So, I ran into a MAJOR issue today on the freeway and Yelped the nearest tow service (I ran out of fuel).... Please don't laugh. Xtreme Towing was the closest to me, so I gave them a call. Darren (not sure if I spelled that correctly) answered and sent an employee out to my location within about 10 minutes. Gas was put in my vehicle and I was on my way. Solid service! read more

My battery died. I was lucky enough to have friends with AAA and Extreme towing was sent out. They sent out a guy in 45 minutes with a truck full of different batteries and changed it right then and there. I think that's a service that AAA offered. The attendant was super nice and friendly and the service was polite and courteous. Unfortunately, the battery sat too low and wasn't connecting properly with the cables. I called the next day and they sent out another guy within an hour to have them fix it-- gave my battery a little booster seat to sit higher. That guy as well was courteous and polite. I was very impressed with their great customer service with the phone operator and the attendants that came out each time. One star off because of the battery issue. read more

We had an issue with a commercial vehicle having a flat tire on Memorial Day. They charged us a reasonable amount to come out and remove the tire and then they offered to fix the flat and return it same day for only an additional $15. Very happy with their service. read more

This post is a week late, but I promised Darren I would write a review. So about 2 weeks ago I was in a pretty bad accident on the 91 fwy. I was hit from behind, I was driving a mini Cooper and was hit by an Escalade. CHP was there real quick. After like 20-30 minutes there were about 4-5 tow trucks there. There was a lot of confusion about who called and why there were so many. Well Darren came and talked with me while I was calling my insurance. He was asking what I wanted to do and I was being bombarded with questions. Well I got off the phone and he was explaining my options. He was super nice and willing to help however. Well.i ended going with him and his other driver. Got back to the shop and he helped me with everything while I called in the accident. Well another tow truck had called and said they were coming to pick my car up. I told them I was already booked on a truck. Que the even more confusion. Then we worked out that AAA would pick.up my car and take it to my mechanic in Orange county. But a driver with Ramos towing came to extremes shop and walked up to us while we were talking and interrupted us and he was smoking right in our faces. This guy from Ramos was ride to both of us and I didn't want him taking my car anywhere. Well he started talking crap to Darren the owner of Xtreme towing, and then he left. Darren held his composure and professionalism. Thanks so much Darren for helping me and doing what was best for me. I recommend them to anyone anyway. I was in a situation where I felt completely useless, but the driver Hector he came, saw and conquered the problem like it was nothing! These guys are complete assholes. I had my car towed from my old place... The guy was super nice and friendly. Told me if I needed my car fixed that I should take it to them, might cost but they get the job done. So I did just that. Took my other car in, told them the problem. Took two days. A week later the same problem started to happen again. (Paid 190) A year later I took the same car in again for my brakes (I didn't want to chance driving any further than I had to) I rolled up and they refuses to even look at my car because the only mechanic there was on break. I had no problem waiting for him but he straight out refused me. read more

As some of you know working on Christmas Day is never something we want. Fortunately for my cousin and I this amazing place was available to us. For the first time seriously, ever, my cousin locked her car keys in her car. Well it wouldn't have been so bad since we just pulled into our driveway, deal with it later. However, her house keys were like many of us, on her car key ring. The guy who arrived was distracted to say the least and rough as heck with the Slim Jim but in 40° weather we didn't really want to say anything as he was our key to our keys, LOL. About a week later my cousin went to unlock her passenger door with her key and realized it had been broken. I called and spoke with David the manager and was incredibly impressed and grateful that he listens to what happened and promptly asked when I would be able to come in for them to look at and repair any damage. My review is predominately to point out that David, the Manager of this establishment, was above and beyond outstanding! I would highly recommend this towing company to anyone ever in need.things happen and sometimes as owner or manager of an establishment it may be out of your control but to correct the situation with the utmost professionalism and friendliness creates a lifelong relationship and many very positive referrals. My son has had 1996 & 1998 vehicles over the last few years & has had to use AAA through this company more than a few times. We used them again tonight & their driver James was awesome! He towed the car to our house and since the car was dead, the windows were stuck down & we had to push the vehicle uphill into the backyard. James backed up as far as he could and then helped push the car the rest of the way into the yard so it would be safe. Great driver & good company! read more

You know I thought these guys were nice. I was In accident and called AAA after my dad left and on his way to the accident. He is a gold AAA member with free towing. I to the driver and showed him my dads card .. I asked him to please wait that my dad would be there in 5 minutes. My car was on the shoulder and not blocking traffic. I was taken to the hospital and the driver left right away despite having to wait for my dads card and ID. My car is lowered and needs wood under the tires to prevent damage to my car. Obviously this guy did not care even when I told him I was going to be fixing the damages. I ended up with a 286$ fee. I had to pay because the driver made my dad drive all the way there and couldn't wait 5 min for him. When I was there I was told a person had to be present at the home where it was being towed so I then had nowhere to bring my car. Within 30 minutes my car was on its way to my uncles house. I called today just to inform the guy working there that their driver didn't take caution while towing my car and started to be rude and saying they wouldn't be responsible for any damage. However, I didn't say anything about damage nor that I was asking for anything. I think that's a guilty conscious ? I will now post before and after photos of my car.. Please look at the front bumper. It's raised straight up. Obviously from their driver when he got my car on the truck. They do not care about you.. Your car. He started to complain that he waited for hours and even said that he needed to get out tools to help tow it??? Hahahah that's when I really got pissed. I was in tears at one point when I was getting my car and very stressed out. Now he's complaining about helping me ..making things up .. And adding hours to the actual time I was there. I had a huge bump on my head from hitting the windshield 2 black eyes and obviously in a lot of pain and limping... Please... When a customer is in pain stressed and depressed .. Please try and be there for them and not be an A-hole and rude. read more

In an unfamiliar area when I was involved in an accident, Mark and Rick answered the call, took care of getting my car placed then made sure my 10 year old and I were safe and comfortable until loved ones arrived to pick us up. I had recently bought 2 used tires 2 days prior to blow out and I got a blow out with one of the tires I purchased. I called AAA and they sent Xtreme towing and the man who helped me change my tire was fast and showed me what was wrong with both tires I purchased so when I went back later to the company who sold me the tires I was able to show them what was wrong with them and thanks to the useful info the tow truck driver gave me, I was able to get my money back to purchase new tires. The tow truck driver told me to call office and they can help me get new tires for good price and they did. When I went to office to get tire replaced I was surprised how very nice & clean office was and how nice the owner & the other 2 men I met were. They were all very nice and professional and I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know. read more

The company is very rude when talking to on the phone, when trying to find out a code they said prevented them from towing a car that was blocking a driveway they were hesitant to site it saying we should Google it and then hung up. On other occasions they will not return calls regarding illegally parked cars even though they are contracted to handle such issues claiming it is a waste of their gas to come out. read more
