Couple years I used Broncos towing through AAA. Experience was good at that time and tow truck came in timely matter. Recently I called AAA and Broncos towing called to give estimated arrival time and was told 2 hours due to he was only one working in a Redlands area and I was 6th in line. 2 hours passed and no one came, so called Broncos towing and asked what status was. Was told there was bad accident and would be longer wait due to tow truck was going out to accident site. We looked at traffic report in the area and didn't see anything major. At this point my friend looked for another company and found Roadrunner tow and storage in Yucaipa. We called and they came in 20 minuets. Had to pay out of pocket for cost but worth it. Broncos towing called me next day in the morning asking if i still needed help. Really? I told them I found another tow company since they never showed up. read more

I was assigned Broncs Towing via Triple A. We submitted a request at 7:36 PM and NO ONE was dispatched from this towing place by 9 PM! When we called to ask for an update, the person who answered was extremely rude and not helpful and didn't seem like he had any interest in helping us what so ever. If you get assigned this towing place in Redlands, CANCEL and save your time and place a new request. Thanks for nothing! read more

Attention attention attention. Be aware of this tow company! If you use them make sure you account for all items in your vehicle. Please remember this step as I failed this major step as I was involved in a accident. Had some items missing in my vehicle and now the person that towed my car doesn't work there (Edgar). Sad to see people stealing from people at a vulnerable time. One thing I can't stand is being a victim of theft. So please if you use them just make sure you are tracking everything in your vehicle change, bills expensive game consoles and anything valuable that might catch the eye of a quick thief. To Edgar who stole my Xbox controller enjoy your new controller thief. read more

My wife put gas in the car after a long day. The car would not start. She put on the right fuel. The battery seemed ok as stuff was turning on. It was hard to get to the terminals to do a jump. Broncs, Danny, came out and charge the battery for a bit and started the car. He was very generous with information on what happened and new batteries if it turned out to be bad. The service was not cheap but the info and help provided was worth it. read more

Called triple A for assistance with a lock out and they assigned me this place, was told 50 minutes or less, received updates saying 17 minutes then 30 minutes, no one ever showed, triple A needs to drop this so called company. My mom called hers, mercury and we had someone there in 13 minutes. I do not recommend broncs towing ever. read more

I was towed this morning by Broncs Towing. The driver was Jared. he was very professional and arrived promptly. great job.

Julian was so quick to tow my suv, I was still in bed! He is efficient, awesome, knowledgeable and wise! I requested for a tow online via AAA website. Then I followed the procedures to request for a tow. When I followed the timeline of when they would arrive, it stated 7:21. Julian came at 6:55am. I was very impressed with how quick they received my request, dispatched it out and came out all within 20 min! We got to the AAA certified site, early and so on time! read more

Needed a tow home at midnight due to a breakdown. Got an ETA of 0145. At 0300 the ETA was 0500 showing I was forced to abandon my vehicle and find another way to get it home the following day. I was less than 2 miles from their yard. read more

I requested a new battery through AAA and had a great experience with Jared from Broncs. He arrived in about 30 minutes and fortunately, had the battery for my car on his truck. Despite the usual paperwork -- which I'm used to since my car eats batteries and I have AAA replace them every few years-- he had my battery installed in a flash and was so friendly too. It was hoooot that day and his expertise and kindness were greatly appreciated. Thanks Broncs! read more

One of the worst services I've had in awhile, I don't have the energy after all the crap I've had to deal with to write a long detailed piece. However if your looking for company that knows what they are doing this isn't it. Someone who can help you this isn't it. Someone that can be rude and lack of effort definitely these guys! How they got contracted with aaa is beyond me! Hopefully that helps some people make a better decision. read more

had my car towed twice within one week and every time my interaction with Broncs Towing was amazing! the workers that assisted me were so sweet and empathetic towards my situation. they were also very prompt and professional! special shout out to Julieann and Roman! read more

I was traveling alone in southern California, far from home, when I had a roadside emergency with my old truck. AAA put me in touch with Broncs towing, who got me to a repair shop. Unfortunately, the tow truck driver broke the key off in the ignition accidentally, compounding my problems. But Broncs didn't hesitate to make it right, even towing my truck to a locksmith to get the job done at their expense. I didn't have to argue or beg, and I am a non-mechanical female with RIP ME OFF tattooed on my forehead. They could have easily engaged in "she said, he said" and denied the key accident, but they totally accepted responsibility and took care of that pesky detail (that was going to make moving my dead truck around really difficult). As a woman on the road in distress, it was heartening and a huge relief to be taken care of, not taken advantage of. Kudos to Broncs for being professional as well as courteous and, dare I say, gentlemanly, in this day and age. read more

I was in an accident and the Redlands police called this company to tow my car. I did not choose this company and I am glad because it was horrible. I am sure they stay closed on weekends so that you can not go get your car out, at $70.00 per day to hold the car its insane. Also they tried to charge me $700.00 to tow my car less that 2 miles away to there yard, horrible. Front office staff and so rude and unprofessional... Trust the previous reviews. They need to train there staff on customer service for sure. I hope the owners are reading these reviews, and I am hoping that the workers are not the owners because if so there business is going down. So sad that we paid so much to be treated so bad. read more

Worst towing company!!! They waste your time and show up to not take your car where it's supposed to go. They have guys that just don't want to work. read more

The tow man was top notch! Did everything great. Chose the longer route which added a mile and half he said. I was gonna tip him $10 but Broncs decided to "round up the miles" to 2 so $24 instead of $16. But their route already cost me the extra miles going on the freeway. An already hectic situation turned out to a $24 free AAA tow on top of the frustration of not being able to use my car. So sorry I couldn't afford to tip the nice tow man. read more

