AAA had them come out to tow my vehicle when the started went out on my way to work. The man who came was so kind and generous! He gave my husband cold water (since he had to wait for our friend to pick him up) and he was very gentle with my toddler. He gave her some snacks that she loved. Broncs took my BMW motorcycle from my home in Redlands to Irv Seaver's shop in Orange, using my AAA benefits. The driver was excellent, taking all the same care and precautions while securing the bike to his flat bed that I would have taken. The equipment was clean and in good repair, and the driver was neat, clean, and courteous. The shop reported that that the bike arrived in good shape. I strongly suggest NOT using this towing service - if your vehicle is going to be left with them for any length of time, as they may ransack your vehicle as they did mine,... taking my wallet from underneath the driver's seat and using my bank card the next day to pay a MetroPCS and Shell bill before I was able to report wallet w/cards stolen. Such a racket! Steal your wallet and then they demand that only the owner of the vehicle can pay to get the vehicle out. With no wallet, they're likely to have the vehicle a few days longer, charging $50 a day while the car owner tries to get replacement cards (or pays cash). NOT A TRUST WORTHY BUSINESS! read more

I had to call triple a last night because my car was having a charging issue so they send broncs towing my way. I get a call from the tow truck driver "bob" trying to find me. Immediately he's a straight up dick on the phone being rude and just being a smart ass trying to make me feel dumb. He shows up and he's even more rude. So at first he tells me he's gonna tow the car to my house which was fine but I can't ride with him because of covid.sure Thats fine too, no problem. So I have uber coming and hes like im not putting on the bed until there here and I'm gonna only wait about 5 min for to get here then I'm leaving. At this point I'm like do what gotta do. But then he turns around and says he'll charge my battery for twenty minutes instead of towing. When I called aaa I told them it was battery issues. He tried to make me feel dumb by saying my charging system is fucked up and a battery charge won't help i need to tow it. Worst company ever!!!! I called AAA for service the guy shows up late and I am an essential worker who cannot call off so I leave my daughter with the vehicle and when he shows up he will not provide service because I am not with the vehicle. I called AAA and let them know and he called AAA and let them know my daughter provides the registration and picture of my photo ID my photo ID has my new name on it so he doesn't except it. I then provide a picture of my old ID with the old name on it and he still doesn't except it. He then says he will not help my daughter was out there for over an hour in freezing temperatures and he begins to drive off, now I'm on the phone so I can hear everything and I hear my daughter running and screaming hey you have my card! My daughter then tells me he rolled his eyes at her and kept on driving. If ever there is a commercial for this company it should be somebody screaming and yelling help while a driver who works for the company simply drives away. I made an official complaint with aaa they said they called them and he stated he did give back the card. If my daughter was mistaken it makes no sense that she would try to chase his truck down screaming that he had the card, furthermore the professional thing to do would be to stop not drive away. You stop you get out of the vehicle and you make sure. I will be taking this matter all the way up to corporate or whoever or wherever I must and will not let up. Yesterday April 30, 2019 my family and I had a very bad experience with Broncs Towing. We put a call in to Triple AAA roadside service at 5:30 AM to have our car towed to a mechanic. Triple AAA sent Broncs towing. They arrived at 6:15 am ish. The driver who's name was Bob pulled up in front of our house, and my son walked up to his passenger window and asked if he could drive around to the back of the house where the car was located. Bob angrily said to my son "whats" wrong with your car? My son I don't know, and I'm just trying to get it to a mechanic. He shook his head at my son with major attitude, and proceed to drive around to the back of the house.I was watching the whole interaction from the front door, and Bob was so rude and disrespectful to my son until I asked my son, "is the driver having a bad attitude with you, and my son said yes, but lets ignore it and get the car towed. Bob proceeds to drive around to the back of our house as though he is going to pick up the car to tow instead, he now gets out of his tow truck, and by now I'm standing there to see why he's being so rude and disrespectful towards us and he tells my son "I just called my boss, and he said I can decline your tow, and I don't have to do it." He said where we were towing is over 7 miles and that Broncs only have one truck available until 8:00am and that he's declining our tow. I said well if that's the case, "why didn't you or Broncs call Triple AAA right back and let them know that you couldn't tow us instead of wasting our time and coming out for the tow. I said you could have called Triple AAA and they could have sent another company. Then I said better yet, why did you drive around to the back of our house. You could have declined our tow when you pulled up in front our our house! Then I said, "Is that a personal thing towards us because you were rude to my son from the start" I said it appears that something is wrong here. Are you rude to us because we're African American and you just don't want to help us?" "Is is a race moment?" then Bob said Oh no that's not it." Then I said, why would you call your boss then from the time you pulled from the front of the house to the back and ask to decline the tow. He then said you can talk to my boss. I said I don't want to talk to your boss. I said I'm calling Triple AAA to report you. He said go ahead and call and got in his truck, made another phone call and slowly drove off! I was furious and called the Broncs Company at 8:00 am and spoke with an Ashley the office manager, and she was just as rude to me! I told her I would be writing letters of complaint about their company, and she said to go right ahead and make sure I put her name Ashley on the letters and she refused to give me the name of the owner of Broncs. Bottom line, I think the company mistreats minorities and is hateful when they get a call to help a Black family or Hispanic family and the only reason I am posting this to yelp is because, I know this company will leave families stranded and perhaps in even dangerous situations such as on the freeway. This company is so arrogant and rude and confident in mistreating people especially minorities. But my moms always told me " A bird flies high, but he has to come down for food and water." If Broncs and Bob continues to be arrogant and treat people poorly, especially minorities, fate will one day catch up with them! read more

