What a crazy day it was! My electric car was out of battery and ended up at 10 different ev charging stations with all of them either was broken or out of order! Sooo the last spot was at the banning location next to dennys! Well it took 30 min to charge my car to 1%! It was toooo slow! Sooo I decided to call aaa and they got me a tow. Spoke to Angela and she told me 1 1/2 hour before the driver gets to me! I had no choice! So I said okay! She calls me back and says the driver "Schean" will be there asap because he's not going to take his break now instead he's coming to you! How sweet of this driver! Schean came and picked up all 3 of us thank god he had an extended cab to accommodate all of us! He was the kindest sweetest driver and very polite. He was very respectful and made our night! CROOKS, I was involved in a motor Vehicle accident, Stagecoach towing brought my vehicle to their yard. I showed up the following day well before the 24HR's to pay for my vehicle to be released. The vehicle was under my wife's name and in good faith they would not let me pay to avoid the second 24 hour fee to intentionally make my wife come back less then hour and half later to charge us a full extra day fee of $100. I got stuck on a dirt road that google told me to go and I called AAA they sent me these guys. They never showed up. They left me stranded. My app said they were 8-10 minutes away from my location. Then when I called them to verify they were coming, they told me they had to dispatch an emergency then I was next. After already waiting 2 hours for them. They never arrived at the ETA stated on my Text. They also tried to have the other tow truck that was serving another vehicle to help me instead but they didn't work with AAA. So I couldn't get help. I was going westbound on the 10 freeway not even 5 miles from their yard and banning California I explain that I needed help right away four hours later they never did come, and when the driver came finally told me he could not do it. So grateful for Schwan at Stagecoach! The radiator decided to die on the freeway driving back from Palm Springs to LA. We managed to roll to a gas station, but it was the middle of nowhere with just semis driving by. Seriously, picture the beginning of any highway horror movie. AAA said it would be an hour and a half before they could get someone to tow us. But stagecoach called us directly, and when we explained the situation they said they could get someone to us in 15 minutes. Thank you, dispatcher! That's when Schwan comes into the scene. He got the car on his tow truck immediately and we rode in his truck with him. So nice and pleasant! He offered us AAA branded waters from his cooler, and really put us at ease chatting for the whole 60-mile ride to our mechanic. This was a really stressful and scary situation for two women to find themselves in, and I'm really grateful that Schwan made us feel so comfortable. We got some laughs on that ride, and we could really use them! It's great to have AAA to cover this kind of emergency, so I can't comment on the price (it was free), but Stagecoach is a professional and efficient company, and Schwan deserves a raise! read more

Hello, Generally, over the years you guys have been great. Maybe you should have a chat with a driver of yours, George. I have a 1988 Toyota 4 Runner that needed towing Monday afternoon, 5/13/24. The vehicle would not start without a jump...alternator problem. When George arrived, he was disappointed to see it needed to be repositioned to get onto the flatbed truck. He jumpstarted the engine, had me back it out, drive it onto the tilted flatbed, lowered and wait until he secured the car. I then clung to the side of the vehicle with no handholds and slide to the back. I am a 75-year-old male, 250 pounds, and have 4th stage COPD. We got to the shop. I climbed back up the flatbed, shimmied alongside until I got to the driver's seat door which George had kindly opened for me. He released the vehicle and tilted the flatbed until I could roll back. He approached me while I was inside. I asked him if I should leave the keys on the hood. He said he would take care of it. I gave him the keys. I guess he wasn't a valet service. He didn't leave the keys at the shop. He brought them back to your office. Meanwhile, the shop owner was curious himself, thinking he had lost the keys or I had them. I called your office and found that George had left them there. You had someone to return them. Thank you. Does George usually expect his customers to help him do his job? What would have happened if I fell off? Something to think about George's future with your company. read more

We Had a blow out on the freeway today called AAA. I have never seen such outstanding service like this ever. we were stuck on the freeway there was four of us two being kids I called AAA they asked if we was safe and I said that we were on the freeway and wasn't in a safe position AAA said they would get someone out ASAP as soon as I hanged up the phone I looked in the rear view mirror within 5 minutes I had flashing lights two trucks pulled up, one pulled up in front and one pulled behind so that we were totally safe and covered.and they made us feel totally safe. They loaded up Our truck took us to a safe place then the other truck took off. the remaining truck changed the tire. Super fast gave us water and was a first class service super nice guy too. Talk about horrible attitude and no customer service. Today was my lucky day..I happened to be in Beaumont CA dropping someone off to their home. While driving on Highland Springs ave my car malfunctioned out of no where and the car coasted to the side of the road. I called for AAA service to send a towing service to flat bed my car back home about 25 miles. I immediately got a text that Stagecoach Towing had a technician on the way. Approximately 20 min later, the technician, Christina Smith, shows up, hooked my car up on that flat bed , and we were headed back on the freeway. I was in awe because I never had a female towing tech respond for servicing.. ever..so I'm like, "what"?! But she handled her biznez folks.. I had to give Christina her "flowers".. When she got my car home, she backed that fiat bed up in my driveway and slid my car right in place in front of the garage... She did that and was personable as well.. Christina's truck was clean and I appreciated the ride back home. The job was done expeditiously and was professionally handled .. it was just a quality service with no muss or fuss. My husband and I were in the process of selling his late dad's classic truck. A buyer from across the country had purchased the truck. We were in the process of waiting for the transport truck to come when the worse thing happened. The keys got locked inside the truck. The spare keys were mailed to the new buyer just hours before. In panic mode, we called AAA, and they contacted Stagecoach Towing. Anthony from Stagecoach showed up within 20 minutes. He worked with the Slim Jim on the passenger window and could not get it to unlock. He did not give up. He then tried the Slim Jim on the driver's window which also did not work. But he had another tool he could try. This time it worked. We were so relieved! Anthony was a life saver to us. He was kind and customer service oriented. When the Slim Jim tool did not work, he didn't just say sorry you need a lock smith and leave. He took the extra steps to continue to try to help us and he did. We were so grateful that Stagecoach Towing came to our house and Anthony was the driver.
