This place is stupid. They're charging me to pick up my car, for supposed overtime, when the insurance company is asking me to pick up the car, and they're asking me for mandatory payment. When the insurance company made the corresponding payment, they want to make me pay more, there s no quality in here, and they are so expensive for no reason. read more

Horrible service from the lady at the front desk and the driver with Deadman last name have the worst talk back about everything. I got my car towed for being in a shopping center i was at because they allegedly said "i was at the DMV" Nevertheless the $477 to pay for 1 hour they had it. Biggest scam and they really just want to get whatever money they can. Ridiculous and pathetic. The guy even gave us change in quarters and said to go to the laundry mat. This place should be closed down. read more

Crooks the overly charge people!!! Our vehicle was towed away by them, we literally followed the tow truck, however to retrieve our car they charged us $700!! How can that be possible when it was only in there ward for 3 min that is how long it took to fill out the paperwork... read more

Bill & Wag's Towing - The damage caused by this company and now I will be making sure they be paying for it - Towing Near Me - Redlands, California

These people are just plain evil. I was parked in front of my friends garage. We ran out when the tow guy came, he said go get him to my friend. I literally was down the stairs and in his face in less than 10 seconds. I begged him, please, this is a rental car from AVIS. He just basically said sorry, gave me a business card and I called immediatly and they said, sorry but it is a policy of the owner not to part behind the garage. It will be 475.00 less than 3 miles away. It was horrible and the staff were very callus. and rude! They act like they were picking up a repossed car or something criminal. Horrible people! read more

We are in the process in moving from The Patrician, a Senior Trailer Park. We had our van parked in front of the house for approximately 5 minutes, with our house wide open, about to bring stuff out to pack the van... Came out, car GONE. They could have popped in, yelled hey we're towing you... nothing! $477... Not every situation is the same for everyone so maybe give a guy a freaking heads up. GREEDY ASS company. Can't leave 0 stsrs. read more

Zero stars if i could. This place is a Scam and a Half. Set you up with an appointment to pick up your car and then 10mins before call to push it back another 1hr+. Absolute garbage way to run a business. Even a negotiation on fees wouldn't make this place better read more

Knowingly violate CA Veh Code § 22658 involved in predatory practices. The code states they shall not charge more than 1/2 of a reg tow for a drop fee and they must release your vehicle without demanding payment if still on private property. A regular light duty tow is $150 they charge $200 for a drop and will not drop your car unless you pay right then and there which is also a violation of Code § 22658. I was parked illegally and will happily pay the valid drop fee not the over inflated rate they are charging. Filing complaints with every agency possible . Oh it's 100% illegal what you are doing the vehicle was still on the property and illegally parked or not your driver has to drop the car if the owner is present and asks for the car to be dropped. I called and spoke to Delores at Bill and Wag's tonight a light duty tow $150 for the first 5 miles you are not even 2 miles from me. So if you are charging $300-$400 for a tow 2 miles away people really need to run from you. I work in the insurance industry and know what the average cost for a tow is. Had my car been towed had I not made it out that would've been my fault my price to pay I never said I wasn't in the wrong . Like I said predatory practices as well as crappy attitude. Your response to reviews say all anyone needs to know about this business and what it represents. You should take your own advise and follow the laws that are put in place for tow companies because you violated them twice in my interaction alone with your company. I never claimed to be your customer so don't know where you got that. Maybe you should say Us violators and included your self since you /your company violated the law twice today. read more

First of all, service was terrible! I waited 2 hours when they said 30 mins. They couldn't unlock my vehicle after I left my keys inside, so they towed it then they broke my bumper off. Yes they fixed it but after 2 months. DON'T BOTHER CALLING THESE GUYS FOR ANY HELP! And they still charged me smh! And they're expensive too! read more

Th worst tow, They are not friendly at all, Stephanie who is the one who serves is a despot, she answers you in a bad way, where I left my car she went to leave a delivery that didn't even last 5 minutes and she took my car no matter how much I yelled at her to stop and explain no. They don't care about me, they only care about having money for themselves, that's why they have them there, because they're good for nothing but stealing. read more

This place is an absolute scam! The lady in the office who according to her, was the "manager" was extremely unprofessional, ghetto, and simply repulsive. She did not allow us to even get a word in. She was wearing a shirt that said "sober" but she seemed far from that by the way she was acting. I also witnessed some cars being towed in to the yard and the bumper on the car scrapped as it was brought in. I would definitely not trust these people with my vehicle! read more

They stalk people, not a good company at all. They drive around in circles in our neighborhood, waiting for their chance to tow someone who left their car for just a minute, to allow their handicapped mother to get in and walk less distance to their car. They are not a good company at all. Call someone else for help, they don't need to remain in business. I wasn't parked illegally, there is no red curb, it was 9:37am, it is not illegal for me to park in front on my house. They are a desperate company, acting like stalkers. Shameful we have to live in a world where people like this exist. I would give them less than one star but I have to choose a star rating to post. read more