Worst towing company ever!!! They are assholes!! The owner is an ASSHOLE! The drivers are ASSHOLES!! If AAA says they are sending this place tell them NO you need a different company. Hopefully AAA cancels the contract they have with them. They showed up to pick up my car that has been broken down to take to Honda. The driver said I have to ride or meet him but he won't take it unless I do. I told him bull I've done this before with AAA and no problem. He said I can't they said I can't. I told him ok I will call AAA. He said that's fine go ahead and call them got in his tow truck and drove off. My husband called and spoke to a AAA supervisor and the guy had changed his story and said no the dealer is closed she wants to trade in. He twisted my words and when my husband spoke to the owner at broncs towing he yelled and shouted out my husband cussed him out and told him I don't care leave me a review. So here you go jerk off! This should never happen with AAA customers being treated this way. The only reason I am giving them two stars is because of one of their workers, Louis? who came to tow my car. He was friendly, gave honest answers, and very helpful. All I had to do was give him the year of my car and he took care of the rest. The customer service, however, deserves 1 star (if even that). I called in to ask if my car was there or if AAA had already taken it to their tow yard (my car was totaled). The lady I spoke to said this: "If it's not here when you get here, then they already took it". WELL DUH. When I came there, they said only the registered owner could take property out of the car (which I understand perfectly). They said it was due to "ex-husbands and wives taking property in divorce settlements". Well, my question is, why did that occur in the first place? How come they didn't have rules and regulations before? That made me question the company's inner workings. They gave me a difficult time and did not let me know this critical information until I had already arrived to the company. When the registered owner of the car came to collect the property with all their required paperwork, they gave him a difficult time and wouldn't allow him to get the property either, but later said it was okay and that they were just "doing their job". Today I called AAA for a tow and they referred me to Broncs Towing in Redlands. After waiting half an hour for them to arrive, they left me and my boyfriend on the side of the 210 median. They had no explanation why they could not give us a tow to Moreno Valley, only that the manager would only move the car across the highway to a less safe location, even though it was 1/3 the size due to "other calls waiting". After considering the options we declined help and another company responded and had no problem towing us away. Not only was I in trouble at work for the extra time taken, but my boyfriend also missed his college class. I once thought of this company as "ALL American" but now I see they are corner cutting cheap A$$ people who leave customers in harms way on the side of the road. Broncs towing came to tow our car to the auto shop after we had a flat tire, and our mechanic had previously tried to replace it with our spare but was not able to release the spare tire from under the car. Julius came and was able to release the spare tire easily instead of having it towed saving us a lot of money. I GREATLY appreciate what he did, especially since he didn't have to do that. Have saved us over $100 today. Definitely recommend this company. read more

Our restored 1970 VW Bug had a fuel pump failure mid-afternoon on a hot day (no surprise there, with old Bugs it's always something) in Redlands, we called Auto Club who sent out Bronc's with a flatbed tow truck. The truck arrived sooner than predicted, and the young Hispanic guy (unfortunately I didn't get his name) took extra care with this old car. He used a nylon strap instead of cable or chain to hook up to the front axle (old VW's don't have tow hooks or eyes), and placed a long 4x4 chunk of wood at the lip of the lowered flatbed so that as the car was pulled up the steep ramp, the muffler/tailpipe assembly wouldn't drag on the pavement. Friends who have had their Bugs loaded up on other tow service's flatbeds have had mufflers/tail pipes knocked off or badly dented up. Once the car was loaded we were offered ice cold bottled water from a large ice chest the driver had inside his truck. This driver was very courteous and professional. read more

Being a former tow truck driver who now can't drive due to a back injury watched two very inexperienced drivers With 2 different trucks (one being a wheel lift and the other in a car carrier) try and get a older car parked in a cul-de-sac. Before you use their tow service or battery technicians through AAA make sure that the person who comes out only does what they're supposed to do.I had an unfortunate time with this tow company. I had a battery that went dead do to leaving my phone charging ,my battery is a year and a half old my car is a 2008 and I've never had an issue with any kind of break down or check engine light however the guy jumpstarted my car started messing with other things that I could not understand what he was doing .I get on the freeway at 70 miles an hour in my car will not shift- it shuts off, it starts putting .I called them back immediately on the side of the freeway my car would not shift which meant I could not drive to the exit .Amanda who was the dispatcher started laughing at me because I was in distress about it ,she said sorry we can't send anybody out you're out of our area,her technician was the one that messed up the car she tried to blame my vehicle and said yeah well your car is a little older -it starts giving problems after certain amount of time, instead of taking responsibility ,not only that she giggled when I told her that I almost died on the freeway the worst customer service I have ever experienced .They get 1 stars for answering the damn phone and that's about it . read more
