I just had my third towing experience with "All American Towing and this is my review and recommendation. If your going to purchase a EV(Tesla), you better get familiar with tow trucks because pop'pin 20-21" tires will be in your future. Potholes are not kind in a 6,000 pound electric car. New Year's Eve 2022, popped two tires on Hwy 74 Thru Hemet, CA.. six months later popped a front tire on Hwy 74 driving thru Hemet again!!! This company knows what A+ customer service is! From their dispatchers to their tow truck drivers. They were amazing and so helpful. They were able to tow my Tesla when it ran out of battery. I need my vehicle to be towed to a Tesla super charger which was about 1 mile away from the Tesla super charger. James and Jorge were miracle workers and were able to get me to my destination so I can charge my car back to Orange County. They were so amazing and I couldn't be more grateful for their services. Not sure who was driving this tow truck, but they really either need to learn how to drive or get off their phone. This driver was not only driving partially on the side of the freeway and middle of a lane, as I turned on my blinker and went into the lane next to him ( I was already fully in the lane) he turned on his blinker and started coming into my lane, I honked and honked but he kept coming towards my car, I had to swerve out of my lane and almost missed my exit. read more

I call Ford roadside and they hired all american tow to have my truck towed to dealer for warranty repair on the fuse box upgrade. After the repairs were made I picked the truck up and within 25 miles check engine light came on. Drove truck back to dealer next day and they informed me that there was a hole in the charcoal box. The charcoal box is located right next to the rear axle where they tied the truck down with a chain. They hit the box when they tossed the chain over the axle or when they pulled the chain off the axle. There office and insurance denied coverage, and I ended up going through my insurance for the $2000.00 repair. My out of pocket was $500.00 for the deductible. read more

I called tripleAAA and they assigned this company to tow my vehicle to a local shop. They came in, they saw where the vehicle was located and turnt down the tow service. I've called triple AAA several times, and ALL AMERICAN towing keeps refusing to tow my vehicle. I wouldn't recommend them at all!!!! read more

There's nothing worse than getting stuck on the side of the road! I actually had to call back after canceling, as I thought the issue with my car had been fixed. Brandy, in their office was very courteous, and explained I had to go back through my roadside service. I feel fortunate they were able to acquire All American Towing again. Mike, who drove the service truck was very professional. I was impressed at his focus on safety, customer service, and care of the vehicle. Mike even helped me with an ice chest full of groceries which we dropped by my house on the way to the car dealer. Honestly, I couldn't have asked for anything better. This company was assigned to me via my roadside assistance with my car insurance. Not being able to check out the company made me a little nervous, but, let me tell ya... my nervousness quickly went away. Once my request for tow was placed, i called All American to inform them i had 4 adults with me. The office was polite and even offered suggestion on how to get all 4 of us home as the tow truck could not accommodate all of us. Then I was given a wait time of 1 hour, the driver, RICHARD, showed up after only 20 mins and had us loaded up very quickly. He explained to me the pricing and we were on our way. Richard was professional, easy to talk with, and very efficient. Glad this company was chosen for me and now, thanks to Richard and the ladies in the office, we are home safe! read more

Our car died in Palm Springs. Luckily, I have Triple A Plus or whatever so we were able to get the tow for free. The driver was meh. Didn't speak to us hardly at all, which was fine by me. He was surly and unpleasant. There were waves of irritation and dislike toward us radiating from him. Buddy, if you don't like your job, that's your problem. Don't take it out on me. The next day, and my husband's cell phone was missing. We called to see if he had left it in the cab of the tow truck. They checked, or so they said, and told us it wasn't there. Over a week later, after we had spent $50 to replace the phone, we got a call from All American Tow. They found it. At least they called us to let us know, so I guess I give them some credit for that. We drove out and got it back, but the whole experience was just a giant pain in the ass. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! First off, 90% of the 5 star reviews are from employees and family members, so don't trust them. The reason I give this lying, rat infested, inbred, squirrel shooting, overall wearing, no shoes having, banjo playing, my mom is my sister, trailer living, Dukes of Hazard watching, moonshine drinking, meth making, despicable, poor excuse for a company who pretty much hires straight from Folsom prison 5 stars is because any other rating would get buried. I was stranded on the freeway. I called AAA, they said AAT would be there in 35 min. One hour later I called AAA back. They said that AAT claimed they driver showed up and I refused the tow because I was going to have family members pick me up?!? WTF..I called AAT dispatch and this poor excuse for a dispatcher who was probably doing her fake nails looking at the pictures of the National Enquire and drinking a RedBull while eating Hot Cheetos at the time said that she watched on their GPS that her driver stopped and hung out with me for 15 minutes. (give me a break). Dispatch called their driver and he is standing by is story. I called AAA back and they said that their policy is that the Tow driver is suppose to verify my membership and make/model of my car which they did not because THESE IDOT MAGOTS DID NOT SHOW UP!!! I filed a formal complaint with AAA and I'm going to take this as far up the food chain as possible. I called a buddy of mine that is pretty high up in the California Highway Patrol and he confirmed that AAT is probably the worst company out there. Other Tow Companies in the area would get between 40 and 60 calls a day from AAA. All American Towing gets about FOUR!. He said that they have been accused of stealing from customers, one customer was a Federal Judge from another state. The reason he didn't press the issue is because he didn't want to have to come back. This company doesn't even deserve to be rated, they deserve to be out of business. I wouldn't let these knuckleheaded thieves tow my ex-wife's car over a cliff!! (Well, maybe my ex-wife) Do yourself a favor, find another company to use. read more