*UPDATE* thank you for your quick response to my review. I called your office to discuss this with you this morning. I left a message with my name and number and asked if you would call me back today. They said yes you would call when you got into the office and I have not received a call back yet . To answer your questions I am not the registered owner, but I am the one who holds liability of the car per DMV records. Which is why the lien office sent me the notice. They issued the lien sale and notice on 1/14/25. The car was brought to your location on 4/26/24. This timeline does not agree with your comment that you are required by law to process a lien 72 hours of possession of the vehicle. I talked to a representative on Friday when I was calling to find out if I needed a tow truck to get the car. The lady I talked to said she thinks the car was totaled and that I would need a tow truck to retrieve it. I appreciate you looking into this issue for me and hope that we can come to resolution as according to all records that I have a key should have been provided with the car per the police report. I am looking for you to replace the missing key at this time.****I had a car that my name was on was taken her per Yucaipa Sheriff. DMV records had me as the person of liability for the vehicle but I didn't get any notification regarding the car until they tried to go to Lein sale. I called 6 times trying to get information on the vehicle. Answers ranged from it being totaled to they need to go find it. I was told they would call me back twice, which that never happened. They were always polite but don't know what they have. Called the day I was going to pick it up and was then told I need to get a release from the Sheriffs Department. They never mentioned that before. Got all that and came to get the car. The police report says a key was with the car. The company gave me the car with no key. They kept saying they didn't have it. There were multiple keys all over and non had tags saying what car they went to. Very disorganized place. Now have to get a key made because they lost it. Very disorganized group. The only reason they are getting a star is because they were polite. read more

Crooks, illegally tow without contract from private property. Then lied and claimed I needed a subpoena for proof of tow which is legally required, refused to check the car for the registration then claimed it was not in there. Once I returned a day later (which I was of course charged for) with the pink slip they suddenly had the paperwork I requested from the beginning and insisted that I lied about previous claims even though it was all recorded. After picking up my car I conveniently found the registration in the car. read more

This place is a big rip off ! Paper work was signed to have them release my car to the auto body shop . And they have taken over a week and they are still charging the insurance and my car has not been towed yet . My insurance is aware of this and keeps calling them . You see the longer it stays at the tow yard they charge the insurance !! Shame on them !! read more

They are rude and they're thieves. It took 1 1/2 hours for them to give me my truck. This was after they rifled through my truck TWICE. After checking everything to see what was missing I saw 2things that were no longer where I keep them. I'm going to check again then I'm calling the police. They make it very clear that they don't care about customer service. They go out of their way to inconvenience people and then laugh in their faces. There are good tow companies around. These people don't happen to be one of them. read more

I understand that these businesses have their regulations and strict rules. One thing is having strict business and the other is being straight rude and disrespectful. Horrible business, horrible working people. read more

Whoever was behind the counter today can't follow simple instructions given to us by the police. I was told I could use my student ID to get my car but whoever was behind the one way glass (probably embarrased to show his face) wouldn't let us. But even then one star is more braincells than he can. read more

Jacob was great! I locked my car keys and my phone in my car in a Trader Joe's parking lot. His truck was parked next to mine and when he walked up, I asked if he could unlock my car door. If this place wasn't in contract with the police I doubt they would still be in business. They literally told me I could have picked up my vehicle over the weekend because they have a lock box. No where on their website gives any information and their office is conveniently closed over the weekend. Told them no one notified me of this. He said "Well we weren't there." I told him "your truck driver was there why didn't he say anything?" After that he replied "well that's between you and the police." I also called corporate before going to see if I would need a tow truck or registration to get my vehicle out. They informed me I didn't and all I needed was a release from the city. After arriving to the Redlands branch they tell me I must tow it out or get my registration paperwork. They need to get it together and give out the proper information. The guy was rude and they have no sense of responsibility for their actions. they literally have no one to answer to and I'm positive the city of Grand Terrace and this company are in cahoots with one another. It was evidenant during the exchanges the officer and driver that they were pleased with themselves over towing multiple vehicles that night. read more

Review readers that's a negative 2 stars bracketed by two middle fingers for the pirates at Bill & Wags. They towed my car to their place of piracy (business) at 1:30 in the morning from my apartment complex. Cuz that's the kinda pirates they are. Incidentally this pirate establishment holds tow contract from the city of Redlands. However, from the facial expression of the one Redlands police officer I observed it seemed that the officer recognized the pirate offal they were forced to associate with. So with my $493.35 bill paid in full. I stand by the mandate I yelled from my balcony "Bill & Wags suck my F*ck*ng DICK!" Review readers if you find yourself compelled to visit this pirate establishment to retrieve your own property do not use your cellular device to contact them, they will track your location and pirate you again instead exploit your American Sign language skills and give them your middle finger salute with both hands. read more

So this company towed my truck from Denny's. The manager at Denny's said it was ok to leave it for a few hours while I fixed it, I came back and it was gone. I called the company and there charging me $450 plus por the tow. They have a regular tow fee plus after hours fee Which is ridiculous over priced. Plus the girl who answered gave me some attitude I answered back the same way and they made my experience even more difficult. Abuse of authority to its finest. They retaliate by charging me even more. She said she could of waived fees but since I supposedly mean she wasn't going to do it, this companies take advantage of people and they get away with it read more

Great service Criss the tow operator was very professional i would recommend this company!

Very unethical company. Towed my car from in front of my sisters house while I was picking up my 4 year old daughter. I had put her car seat in the car and she had to use the restroom. I came back out and watched the driver pull behind all buildings at the church next door to hook up my car and he said once it's off the property I cannot get it. Why didn't he hook it up there? Why pull behind all buildings? $430 to get my car in the morning $630 if I got it that night. I was told by company that they take it off property before hooking it up but told by driver once it's off property I can't get it. Why not hook it up at property if that's the case. Scammers! Beware beware beware!! I was told by company that I was not targeted because I only had a 4Runner not a Mercedes. Verbatim! Hard to believe a woman owner would be ok with this. I can only hope what happened to me does not happen to you. West wind Yucaipa residents or visitors beware.
