Great experience with Rios Auto Glass…read more Had to get my Rav4 windshield replaced. Rios Auto Glass responded quickly, and even after hours to get a quote and scheduled me for the morning the following day. They arrived on time. Communication was clear, and Jorge and his partner were friendly, careful, and efficient. They were easy to talk to, explained everything well, and finished the job in about 30 minutes. Closely inspected the job after they left and found no issues. Best price I found too, highly recommend.

We came in on a recommendation from a friend who lives nearby, and Fred, the owner, took care of us…read morefrom start to finish. He has by far the best pricing for auto glass replacement I've ever seen. I even asked if the low price meant cheaper glass, and he explained that it's not--they use quality glass, buy wholesale, and simply pass the savings on to customers. This place is a true hidden gem. We dropped the car off, left the keys with him, and everything was completed in under two hours from drop-off. The price included removal, replacement, disposal, the new windshield, and sales tax--no surprises. They've been in business since 1999, and it shows. Fred was straightforward, honest, and clearly takes pride in his work. He guarantees the quality and workmanship and told us to bring the car back if anything went wrong with the installation. They also offer mobile auto glass repair across 18 surrounding cities, which is a huge plus. Between the pricing and the service, it's actually cheaper than repairing a crack or filing an insurance claim. We'll absolutely be coming back for any future windshield or window replacements. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend Chipmunks Windshield Repair! I had him come out today because I noticed a small…read moreding in my windshield. After taking a look, he explained that the ding had actually already been repaired by the previous owner of my vehicle. I had just purchased the car from a dealership about a month ago and never noticed it. What really impressed me was his honesty. He could have easily told me he repaired it and charged me the $89, but instead, he was completely upfront with me and didn't charge me anything for coming out, inspecting the windshield, or explaining the situation. He even took the time to show me how you can tell when a windshield ding has already been repaired. He showed me that when you tap on the repaired area, it sounds dull compared to the brighter sound around it. I really appreciated him taking the time to educate me instead of just trying to make a sale. That kind of honesty and integrity is hard to find these days. I'm definitely keeping his number and will be giving him my business in the future. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and doing the right thing. Thank you for being honest and taking the time to come out! Highly recommend!
