(Five different places plus GEICO's person and AAA's person so seven different ones) Then I spoke with Mario from Hermosillo Heavy Duty Towing, and everything changed. Mario spent over 20 minutes on the phone going back-and-forth with me as I was trying to help my mom. He was trying to help us figure out the safest way to get my mom home and how he could help. Eventually, his son personally came out, picked up my mom and her car in the tow truck, and safely towed her 92 miles back home. You know those Hallmark movies where the small-town people are unbelievably kind and you wish the world really worked that way? That is this company.
