They came to my rescue to pull car my car out a ditch late at night. They came quicker than my roadside service I pay for monthly. When it came time to pay the driver told me they Duffy take debit, credit or any form of electronic payment. I found that odd and sketchy. I was told he could follow me to atm. Thank Giod a family friend pulled up an had cash. read more

Driver did not have change so it was 100$ just to tow my car 1 mile. Yelp is making me write a longer review in order to post this...

Garbage customer service, I was quoted a 90 minute ETA after my call with AAA, 2 hours and 35 minutes in I didn't receive a a text notification letting me know a driver was on his way. I contacted AAA to get her my contractor's name and sure enough is bronc's garage company inc. I initially call them to ask what's my ETA I have a service # ready on hand and the man sounded like he watching a sporting event or had a large gathering in the background and had absolute no knowledge of my call and promised me an additional 2 hour and 35 min call because when he checked his tablet he had four calls ahead of me. Even tho I was waiting for two hours prior and literally am stranded inside my vehicle 2.3 miles away from his yard. I thank him and continue to wait.... An additional 3 hours goes by and I call him back to ask what's going on respectfully hoping he'd notify me of a call out bound and they should be there soon, rather he goes on a tangent telling me that all the local calls are prioritize since mine is going 15 miles out from Redlands and through the canyon to Moreno Valley and now there's an additional eight calls ahead of mine and advised me to stop whining, they'll be available to pick me up by 8am. This literally wouldn't even been an issue if they had notified me instead of have me waiting stranded in my car, I would've called somebody else no without an issue, but leaving me stranded for 5 hours and calling yourself a service company is the oxymoronic, and to top it all off be rude to me. 0.0 you're a joke of POS of a company and I'm reporting you to the BBB read more

Have had two really bad experiences with Bronc's. My most recent was with a young man changing a flat. I pulled in a Best Buy and heard air coming from a tire and sure enough I hate a metal stake dead center in my tire. I was in a hurry and wearing a suit, my car is less than three months old, so rather than navigate my trunk and try to swap it myself; I decided to call AAA. By the time I was out a kid from Broncs was there and immediately said "hopefully Audi, didn't F@&! you over". I just laughed and played it off, I had more important things to do than debate. After a few moments he decides he doesn't have the tools to remove my tire and the lug wrench in the trunk was not the proper wrench. Again the car is new to me so I'm not much help, but I thought I called a professional. He then tells me I should have it towed to the dealership and requests a flat bed. At this point I'm upset and he drives off. I call the office in frustration and am told, AAA doesn't buy them tools. I reply, "AAA isn't supposed to buy you tools". After an hour of standing in the heat I decide to figure it out myself. Taped to my spare tire was a small pair of tong pliers, by now I'm really upset because having a few cars with nice wheels over the years, I immediately knew what it was to be used for, removing the decorative lug covers. Directly behind them were standard lug nuts. I ended up changing my own tire. Yes, my father isn't proud of me for not attempting to change my own tire, but I was wearing a really nice one! Had to throw out the white dress shirt though ‍ Don't ask me about the time they said my alternator was bad and not charging my battery, only to find the battery cable they previously installed was completely corroded read more

This place has fast drivers and they are friendly as well. My car had stopped at a gas station and I was not sure if it was the battery or something else. his name was Albert and he was there in no time and got me out fast to make it for my daughters dentist appt!!! Thank you!! read more

Ignores accepted AAA calls, denies receiving this. But. AAA can tell when you accept call you gave the time estimate. 1.5 hrs still no truck. Dispatch was rude. I ended up using Chinos towing out of San Bernardino. They were there in 15 minutes read more

Horrible horrible company and service. AAA had dispatched this company out to us in San Bernardino after our car died out due to the fuel pump going out. After 2-3 hours they finally showed up only to come with a regular tow truck unfortunately our car was too low and we needed a flat bed. The guy argued back and forth with us claiming that he would take the car and it would be fine but we didn't want to risk it again since our car was low they claimed that if they couldn't take us neither could a flat bed. This was very frustrating to deal with and we knew the car needed a flat bed tow but had i not known the car needed a flat bed i could've taken the tow and got our car messed up. We talked on the phone with someone I forgot the name and they denied the tow and gave us attitude. Please watch out for this company they're shady. Thank god for chino towing for saving the day! We had to wait for 4 hours total that day and we were 10-12 mins away from home what luck. read more