AAA call... Wasnt to happy that they didnt change the battery in my Dads car..they got it started told him to drive it and left. And he got home but the car wouldnt start when he tried to leave later. And then another company California tow. The driver there Adrian. Did nothing but talk smack about Bronco Towing. But as I looked up their company they've got way more negativity then Bronco. His dumb ass didn't even change the battery then either. I did it myself. If you want a job done right have a woman do it. read more

one of THE worst towing experiences I have ever had in my entire life. Benito gave me tons of attitude after I had been waiting on a tow for 4 hours on the side of the freeway!! Absolutely trash company, trash service, and completely unreliable. AAA should be ashamed for using this service. They can't get the location right, can't come on time, cancels, flakes, everything. ABSOLUTELY would not recommend and i'm extremely upset that I had to spend 350 to be treated like garbage for THEM having to do THEIR job--while again, I spent 4 unsafe hours waiting for them on the side of the 10 freeway. I'm LIVID. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! read more

I have AAA and so I called in that my battery was not functional and needed a jumpstart. They had dispatched someone from Broncs towing, an older man named Bob to come and jump my car. As I received a text message that he was here, I saw no site of him after an hour of waiting. I called AAA again and they said that he couldn't find me with the address and location that they sent them at first. And so I asked for the company number and called back Broncs Towing to see what went wrong and he gave me a long story that really didn't need to be said aside from my thing malfunctioned and the solution could've been he could've called AAA and gotten my phone number directly from them to call me which they said that he did call me and I've never received any call. Overall customer service with him was a 0 out of 0. My total overall wait time was an hour and 50 minutes but the Time it takes to get to and from where I was at McDonald's off of citrus Street and Redlands Boulevard was five minutes away from the towing company I do not understand why it took almost 2 hours just to get my car jumpstarted. read more

Triple A called these folks for me so I could get a tow because the undercarriage of my car had fallen off. Rather than charge me for a tow, the sweet technician (who was also wearing a mask, love that) just got under there and removed the carriage for me, saving me a tow fee completely. Really grateful. Super helpful guy! read more

Great great service! A young gentleman came to help me when I called for Triple A service last night, and then had to help me again this morning. Thank goodness it was the same technician! He was quick, efficient, great customer service, and super rad! He needs a raise, bonus, vacation, all the things!!! HOOK HIM UP! I can only hope I don't have more car troubles, but if I do, I hope all my technicians are as great as him! Also- looking at the reviews, most people seem to be upset at AAA and taking it out on this towing company. I had to wait a decent amount of time last night, but of no fault to the towing company. They came within 5 minutes of being contacted by dispatch. Take it out on AAA, not them. :) read more

The office treated me like absolute trash. I came there to take back my car, already shocked from having it towed away. Not only did Ashley K and another guy yell at me and refused giving me my car back, she raised the price from 425 to 510 dollars and said I "irritate" them. The excuse was that my car waited in their parking lot for two days. IT WAS THERE FOR LESS THAN 24 HOURS! Honestly disappointed on AAA's investment in this company. read more

Worst tow company ever. I was told by AAA Broncs towing would come tow my Jeep in 45 min. Sure no problem. 45 min pass then another hour passes and nothing no text no contact NOTHING just no show. Then had a hard time getting ahold of AAA to find out what's going on. After another 20 min AAA say they can be here at 2:20PM I called at 12:00PM I also had my ride waiting for me and I was not able to wait another 20min. I am shocked AAA still uses them. Not like the AAA I know and love. Very disappointing. They could of at least reached out to tell me about the hour and 20 min delay. At this point I do not trust them to tow my vehicles. Had to wait till the next day to try again. This time AAA was able to have the tow company get here in 20 min very kind professional man helped me. read more

I gave one star for this forum does not allow me to give ZERO star. After AAA dispatched the call for this towing service to respond, a half hour of ETA was provided by AAA. After half hour, another ETA time was provided which added another half hour. After waiting for an hour, including the two ETAs cumulatively, called AAA and found that another two hours were added to the 1st hour provided. After waiting for an hour and 15 minutes, Amanda from Broncs called to let us know that the driver's ETA is 15 minutes. 20 minutes later, was told another 10 minutes. 30 minutes later Amanda said that the driver was already at the location. Why would I call to ascertain ETA if the driver was already where he/ she should be. Amanda, who was abrasive and rude, unreasonably cancelled the service requested and hung up abruptly. Unreliable towing service and rude staff. Thank you Angel Hands Towing for saving the day. read more

This company is awful and a scam. I got in an accident a couple years ago and the police called triple A and they sent someone from this company. The guy they sent was rude and tried to take advantage of the fact that we were young, scared, in the rain and had no one else to help, so he charged us 300 dollars to tow us less than a mile home. In retrospect, he totally scammed us, and looking at other reviews it seems like this company has a record of scamming people. I'm writing this review now to warn other people to beware of this company, triple A needs to remove them. And fuck the guy who scammed my sister. Honestly surprised they haven't been shut down. read more

zero stars, if i could. They flaked out twice on me for towing that was miles away, and i had to drive and wait each night for nothing. 40 minutes each way. waited 2 hours each time. decided to go through a different company (angel hands towing) and on that same morning i called they were there within 30 minutes. 200% would not recommend, the customer service didnt seem to care much either. after reading these other reviews, I should have called Angel Hands towing in the first place.
