They will lie and tell you they are not open on the weekends. They are open on the weekends. Don't listen to their lies. Also, to complain, you can put a rating on here, but better yet call the AAA, CHP and Redlands PD. They contract with this company. I am 52 years old and have NEVER been treated so poorly in my LIFE. I swear this statement on a stack of bibles. This company is the worst company I have ever dealt with! Please be very cautious in interacting with them. If you are minority, you may want to read the other ratings about how they treat minorities. read more

When calling to find out information rude and disrespectful and even worse when had to go in person to handle a matter for my car . Nicole is helped me both times and I was very unprofessional, disrespectful in all aspects . I kept politeness with saying thank you every time and would never respond back . But now Maggie who the other girl there she is going was very nice and helpful. read more

Had a great experience when they were called through AAA. Battery needed to be jumped. The driver tested it, jumped the battery, check the starter and alternator, and even noticed one of the terminals was loose and my battery so he tightened it. Appreciated him going above and beyond even in the rain. Friendly service and thorough. Update- Son locked his keys in the car, Broncs was here 6 minutes after my call to AAA! He's fast and very nice. Glad it's the same nice company every time we've needed someone in the area. read more

Locked my keys in my Bronco at the gym. AAA estimated an arrival time of 7:50 which would have been 20 minutes after my work shift started. ANTHONY showed up at 7:15 and had me on the road by 7:20. Delightful genuine guy. Would have bought him a beer under better circumstances! Clocked in for work with 1 minute to spare. read more

First time i used their service, they charged a good price, but the second time I called, they charged double the cost even though it was for the same destination as before. And past by a tower from the company and they also found it weird that the women who answers calls charged more than they should have. read more

If I could give them a negative star rating I would. It is a shame that customer service is a lost art. The VERY immature staff that works at this place leaves a lot to be desired. After attempting to check the status of the tow request that was called into AAA at 0840 hours and its now 1200 hours, I had the displeasure of speaking with a very immature employee named Nicole. Nicole gave misinformation than what the previous clerk Maggie had provided. When asking Nicole to clear this up, she immediately copped an attitude not realizing that I'm law enforcement and know how tows work. When I asked to speak to a manager, she said she was the manager and that there is no one in charge of her and that there is no way to pass information along to the owner of this establishment. She laughed, transferred me to the previous person Maggie who I spoke with. As Nicole transferred the call she again displayed her immaturity by laughing. When Maggie picked up the line, she told me I was discriminating against her co worker. This my friends Is why staying in school is important, using incorrect verbiage is just not permissible when you call yourself a manager and are attempting to talk down to someone. They took turns hanging up on my phone call and cancelled my tow request. I'm currently holding for AAA to get another tow company to respond after wasting half of my day --- yeah forgot to say I work nights and to make sure this complaint gets escalated to the highest level possible. I will make it my mission to make sure no one uses this company. Broncs may think that they have the Monopoly in Redlands, but think again. read more

Awesome service. My problem went beyond the "normal" call and all I got was good attitude and extra effort to the point of me being suspicious. Was there a hidden camera somewhere? I mean am I SUPPOSED to actually feel happy and satisfied when my car dies at the worst possible time? All I know is my night and my weekend would have been 1000x worse if not for the people at this company. Thanks Bronc's. read more

I had to call AAA tonight after one of my family members was in a car accident and they sent Broncos towing to me. Benny helped me out he was so kind, personable, and really knew what he was doing. I would highlyRecommend using them for their great service and quick response time. It only took them about 15 minutes to get to my location after calling AAA. He even made sure that the other party involved didn't need help before leaving which I thought was so kind to do. Overall, I was very impressed with their expertise and their responsiveness. Thank you! read more

Broncs Towing is the best (that we have dealt with). I am certain many more towing companies are just as great! They are polite, engaged, on time and you can always count on them. No complaints here. read more

This is my first time Yelping about a tow truck employee. The service we received recently from Tango (aka Michael Tang) was so impressive that I am also going to inform AAA about their contractor. Tango was friendly, respectful, sympathetic, accommodating, and informative during the lengthy 92 minutes tow ride from Redland to San Diego. He was also extremely humble when we thanked him at the completion of the job. I sincerely hope that AAA uses this guy a lot in their service. It helps to know there are people who's not only capable of excellent service, but "happy to help" during stressful times. Thanks again. read more

I'd give them less than a 1 if possible. AAA dispatched them to tow my F-350. Two drivers came out and said they couldn't do it because it was too big. I ended up sleeping in my truck overnight until angel hand towing came out with the exact same model truck and towed it. Do yourself a favor and don't use Broncs request another provider if that's who is being sent. read more

If I could give ZERO stars I absolutely would whoever answers their phone is very rude and disrespectful and has no human decency made a call explaining how we were in a bad accident and they stated they were coming then whoever answers their phone decided to cancel it bc they didn't like my tone of voice which was very in distress considering I was just in a car accident and would not provide me with his name and hung up in my face VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DO NOT RECOMMEND not to mention they were the only ones open near by due to it being on Thanksgiving. read more

