The work in general looks to be good good however I'm disappointed of the way they deliver the vehicle. Just basically handed the keys pick up your car. I was never explained in detail what was repaired what was done upon entering the vehicle it was completely full of body shop dust. The person in charge was not in the location. I left and phoned her with my concern. she did offer for me to return the vehicle however, I don't live anywhere near there, and I was already halfway back home at a later time I requested to be reimbursed half of the detail which was unfortunate denied. I believe it bad customer service when they received close to $11,000 for the repairs and I get a completely filthy car but that's the way they do business do not recommend.

No one even looked up from their computers or said anything. I gave them the benefit of the doubt that somehow they didn't hear me, see me, or see my vehicle pull in. I said "Hi" again, and no one still even looked at me. Instead, a gentleman with a long gray beard just pointed at the building next door and said I needed to go there. I waited for my appointment, and saw another person with a hat and curly hair come in and out. My appointment was at 3PM, and the receptionist said the person who would be giving me my quote was not in yet. I waited until after my appointment time, and decided to cancel and find a better place. It just so happened that the gentleman with the hat and curly hair was the one who was supposed to meet me at 3PM. Overall, this place needs an overhaul on customer service. There's a dozen places in the area to get your vehicle fixed, all with similar pricing and expertise. So why waste your time and money dropping off your vehicle at a place where you are not even given a greeting, and appointments are not adhered to.

We got both of our cars done here after getting a set of new tires for both cars, and now roughly 6 months later both of our cars have SEVERE balding on the inside of the tires. Wires exposed, tread gone, balding. We never would have seen this if I hadn't need to take my car in for a break and lamp inspection; this could have killed us. Prior to this, we had our alignments done elsewhere and they also didn't do a good job, it wasn't perfect but it wasn't great. We suspect that this business took our money and didn't do a single thing to our cars, just robbed us. We took our cars to the much more reputable Synder's Tires here in crestline; it was more expensive but we got a complete report of how terribly aligned my car was, something Plus One didn't do. Provided are photos and evidence of how mismanaged my car was. I repeat- this could have killed us.

I love supporting Black owned businesses, especially when the service and quality are there. I called after someone recommended them. They answered right away, we discussed tire sizes and price, and when I arrived the price was exactly what they quoted. No surprises or sales pressure. They also checked my other tires and pointed out that one was becoming a safety hazard. I was planning a long drive and genuinely had no idea, so I appreciated them catching it. I ended up getting three tires with about 90% tread. Three weeks and plenty of driving later, no issues and I saved hundreds compared with buying new. I've bought a lot of tires over the years around LA and the Valley and have had some bad experiences. Tire Kings was quick, professional, reasonably priced and had the right equipment. Definitely recommend this family owned business.