My truck had a mechanical issue and called AAA, AAA dispatched a independent contractor who's was supposed to be with me within 40 minutes to tow me. After almost 2 hours on the road waiting for the AAA contractor and no contact at all I called AAA back to see what was going on. I was on hold with AAA for 20 minutes when they said All American Towing (AAA contractor but not the original contractor) was coming and it would be 40 minutes. Sean from All American showed up within 3 minutes of me hanging up with AAA. Driving down the 10 freeway after having a very long day in P.S. taking care of my 87 yr. old Mom, I tried to stop and get gas. As I made my lane change to exit by the Morongo Casino, my car hit what I can only assume , a huge POTHOLE. I made it off the freeway and called AAA. No problem we will be there in 35 min. Oh but you can NOT ride in the truck due to COVID. What? Are you kidding. I live 65+ miles away and have nobody to call and pick me up. I felt so defeated. I cried and cancelled the tow because I would have been stranded with not even a restaurant to even sit in. I get a call back from All American Tow and I explain that I had to cancel because I have no way to get home. She tells me that the driver said he would take us home. I was so grateful and so happy. I want to shout out to Schawn. He was amazing and took us all the way to Lake Elsinore from Banning and treated my car like his own. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. My car was blocking a driveway accidentally . All American Towing was called at 11 am Sunday morning to pick up my car. I live 1.5 hours away, I found out that their office is closed on Sunday. Drove back home and back on Monday morning 8 am. Paid Banning police $77 to release my vehicle. Paid another $438 to All American Towing for having my car less than 24 hrs. $240 to pick up, $138 Administration fees and $60 overnight fee. If they charge other customers $85 to pick up a stranded vehicle why was mine $240? My car was picked up from Banning near 12th street (very close by All American Towing). This company is a rip-off they should not be allowed to charge "administration fees" on top of their own ridiculous fees. Do not use them. They are not using fair charges across the board. I broke down on I-10 by 22nd street in Beaumont. I called AAA for a tow and they sent Rick in a crew-cab because we had 3 people in my car. I had with me my 90 year old mother-in-law. We waited about 25 minutes and Rick arrived and he was very caring, polite and extremely understanding of our situation with my mother-in-law. He took great care of us. Please do not use this company. Their interests are only for your money and take advantage of your situation. Our vehicle broke down at my children's school. My wife called for a tow through our insurance company. All American responded to the school. The driver did not ask what was wrong, he basically just towed my car. I've had enough cars towed to know that a reputable company will assist you in getting your car to work without towing unless there is no choice. He did not ask if there was anything wrong with the battery or if it was even out of gas. It must have been a slow day, so he just towed it for $200. Turns out that it was the battery and if he charged it, my wife could have made it home without the tow. Could have saved a lot of money. A teacher asked him how come he did not ask my wife about the battery instead of towing it. He told her and my wife he could check the battery, but it would cost her more money to take it off the tow bed. Really, that was just a way to discourage her and tow the vehicle. The driver (Richard) became flustered with all these questions forgot to give my wife the receipt for the tow which I needed in order to receive partial reimbursement from my insurance. I called the dispatcher to see how I could get the receipt and she said "can you come down here to pick it up?" No, why would I come down there when your company was supposed to provide it to me anyway. I have already been inconvenienced once,why twice? The dispatcher said she would mail it to me. I waited because i thought it was going in the mail the next day. I did not receive it and contacted her several days later. Then she said she put in the mail that day. Well, lady I still have yet to receive that receipt that you put in the mail twice! She even read back my correct address, so that was not the issue either. I had to go the business to pick up my receipt, what customer service that was demonstrated, thanks! This behavior tells me a lot about your company, you exploit people in trouble and gouge them for money because they are left in a desperate situation. Then to add insult to injury, you employ people that further alienate the customer that is only trying to get necessary paperwork to be compensated from their insurance . I really hope the owner reads this review, but then again, he employs them maybe condones this behavior. I hope not. If zeros stars existed, I would have given it to them. read more

I locked my keys in my car today and called National Automobile Club. They sent out a man from All American Towing. He was wonderful! He got my car unlocked quickly and was very nice.
