If you want to a very clean and well taken care of car he has hand picked it for his lot. I felt better about my purchase because the vehicle I selected had every service done at a Lexus dealer according to the carfax. - The test drive process was very easy, he made a copy of my drivers license and off I went with Felix the sales associate. Felix was very knowledgeable and professional. I was allowed to take my time but also test the power of the vehicle. - I opted to finance with the dealer and it was great , the owner fought for me over the phone to get the best rate with my 670 credit score. He finances with Ally bank the largest auto lender in the US. - I was allowed to do a pre inspection with an independent repair shop or service department before purchasing that was made clear to me. This is a no BS dealer and I appreciate that. Here's the advertised price add taxes, license & registration and thats it. Ive been researching and calling/visiting dealers for weeks and its always the same thing .Here's our advertised price plus window tinting, nitrogen for your tires, doc fees, multiple security features No thank you. Give this place a try I enjoyed the process and would buy here again.

I was hesitant when looking online because of the overwhelming amount of 5 star ratings. I can assure you they are all real and very well deserved. I was also a little nervous when pulling up, it's not a fancy high end dealership, but it is just as trustworthy as any other. I bought a used 2015 Miata NC from here and it was such a quick and easy process, even considering I drove all the way up from San Diego! Jafar is incredibly kind, personable, and easy to work with. He was very quick to respond to any questions I had. What meant the most to me was that he did not treat me differently because I'm a woman. I am so used to sales people talking to my husband the whole time, even if I'M the one buying, but Jafar was the first salesman to fully respect and aknowledge me as the buyer and primary contact. The Miata was in pristine condition and was even better in person than the photos. I've had it for a month and a half now with zero issues. Smart Motors submitted the paperwork for me and the DMV sent me new tags and plates on time. Overall a wonderful experience and I highly reccomend.

However I was disappointed with their lack of professionalism and transparency during the buying process. The morning before heading to the dealership, I called Mohammed and asked him very explicitly if the car I was looking to purchase had any issues. I told him I was traveling from far away to see the car ($90 Uber for a one-way) and I didn't want to waste his time or mine. He reassured the car had no issues and was in "very good condition". For reference, I've also attached a screenshot with the ad's description for the car. Unfortunately, the mechanic found some issues with the car - some of them minor - but others needed immediate attention including issues with the front breaks and the airbag system. The mechanic I went to had excellent reviews and expressed serious concern over these issues. He recommended that I not drive the car on a public road before fixing them. The problems with the airbag system were especially concerning to me as those can come back even after repairing them and can put my family in real danger while on the road. When I came back to the dealership, Mohammed seemed to be aware of these issues. He told me they were "expected" in a used car. He told me these weren't serious issues (I guess an airbag deploying due to a system error while driving on a highway at 70mph isn't a serious issue). He also said that I should've expected these issues because he told me over the phone that the car had been in a small accident. You really can't expect a customer to guess on a car's mechanical and electrical issues after an accident, especially if you repeatedly tell him that the car is in very good condition and drives "like new". They "lowered" the car's price by waiving/covering the dealership & registration fees + the sales tax but I was still concerned about the airbag system issue, so I decided to walk away from the sale. I ended up spending about $170 in travel expenses (Uber roundtrip) and another $90 for the inspection plus 4 hours of my day. Mahmoud (the other dealer) still had the audacity to tell me that he had been "holding" the car from other interested customers because I was trying it out. Well... if Mohammed (his partner) had been a little more transparent about the car's issues when I asked him, I would have never traveled there to see the car in the first place! To finish the day off, Mahmoud decided to send me a message bragging about how he had sold the car for "way more than I offered". Not like I cared much... but it seemed a little unprofessional/childish (the dealer going out of his way hoping to make me regret my decision? laughable). If you plan to purchase a car from this dealership, be sure to take it for a pre-purchase inspection because they certainly aren't very transparent about what they're selling. It could save you some huge headaches down the road, or better yet, your life.

It starts with Carvana's website to sell or buy a car. Go through the questionnaires and steps. Towards the end, they break down what you need to upload to Carvana. Once it's all done and submitted, you can either have them pick up your vehicle or go there in person. Since I live so close to Carvana, I drove my car there for drop off. Keep in mind that once you go through their website and completed the paperwork, you can still keep driving your car even though you've already submitted your mileage. At the actual Carvana location, there is a sales associate who finalizes your transaction. He/she will give your car a look over and make sure everything is in order. The they hand you a check, boom, you're done!!! My car was paid off by Carvana in a little over a week. Zero balance. Overall, super quick, super easy. And this is from someone that has never sold a vehicle before! I got more money from Carvana than Car Max and various Toyota dealerships. Nice! Inside, is like a high tech machine inspired by the Japanese. The rotating platforms is amazing to watch. You can stick around and watch if you like. It's neat. All the cars you see inside the glass tower are all sold already. They're just protected from the elements for the buyers so they're not sitting outside collecting dust and getting dirty. Will I go there again to sell future vehicles? Yes. And I've already made a couple of referrals already. Will I buy a car from them? Most likely not. I prefer new cars. Always.
