Have AAA membership coverages we have up to 200 Miles FREE under our policy. My husband 1983 work Chevy Step Van, needed to transport to get fix at our friend who's a mechanics @ Hemet. StageCoach driver arrived & informed us not able to transport, not covered. About 2 years ago we had it towed from Pomona to Banning @ my son place, covered over 50 miles. From a smaller Towing company. This is our first time getting StageCoach since had ALOT Big Tow Trucks was HAPPY to hear from AAA that they would Tow our Chevy Step Van till the BAD news. Stage Coach is just minutes down the street from my son place @ Banning. We just request to towing Banning to Hemet just less than 19 Miles from here & stagecoach driver refused to tow, state not covered even though smaller Tow company did it before. So AAA didn't cover due to what was reported by StageCoach. But was informed by Stage Coach willing to Tow if Cash out of pocket for a BIG $800 cash. There just 5 minutes away local, had to find another Tow company from another location to get a lot BETTER quotes then what StageCoach quoted. He even said if I was local would just quoted $75 or less than what quoted Banning to Helmet to tow our 1983 Chevy Step Van. Again my family & I Highly Recommend MARK'S TOWING GRUA his number is #951-378-3410. His so professional, so Helpful and willing to Tow any location. Mark came less than 30 minutes from his location to Banning at my son place. If EVER my AAA membership doesn't cover, I will call & used MARKS TOWING GRUA (Mark Terrones). Thanks Mark for an EXCELLENT job!)StageCoach EPIC Fail:( read more

What a crazy day it was! My electric car was out of battery and ended up at 10 different ev charging stations with all of them either was broken or out of order! Sooo the last spot was at the banning location next to dennys! Well it took 30 min to charge my car to 1%! It was toooo slow! Sooo I decided to call aaa and they got me a tow. Spoke to Angela and she told me 1 1/2 hour before the driver gets to me! I had no choice! So I said okay! She calls me back and says the driver "Schean" will be there asap because he's not going to take his break now instead he's coming to you! How sweet of this driver! Schean came and picked up all 3 of us thank god he had an extended cab to accommodate all of us! He was the kindest sweetest driver and very polite. He was very respectful and made our night! He deserves a recommendation! Your company is very lucky to have someone like him!!!! Thank you Schean for bringing us home safely all the way from banning to Montebello! We appreciate you! CROOKS, I was involved in a motor Vehicle accident, Stagecoach towing brought my vehicle to their yard. I showed up the following day well before the 24HR's to pay for my vehicle to be released. The vehicle was under my wife's name and in good faith they would not let me pay to avoid the second 24 hour fee to intentionally make my wife come back less then hour and half later to charge us a full extra day fee of $100. When asked to pro Rate it the said no. read more

JC helped us out of a very tricky situation, car stuck on a rock - he's like an artist or a surgeon. Expertly lifted the car, got us out of the spot, helped us to check for damage and determine if the car was drivable. 10/10. Would drive onto more rocks just to get his help again. read more

Mike and Steve both showed up change my tire very fast they had awesome attitudes thank you for you help

I scheduled a tow truck to pick up a golf cart yesterday for today at 1:00PM. I waited 15 minutes and called back to get an ETA. The dispatcher informed me that the driver should be there soon. I waited another 15 minutes and called back. A different dispatcher said they just dispatched it at 1:30. I'm a patient person but what I dislike is someone telling me what I want to hear as opposed to truth read more

Thank you Michael. 8 pm on Friday is not the ideal time for a car issue, but Michael got me and my car home safely in a timely manner.

They showed up to my locked truck and unlocked in a heartbeat would recommend them good service

I got stuck on a dirt road that google told me to go and I called AAA they sent me these guys. They never showed up. They left me stranded. My app said they were 8-10 minutes away from my location. Then when I called them to verify they were coming, they told me they had to dispatch an emergency then I was next. After already waiting 2 hours for them. They never arrived at the ETA stated on my Text. They also tried to have the other tow truck that was serving another vehicle to help me instead but they didn't work with AAA. So I couldn't get help. Bad service. 0 stars! read more

Amazing service today! We called AAA who in turn sent Stagecoach tow truck service out to rescue us. The tow truck driver Mike arrived very quickly! Our SUV was malfunctioning however somehow just when Mike arrived, our vehicle started acting correctly. There was no need at that point for Mike to tow us, however Mike was very understanding. He was such a blessing to us! Thank you and we will certainly recommend your service!! read more

JC came out on a AAA call and was super helpful. Originally thought I was going to need a tow but he helped triage the issue with my spare and made it safe for me to drive myself to get my tire replaced. He was concerned about our safety as my car was on the side of an extremely busy area and made sure that we were safe throughout the process. Super nice guy and highly recommend. read more

So grateful for Schwan at Stagecoach! The radiator decided to die on the freeway driving back from Palm Springs to LA. We managed to roll to a gas station, but it was the middle of nowhere with just semis driving by. Seriously, picture the beginning of any highway horror movie. AAA said it would be an hour and a half before they could get someone to tow us. But stagecoach called us directly, and when we explained the situation they said they could get someone to us in 15 minutes. Thank you, dispatcher! That's when Schwan comes into the scene. He got the car on his tow truck immediately and we rode in his truck with him. So nice and pleasant! He offered us AAA branded waters from his cooler, and really put us at ease chatting for the whole 60-mile ride to our mechanic. This was a really stressful and scary situation for two women to find themselves in, and I'm really grateful that Schwan made us feel so comfortable. We got some laughs on that ride, and we could really use them! It's great to have AAA to cover this kind of emergency, so I can't comment on the price (it was free), but Stagecoach is a professional and efficient company, and Schwan deserves a raise! read more