A driver with an extremely arrogant attitude. Today Nov 19, 2019 at Aprox 7:00 pm, the driver from truck 19, lic plate number 43851C2, refused to move his white truck with the worse attitude. His truck was located in the middle of a small 2-way road inside of a subdivision, where cars park along both sides of the road, so, only one car can pass at a time. Despite asking to please move the truck, he replied, "did you see we were here prior to you entering the street; I am moving, but not now". I could not back up since I was a reasonable distance from the street main entrance. I replied by saying this is a public street, you need to allow people to pass. He gave me the worse look a man can give a female (very intimidating). Hence, I went back to my car and waited approx 15 more mins while talking to the police. It took for me to tell him the police on was his way for him to react, move his truck, and let me pass. This individual has no regard for other people. He is rude, inconsiderate, feels overpowered over females who are alone, and does not represent the values of the AAA company. read more

I called AAA when I needed a tow, and broncs towing unfortunately showed up. Told me my 5300 pound work van was too heavy for their 10,000 pound capacity flatbed truck. Stupid liars. read more

Worst towing company out there. I got my car towed for a damaged back window and now my entire car is malfunctioning. My car was drivable before the tow. I even drove it out of the parking garage for the driver to be able to put it on the truck. He said it was drivable and asked if I was sure if I wanted it towed. I felt uncomfortable driving it on the freeway with a shattered window. Now I wish I would've just driven it home. read more

Blew a tire late on the way home from work, called AAA for a tow - but before he got there, realized I actually did have a spare. Jospeh arrived very quickly. Terrible service.AAA had them come out .When the tow truck driver was putting my truck up on the tow truck he started to damage the fender. Then I asked him about it.He said he's been doing this for 13 years and this was the only way to do it.After that I left thinking he would be able to do a better job if I wasn't sitting there watching him.The tow truck driver locked my keys in the car and left my car in the middle of the road out in front of the parking lot.AAA sent out another tow company that took the wheel off and was able to tow my truck with out damage.Broncs never even said sorry or even apologized in any way.Poor service. read more

Worst people ever left me stranded in a very bad neighborhood in San Bernardino area after having me wait an hour for them to arrive. They arrived just to tell me they can't tow my car because it was too low when the vehicle had been towed once before at the same height it is currently at. Just being lazy i guess thats what they're good at read more

They are awful. Just take advantage of customers in bad situations. Very condescending and don't care of customers circumstance just charge insane amounts for a two mile tow. All they want is money. My car was stolen and left in their lot by police. Instead of hooking up to there tow truck to get my car home the owner had me push my car out of their lot and have AAA call them so they could tow my car. As soon as my car passed the gate the manager locked the gate and just said he will come out when he is contacted. Clearly did not car to help me in my situation. read more

BE AWARE. THIS COMPANY HAS RACIEST DRIVER. One driver in particular Bob. This is the worst towing company ever. Driver Bob tried dropping me off in the middle of the street. Refused to allow me to speak with his supervisor. Driver Bob made raciest comments and called the police as though I did something wrong. The company refused to send a different driver and lied to my AAA provider so i could not get alternative service, and thus would be stranded at 3am in the morning with my motorcycle in the cold. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE A USE ANOTHER COMPANY THAT DOESN'T PROMOTE RACISM read more

I was in an accident on a Friday I called and was told they were closed still Monday and I could pick it up then. I went on Monday they handed me a large bill for the weekend. I refused to pay it because the lied and said they were not open, and they threatened me. I finally spoke to the owner that admitted his staff (two large woman) were aggressive and he agreed that I should have been allowed to get my car on Saturday so I didn't have to pay the extra fees. The staff there is very aggressive borderline psychotic if you question them. I would only recommend dealing with the owner if you must use this company. read more
