 6 other local companies wouldn't tow me to Torrance. I spoke with Hassan and he took care of everything. The service he provided was above and beyond. The 100 mile ride back was very pleasant with good conversations. Thank you Hassan and Angel Hands Towing. read more

I was stuck in a parking lot and I ended up needing to call a tow company. Angel Hands Towing came to help. I was starting to panic, considering all the costs I might need to deal with and worried about what could possible be wrong with my car. Then Nathan the tow truck driver arrived. He was very kind and respectful when helping me. He spoke in a very professional and calm tone. He even gave me some ideas of a solution. He took his time helping me load and unload the car. I truly appreciate all his help. This was a scary situation for me, but the company truly did a good job helping. I really hope the driver gets a raise. I would 100% recommend this towing company to anyone. read more

The driver was very timely. The company before quoted us three hours, and he was on site within 20 minutes. I'm thankful for the service. I was stuck on the side of the road and my vehicle started overheating at the last leg of a 1,000 mile journey (literally). I drove back with the driver in the front of his vehicle, and he was very polite. He asked me what kind of music I liked, was conversational, but knew when to stop talking. 62 miles later, I'm home and ready for bed. Thanks Angel Hands! read more

A man named Hasan came for a lock out and not only took his time but also damaged my car . When I called to tell the company ,he lied and told me his name was Alex. Told me to send my DL and personal info to his cell phone. Than admitted he was Hasan. He Also told me he had video and for his safety, he will not give it to me or the insurance company. Hasan mocked me saying I told him he did a good job. I was on the other side of the car and Couldn't see what he did. And because I waited on him in the heat I was in a hurry to get in my car . This is sickening , I'm glad I had a friend with me. Record Angel Hands towing if you're ever desperate enough to use them read more

I called AAA after running out of gas on the free way. They called this towing company and said there was a driver dispatched 40mins ago. I called AAA to get the towing company's number which is Angel Hands & they said they were closed and no one was dispatched. I don't understand who is responsible for the miscommunication but I am stranded here on the side of the road at 1:25am. read more

Haven't posted many reviews on Yelp, but absolutely recommend this business. The gentlemen that came to help me were able to take care of my towing services expeditiously, went above and beyond given that two prior towing companies tried and failed, and most of all were friendly all the while in the intense California heat. I can't say enough great things about them, would do business with them again without hesitance read more

We had Kacy pick us up on the 18th after AAA had to send someone else since their first guy was unprofessional and decided to leave. As soon as he got to us (pretty decent time) he had a great work ethic and didn't waste any time getting the car onto the bed and ready to go. At first we were a bit concerned since we live in the Lake Gregory area and thought he might have an issue maneuvering the narrow roads, but he had no problem whatsoever. He's extremely personable, friendly, and most importantly professional. We kept his business card for future refence. Thank you Kacy! read more

Today I had the pleasure of working with Anthony. He was very helpful and has a pleasant attitude. He made me feel comfortable, like I wasn't a stranger. At 1.5 hours told 20-25 min.. at over 2 hours I called these guys and told 6minutes and they were here almost before I got off the phone to cancel the broncs tow. We called Triple A the day before needing to schedule a pick up of our truck, which was not running and needed to be towed. The appointment time was between 8 and 9 AM. By 9:15 nobody showed so we called Triple A and they confirmed the appointment in their system. My husband was waiting for them and called Triple A for the name and number of the towing company. The towing company at first was polite, but insisted they knew nothing. OK so maybe it was a failure between them and Triple A, however, the person who answered the phone at Angels started yelling at my husband and talking over him. He was exceedingly rude and that was very disapointing. We used another firm and will NEVER even think of using Angel's. You guys need to work on communicating with customers NICELY, not rudely. read more

i am in the middle of the street stranded aaa sent these people to me and he left me even after aaa said over phone that it was ok to still give the tow without Id because i was in an unsafe location and was getting a pic of my identification sent to me! i am so so so upset that he would do such a thing! I needed a jump to get my car going, so I called my insurance company. They sent me a text that gave me Angel Hands phone number and ETA of 2 hours. I called the number directly, and the driver confirmed that it may be less than 2 hours. After 3 hours and a text to them with no response, my insurance company got hold of them again. The tow guy told her he didn't see the credit card info so he wasn't going to come out because it's too far (20 minutes). The insurance lady told him he needed to open the documents she sent so he could see the payment info. He kept repeating himself and didn't want to listen to her. The worst part is that they didn't call or text asking me for info or telling me they weren't coming. Awesome business practices! read more

Angel Hands Towing was so timely after AAA dispatched the requested roadside assistance. Angel hands was the 2nd towing station that was dispatched for Bronc's towing service unreasonably cancelled the service without any regard to the customer. Hassan, Angel Hands tow truck driver, was courteous and updated me with his ETA. Not only was he courteous and timely, he wa efficient with his work in loading the vehicle onto the tow truck. Thank you for arriving in 20 minutes since we were advised that you'll be providing the service. TY. read more

Obviously like most tows this was an unexpected situation. I was kind of irritated to have to step out into the heat and deal with the car issue anyway. I received a phone call just a few minutes before the designated time given. It was the driver confirming my address, letting me know he was around the block (our home can be a little tricky to locate, even with gps. Sure enough he drives up, steps out of his truck, cheery and happy into the heat. We said our hellos and he confirmed my information. The car was in a narrow place, couldn't be driven. I asked him if he wanted me to help maneuver it better? He replied no thank you and pushed the car all the way down to the driveway, onto the street and onto the tow truck, with ease and car. I wish I caught his name. He just kept thanking me and reassuring me that he had it taken care of. Very kind gentleman! read more
