Club Scam Towing, these people are nothing but scumbags who have absolutely no shame! A friend of mine got into a bad car accident and the towing company is refusing to let his brother nor his friends with ID and paperwork from hospital to access vehicle. My friend who currently is in a Coma is apparently a joke for them as they keep saying we're not allowed to access vehicle and when asked for manager the respond is "my boss is not here, private information for his phone number Bs." Guess what? The manager was sitting right next to her and she kept lying after been arguing with her for days! 6 days of letting the car sitting is apparently a cost of above 2000 dollars according to their manager. On top of that the woman who works there is laughing at us for going through this struggle. Can you imagine someone being this evil when one of your close friends is in coma and you're trying to help out and someone laughs about it??!? And please shop owner don't just write "we care about our customer value Bs... " we already know who you are! You're nothing but disgrace to humankind! read more

My parents broke down in Redlands on Friday night. The insurance company sent Club Towing to tow them home. Doug was very professional and treated them and their vehicle very well. The weekend passed and they called to get towed to the dealership but this time got a different company. The crew that was sent appeared to have no idea what they were doing. An hour in to this ordeal my dad called and cancelled the tow rather than have any damage done to the car. When the next company came out it was Doug again from Club Towing, we we're very happy with this fortunate turn of events. If you need a tow in the Inland Empire, this is the place and the driver to ask for. read more

I woke up to find a flat tire on my truck and a screw in another tire! Club towing towed me to their shop and checked all my tires. They patched them up and I was on the road in no time! The staff was friendly and the tow truck and shop were very clean! I highly recommend them :) read more

This company was called by by insurance provider as I lost my key fob. I was given a 60 min quote and advised them I had a car blocking me but I would get it removed by time they got there. They knew I had already been out there 45 minutes. I called the police to help get the car removed and when they hadn't shown up after 60 minutes, I called. I was advised it would be another 25-30 minutes as THEY HAD SERVICED someone else before me though I was next in line. So, I had to stand for a total of 40 minutes in the hot sun, in the street, to not allow anyone into the parking spot he would need to park in. Then, when we got to the dealership, I asked him to unlock the car. This is covered by my insurance. He advised me ,with authority, that they would be able to unlock it. He just wanted to leave to get to the next call. By time I go to an advisor (he said we had to park in the very back as it was a tow), they advised they couldn't open it and would have to call a locksmith. So, I am still at Toyota waiting for the 90 minutes process of downloading the software to a new key because I had to call another company to unlock it. I wouldn't use this guy again if I was stranded in the middle of nowhere. read more

I was in an accident today. My insurance company arranged for club towing. They sent me a text stating they would be there in 1.5 hours. 2 hrs later they call and say we will be there soon and take you to another city (where I was kicked out of the truck because his stuff is in the truck so back out in 100 degree heat) and we will be there for a while than I will get my tow. Turns out they double book one truck and won't tow until they have two. Yanno makes double insurance money all day (driver quote) all that was upsetting. I was just in an accident and just wanted to get home (alive) it was a scary, dangerous ride that included loud music, many hands not free phone .calls and five text messages sent! I am asking my insurance company to remove you from their list. Your driver was rude and when we got here wouldn't jump my other car so I would not be immobile! Professionalism is the key to business. Compassion is more important when you're dealing with people who were just in an accident. Shame on your company and driver. Really though the driver only behaves how allows. YOU CHARGED $619.25 FOR THAT TOW???? I WAITED IN ONE SPOT 2HRS FOR YOU AND IN THE NEXT 32 MINS!!!! I have used them a couple times. Once for a flat tire on my car and once for a company truck that wouldn't start. They've always been very courteous and no damage to my vehicles. It's one of those businesses that you don't really want to use (who wants car trouble) but when you do use them it's nice to have a dependable person to call. read more

DO NOT USE THIS TOW COMPANY!! They left my daughter stranded when they said they could not locate her and then lied to the police about trying to find her car. The dispatcher would not let anyone (including the police and 911 operator) talk to his driver and he told them they never sent a truck but my daughter has phone proof that they were looking for them. This could have ended very badly because they were stuck in the snow in Big Bear and needed help. This company is unethical and is under investigation by AAA. read more

I had a great experience with this company on Saturday. My car wouldn't start and I thought it was the battery. They came out to check it when I called AAA and he said it was the starter and he tried everything possible to get it started for me. Then when he couldn't I had to call AAA again to get it towed and they sent another driver from this company and this driver also tried to get it started for me even though he would make more money towing it. He wasn't able to get it started either but he tried. Both guys were very nice and helpful. read more

Exceptional services and very trustworthy. I had to send my truck with Club Towing to this TCM Auto Services and I couldn't go personally because I was stuck at work. I was notified immediately by the tow company that my truck arrived safely. And I wasn't charged an arm and a leg for the tow. What a great towing service and mechanic shop. Club towing is awesome. Even faced with a hiccup with our insurance and horrible rainy weather, they pulled through for us.

The owner who replied to my previous rating is absolutely lying. I was cussed at and yelled at and hung up on because I said I wasnt with the vehicle. I called back to ask to speak to someone else so i can explain to that someone else that my spouse would be getting off work soon and we could figure out a different time for the tow. When I called back after being hung up on, I was cussed at and hung up on again!! Without even hearing me out!! and my warranty company IS dealing with this and HAS had too many complaints about these people. Horrible!!! I will be following up with my warranty company about this. Ps: because my warranty company got the same attitude from these people - they called them after I had to call back for a different tow - they found me a great company and they even compt the cost because they heard for themselves their foulness. After all this, this lady has the nerve to respond the way she did... just apologize and work on your customer service. read more

Terrible place. Very unprofessional. They wouldn't let me get into my mom's car to retrieve her hearing aid while she was in the hospital "because of security". Yet, when I finally was able to take my mom to their yard, I drove in, no gate, no security. Went right to the car. Window was down, unlocked. I was able to start searching the car without anyone even checking on me. read more

Called for service to change a flat tire because my jack wouldn't lift the truck high enough. He arrived 20 minutes after the time promised by AAA. he lifted my truck while I installed the tire and then WATCHED he tighten the lug nuts. I'm paying AAA fees so I can watch some clown finish the job? I gave them one star because I couldn't give them no stars. Club towing, in a word sucks. read more

This towing company is the worst I've ever experienced. The front desk receptionist named Lupe is the most rudest person I've ever encountered. Poor customer service, as if any! When I arrived to look at my car she said I could not get my charger because I did not bring proof of owning the car. I did call before I came to the towing company to ask if I could get my charger. She asked if I was the registered owner I said yes. She said to bring ID. She did not mention I had to bring my vin number. When I arrived she told me I couldn't see the car without proof. I told her that she should have told me this over the phone. She rolled her eyes and raised her voice to tell me that if she wants she doesn't have to let us see the car. She spoke to me like I was child. Her job is to inform all customers on the needed paperwork. She should of told me over the phone when I called and asked. Today she yelled at me over the phone just because I asked if I could get my car covered since it's pouring outside and my windshield is broken. She said that isn't her problem. There was no need for the yelling or rude tone of voice. I had to get a hold of the owners number to actual get customer service from Lupe. Do not take your car here. read more