The lady that answers the phones NICOLE is very rude she hung up in my face twice and cancelled my service request because she said I had an attitude I never raised my voice or cursed or anything crazy. The tow truck drivers don't let you know when the arrive they don't get out of their vehicles or send a text or call to let you know. This company's customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. Nicole should be let go she doesn't know how to treat human beings she's making AAA and Broncs Towing look terrible. They really need to check themselves. Peace. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. Literally the worst experience I have ever had in my life . I have worked in Customer service for over 10 years and I've never seen a company that does not listen to their customers. My mom's car broke down in the middle of the street and we were unfortunate enough to have a tow truck driver by the name of Dakota show up and treat us like dog crap. My brother works for a nearby shop and came to try and help and when Dakota pulled up he started honking at my brother because he was under the hood of the car. They ended up in a verbal confrontation and he said he was leaving. My mom asked him to please stay because she needed the car towed. At this point, because we had been waiting so long, my brother was able to get the car running so I told him that he didn't have to be so rude and he said that he wasn't rude and I told him that his attitude right from the start seemed like he was inconvenienced by the fact that my brother was here working on the car when he pulled up. He ended up leaving and not even towing our car. After the entire situation, I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt because we were sitting in the hot sun for over an hour and we were all kind of cranky. But when I called to the customer service desk and spoke to the supervisor she was the one that made this experience even worse for us. As soon as I got on the phone with her, and started to explain the situation, she told me that she already knew what car we were calling about and that she doesn't believe that her driver would ever act that way. She told me that it didn't seem like him. I went on to explain the entire situation and did tell her that we were a little cranky because we are waiting for a very long time, and since we were calling through AAA I didn't know how long it took for them to get to broncs. She told me she would take what I said into consideration, but she knows her employee and that doesn't sound like something he would ever do. In my mind that shows that she is going to take whatever her employee says and she does not care about what a customer is calling and complaining about. I would not recommend them to anyone unless you want to wait for a long time and then get treated like crap read more

This company is the worst tow truck business in the world, if u are with triple A , make sure u let them know u do not want this tow truck service.. i called and they are going to try and drop them as a provider for triple a for what they did to me and their horrible reviews are 100% accurate. They canceeld my tow and denied my 2nd tow beacuse thwyre driver was too lazy to drive to LA' !! The owner, acts like hes a driver and refuses to take responsiblitly for delays. He says hes just a driver. They had me waiting over 3 hrs for a tow. But thanks to my complaint triple A will be dropping there business soon... please never use this company. I will make sure triple A stops hiring this bullshit company. read more

My van needed to be towed from Redlands to San Clemente. Driver came out and said a bigger truck was needed and they would not be able to help me. Another company with the exact same size flat bed was able to tow my van with absolutely no problem. So this was through AAA and I guess tow companies make less on these types of calls. Bottom line they didn't want to take the long haul and instead of being honest the used an untrue excuse. I'm a business owner and this is horrible customer service. read more

Rude dispatcher would not let us explain our situation at all. She kept trying to talk over us and would not let us explain our AAA membership or the fact that the driver kept on driving by. so we were left baking in this 100 degree redlands sun from 1pm to now 5 33 pm. so Broncos said they wont take our call if AAA assigns it to them when we call back. thats ok keep giving shiiity service and you wont have to take any calls at all. read more

Honestly deserved a 0 stars. An incredibly racist experience to just pick up my car. I get that I'm in Redlands (aka white people central), but when the owner says "GET OUT! My engine died on the side of the freeway. I called Broncs. They gave me a great rate with no aaa. Ashley the dispatcher was so kind and very professional. Had a terrible issue with another tow company today called Angel Hands. First the driver had no knowledge of city streets and seemed to not have GPS. Then he finally gets to us, and he locks my steering, making the car need a dolly. Bad tow driver just says "I can't tow you" and leaves! Called AAA again and this time we get Oliver with Broncs. This kid was amazing. Within minutes he gets the key to turn, gives us great advice, and we're off to the repair shop. Thanks Oliver! Highly recommended! read more

Needed a jump check out my battery no charge then gave me a jump. I just had left a light on.

My wife got into a car accident on the freeway and called Triple A for tow service. Broncs towed our totaled car back to their lot. My wife asked to use their restroom, and was told no, that wasn't allowed. She had to walk several blocks while bleeding from her head to use a gas station bathroom. She asked to have the car towed to our house, but was told there was no driver available. We went today to get our items from the car. When we walked into the office, we were rudely asked to move, and when I asked why, I was rudely told in a very condescending manner by the office staff, "I'm OCD and don't want people standing on the floor and getting footprints". I have a very expensive car battery, and brought my own tools to remove it. I was told I wasn't allowed to do that & that once my car was in their lot, that anything wired down is their property. My wife called again about the battery and the office manager said if she wanted the battery, then it would have had to be towed home-which she tried to do after the accident. The driver that towed her was very nice, but the managerial staff was condescending, rude, and have zero customer service qualities. read more

Cal's Towing Can run circles around these bozos for your information they steal out of the car's they store in the yards. They over change people. And make fun of them. The boss is not a nice person and they fire employees for the stupidest things. More over the driver turn over is horrible. My son used to work for them and he knows what they do. And he left because other worker's we're just snitching on other's for no reason at all. And lieing on them and working them till they can't even think. With no lunches or breaks he just thought it was to dangerous for the employee and the people who are in the trucks. The company has no idea how to run a safe company. read more

Wow! I broke down on the 10 at Exit 74 yesterday and Broncs came to my rescue! Thank you to Jonathan and the other drivers that helped get my car on the truck. It took a long time to get the car into neutral to be able to safely get her on the flatbed. Their patience and dedication on 'cracking the computer code' to get her out of park was truly appreciated. The woman that helped me on the phone was incredibly kind and offered a good rate as I did not have AAA. She advised 15 minutes and much to my surprise, my driver showing up within 5 minutes. Side note- this wasn't the first company that I called. I called at least 5 companies with "4-5" star reviews while stranded in a hot car with people zipping by. I mistakenly judged Broncs because their overall star review wasn't as high. 4 out of the 5 companies that I called did not answer and the 1 who was recommended by BMW told me 90 minutes. It's hard to read reviews when you're panicking and need an emergency tow but it was a good reminder that Yelp's Scale doesn't always reflect the true story. read more

Rene was very professional and awesome to talk to, made me feel very comfortable even for how stressed I was! Plus, I sent him to the wrong shop!
