Called triple A for assistance with a lock out and they assigned me this place, was told 50 minutes or less, received updates saying 17 minutes then 30 minutes, no one ever showed, triple A needs to drop this so called company. My wife put gas in the car after a long day. The car would not start. She put on the right fuel. The battery seemed ok as stuff was turning on. It was hard to get to the terminals to do a jump. Broncs, Danny, came out and charge the battery for a bit and started the car. He was very generous with information on what happened and new batteries if it turned out to be bad. I was in an accident and the Redlands police called this company to tow my car. I did not choose this company and I am glad because it was horrible. I am sure they stay closed on weekends so that you can not go get your car out, at $70.00 per day to hold the car its insane. Also they tried to charge me $700.00 to tow my car less that 2 miles away to there yard, horrible. Front office staff and so rude and unprofessional... Trust the previous reviews. They need to train there staff on customer service for sure. The tow man was top notch! Did everything great. Chose the longer route which added a mile and half he said. I was gonna tip him $10 but Broncs decided to "round up the miles" to 2 so $24 instead of $16. But their route already cost me the extra miles going on the freeway. An already hectic situation turned out to a $24 free AAA tow on top of the frustration of not being able to use my car. So sorry I couldn't afford to tip the nice tow man. read more

Triple A called these folks for me so I could get a tow because the undercarriage of my car had fallen off. Rather than charge me for a tow, the sweet technician (who was also wearing a mask, love that) just got under there and removed the carriage for me, saving me a tow fee completely. Really grateful. This company is awful and a scam. I got in an accident a couple years ago and the police called triple A and they sent someone from this company. The guy they sent was rude and tried to take advantage of the fact that we were young, scared, in the rain and had no one else to help, so he charged us 300 dollars to tow us less than a mile home. In retrospect, he totally scammed us, and looking at other reviews it seems like this company has a record of scamming people. I have AAA and so I called in that my battery was not functional and needed a jumpstart. They had dispatched someone from Broncs towing, an older man named Bob to come and jump my car. As I received a text message that he was here, I saw no site of him after an hour of waiting. I called AAA again and they said that he couldn't find me with the address and location that they sent them at first. And so I asked for the company number and called back Broncs Towing to see what went wrong and he gave me a long story that really didn't need to be said aside from my thing malfunctioned and the solution could've been he could've called AAA and gotten my phone number directly from them to call me which they said that he did call me and I've never received any call. Overall customer service with him was a 0 out of 0. My total overall wait time was an hour and 50 minutes but the Time it takes to get to and from where I was at McDonald's off of citrus Street and Redlands Boulevard was five minutes away from the towing company I do not understand why it took almost 2 hours just to get my car jumpstarted. read more

Great great service! A young gentleman came to help me when I called for Triple A service last night, and then had to help me again this morning. Thank goodness it was the same technician! He was quick, efficient, great customer service, and super rad! He needs a raise, bonus, vacation, all the things!!! HOOK HIM UP! I can only hope I don't have more car troubles, but if I do, I hope all my technicians are as great as him! The office treated me like absolute trash. I came there to take back my car, already shocked from having it towed away. Not only did Ashley K and another guy yell at me and refused giving me my car back, she raised the price from 425 to 510 dollars and said I "irritate" them. Then had a hard time getting ahold of AAA to find out what's going on. I gave one star for this forum does not allow me to give ZERO star. After AAA dispatched the call for this towing service to respond, a half hour of ETA was provided by AAA. After half hour, another ETA time was provided which added another half hour. After waiting for an hour, including the two ETAs cumulatively, called AAA and found that another two hours were added to the 1st hour provided. After waiting for an hour and 15 minutes, Amanda from Broncs called to let us know that the driver's ETA is 15 minutes. 20 minutes later, was told another 10 minutes. 30 minutes later Amanda said that the driver was already at the location. Why would I call to ascertain ETA if the driver was already where he/ she should be. Amanda, who was abrasive and rude, unreasonably cancelled the service requested and hung up abruptly. Had a great experience when they were called through AAA. Battery needed to be jumped. The driver tested it, jumped the battery, check the starter and alternator, and even noticed one of the terminals was loose and my battery so he tightened it. Appreciated him going above and beyond even in the rain. Friendly service and thorough. Update- Son locked his keys in the car, Broncs was here 6 minutes after my call to AAA!
