I called Dom's this morning as we have a Toyota Tacoma that needed to be towed to Glendora. Whoever answered the phone was negative right from the start. He sounded frustrated that I called at all and then said, "ok, I guess we can do it but it will cost you $680.00!" A ridiculous quote! It was as if these guys never wanted me to call in the 1st place. So I wont, there's too much competition out there for these guys to be acting this way. Makes me wonder why their in business at all. Zero stars for Dom's Towing! Cant imagine what might have happened if I actually used them. Don't use them, call their competitors. Middle of the night of a very long stressful day (moving a family of 5). My Uhaul car trailer lit on fire. The brake line somehow began to burn and blew out three tires. It's a long crazy story of trying to get the fire out, but in the end, the trailer was garbage, but our car had no damage at all. But Dom literally just showed up out of nowhere. He was in his office and heard the commotion and jumped to the rescue. He got out there after the fire was out, but then he took over. My family was shaking in fear, it was really scary. But Dom just got involved, took care of the trailer, parked our car, and was just so calming and caring. He allowed us to leave our car there for a few days, so we could get our uhaul unloaded at our new house. His main priority was that we got to our new house safely. He took care of us, got the trailer picked up by Uhauls insurance, and watched our car for days, but asked for no money in return. He didn't charge us at all. I called to have my non op vehicle towed, explained to him what I needed and he said to call back later, no explanation as to why. I called again an hour later, he said the same thing. I tried him again (third time) and the man, who I'm presuming is Dom, told me that I should try calling back the next day. So I call the next day, and he says he can't do the tow because he doesn't have the right kind of truck to tow a non operational vehicle. Not sure why he didn't say that the first three times I talked to him. The guy was very short over the phone, did not seem to care at all about my business. Use All American Towing, they were much more friendly and accommodating, actually seemed to care about my business. Go figure. read more

I was at chevron today I needed to get air in my tire after leaving two other gas stations with broken air machines . 1- I don't know how to put air in my tire I always have to ask for help , 2- chevrons air machine was broken too! Today I was turned away by triple a because I did not have the RV towing package to help me with a simple tow service on my motorcycle. I've been a loyal paying customer for over ten years and have the 100 mile towing package in which I gladly pay every month. Needless to say I'm not happy with triple a for having restrictions to tow a cycle. I wasn't informed my service did not include towing on a motorcycle. Anyway..... Regardless of what stories you may have heard about tow truck operators and wrecker services and how they're all just roadway buzzards, here's the truth. These guys face danger every single day. They are out in all kinds of weather, on the sides of roads helping out stranded people with other cars and trucks whizzing by at speeds that induce heart attacks. So quit yer' beefin'. Yeah, there's some bad apples out there, but most are guys and gals simply trying to keep food on the table, a roof over the head and wolves from the door. Dom is a great guy! I was travelling home last night and my wife locked my keys in the truck while getting gas.
