So here we are, keys locked in the trunk and no spare set. This is a newer vehicle, so it's was a major pain in the you know what to get open. My husband called and they were at the high school within minutes. They got my son in his vehicle in no time. Which means a lot, our boys are our everything. Sure enough no more than 10 mins he was there. (I have waited hours before for something even simpler , and always felt like it was an inconvenience) Louis though made sure the service he was called for not only came first but also he made sure my safety was above all else . As soon as he got there he looked and asked some questions . I have never been in an accident like this and without even asking he gave me his best knowledge and advice what the best option would be, but also never felt like he was out for money or looking to scam. He was truthful and honest. Transparent and caring. Professional and focused. And He went out of his way to make sure i made it home . Honestly tonight sucked. But it was a blessing to have Louis called out for my tow.