Getting towed two days in a row within 24 hours was not my idea of a "Great Christmas Adventure!" But everyone I interacted with (the call desk operators and the drivers) were so friendly and polite!!! The drivers knew what they were doing, kept my safety as a priority and took great care with towing the car. I rode inside the tow trucks both times and both trucks were amazingly clean!!! Thank you Stagecoach for helping me get to where I needed to go!!! read more

AAA roadside assistance called for back up help from stagecoach towing. They left me on the side of the road. I was going westbound on the 10 freeway not even 5 miles from their yard and banning California I explain that I needed help right away four hours later they never did come, and when the driver came finally told me he could not do it. He could not strap my car because it was an unsafe condition for the mechanic to secure the carto the tow truck therefore he had to pull off the freeway to secure the vehicle, but yet I sat there in unsafe condition read more

Stagecoach Towing - Towing Near Me - Banning, California

Hello, Generally, over the years you guys have been great. Maybe you should have a chat with a driver of yours, George. I have a 1988 Toyota 4 Runner that needed towing Monday afternoon, 5/13/24. The vehicle would not start without a jump...alternator problem. When George arrived, he was disappointed to see it needed to be repositioned to get onto the flatbed truck. He jumpstarted the engine, had me back it out, drive it onto the tilted flatbed, lowered and wait until he secured the car. I then clung to the side of the vehicle with no handholds and slide to the back. I am a 75-year-old male, 250 pounds, and have 4th stage COPD. We got to the shop. I climbed back up the flatbed, shimmied alongside until I got to the driver's seat door which George had kindly opened for me. He released the vehicle and tilted the flatbed until I could roll back. He approached me while I was inside. I asked him if I should leave the keys on the hood. He said he would take care of it. I gave him the keys. I guess he wasn't a valet service. He didn't leave the keys at the shop. He brought them back to your office. Meanwhile, the shop owner was curious himself, thinking he had lost the keys or I had them. I called your office and found that George had left them there. You had someone to return them. Thank you. Does George usually expect his customers to help him do his job? What would have happened if I fell off? Something to think about George's future with your company. read more

Whoever the dispatch at stage coach is that is working tonight 7/22 and called me 20 mins ago was beyond rude. And by the looks of previous reviews it's not the first time. Talk about horrible attitude and no customer service. After dealing with a horrible situation this lady calls with an attitude because I had missed a call from the tow truck driver that was at the drop off location. She threatens tow my car from LA back to banning if I can't get a drop off issues resolved literally in the two seconds she wanted me to. Threatening to take it back and charge storage. What kind of B.S. is that?! And apparently she swindles everyone for storage fees. Ridiculous . We waited for this tow for over 2 hours and she had zero patience for one missed call. I will be calling AAA to file a complaint. Driver was great at time of pick up and friendly. This review is definitely not for her. read more

Today was my lucky day..I happened to be in Beaumont CA dropping someone off to their home. While driving on Highland Springs ave my car malfunctioned out of no where and the car coasted to the side of the road. I called for AAA service to send a towing service to flat bed my car back home about 25 miles. I immediately got a text that Stagecoach Towing had a technician on the way. Approximately 20 min later, the technician, Christina Smith, shows up, hooked my car up on that flat bed , and we were headed back on the freeway. I was in awe because I never had a female towing tech respond for servicing.. ever..so I'm like, "what"?! But she handled her biznez folks.. I had to give Christina her "flowers".. When she got my car home, she backed that fiat bed up in my driveway and slid my car right in place in front of the garage... She did that and was personable as well.. Christina's truck was clean and I appreciated the ride back home. The job was done expeditiously and was professionally handled .. it was just a quality service with no muss or fuss. Upon speaking with Christina I find she was the only female at the company and learned there aren't many in the business .. It was a proud "Girl power" moment watching her .. I felt comfortable and safe in her company ..this lady knew what she was doing .. it was my lucky day that a Lemon of a day was turned into Lemonade thanks to the quick responses of Christina Smith from Stagecoach Towing of Banning CA.. I would definitely recommend .. read more

EXCELLENT customer service. I called AAA who sent Stagecoach Towing, Chris was here within 20 minutes! Just got a tow from Stagecoach Towing. Truth be told, I used them in the past and the service was TERRIBLE. When AAA told me it was them again, I thought "Great! more bad service". That all changed when I met Robert. This kid has a heart of gold and is an asset to the company. Clean cut, sharp uniform and he smelled good. First thing he did was made sure I was ok and if I needed anything. We had great conversation on the ride and it was a pleasure. If you ever need a tow, ask for Robert. read more

A HUGE shout out to Steve who after some confusion about my location, kept in contact with me after I became stranded on a super busy highway due to a flat tire. Steve was apologetic about the time I'd been waiting, was super friendly and helpful. I can't say enough nice things about him. This towing company damaged my vehicle ($6,000 in damages). I tried going through them directly to come up with a solution. The "CEO" was no help whatsoever and was very rude and demeaning. Extremely unprofessional. I am 2 MINUTES AWAY from this towing company, I'm sitting waiting 2 hours for them to then be told that they cannot tow my work truck. I clearly detailed what work truck they'd tow and emphasized its a dually and a LARGE work truck. These people don't know what they're doing there, they cannot understand simple truck descriptions. The lady representative on the phone screaming at me instead of apologizing as any OTHER professional business would made it that much worse. read more
