The financial manager wasted my time telling me he can do in house for $150 payments a month just to lie and say it will be $273 a month for 2 years just to pay off $2000.00 . Mind you I was putting down basically the full entire 98% payment. I was will to put down $13,000 to a 15,000 car. How do we get that monthly rate for 2 years. They're a joke. read more

We just bought a used car and brought back for tires change. Now the car is not driving the same, lost acceleration and braking power. In addition, there are scratches on the car and crack in the windshield after the shop had the car for 2 1/2 hours for tire change. My advice is beware when bringing your car here for service because you may come out with more issues than when you come. read more

This review a month after purchasing our car. My husband bought a Toyota RAV4 for a great deal. It's was my mom car. Such reliable car. My toddler loves it. David and Desiree are so professional and really do treat you like family . I definitely recommend them to all my friends and family. I could go on-on telling you all the positive things that's happened to us while pursing with them. The previous month we unfortunately purchased a car with (OfferUp) lost 6k on a jeep. I bought a car here and 1 day later the car had issues so I brought it back in and when the mechanic came out to look at the issues , he got outta the car and slammed the door and said , rudely" I cant fix this get a refund! He left me standing there emabarrased and mortified. I did get a refund and I left the property to realize when I got home I left my belongings in the car which one items was every expensive pair of Rayband glasses they assured me when I called that they were gonna be in an enveloping the office and dont worry. I work 3 jobs so I didnt have time being I live in Riverside and did call 3 times after and they assured me dont worry well hang on to them a month later Desire rudely told me when I called to go the glasses , oh nope we threw them in the trash very rudely I said wait why would you throw my property out when I've already talked to you 3 times prior and you assured me they be there she goes welp they are gone and that's it! Aside from price gouging and finding out if i went through with financing i Would pay more than double the value the manager had the nerve to lie to my face and say that Its normal for Cv joints to click when the car is cold. When i saw the car in person the center council was missing and their was damage to the seat and exterior, not shown in pics. I offered cash to buy it out but wasnt able to negotiate. I had my eye on a truck for about a week. I finally drove from Pasadena. I saw the truck. They were quick to greet me, start the truck answering all my questions. Let me look at everything about the truck without being in my space. David went on a test drive and was very pleasant. No pressure. Very helpful. I was able to make a trade deal with David. He was very helpful, making the finance department help me get the process going. I was very comfortable with the staff. I had the pleasure of working and getting to know Sead, who was patient. Never made me feel rushed or uncomfortable. I returned the next day to finish a few signatures and pick up a tailgate that kept overnight to install a new lock and key. I discussed a couple of concerns, and they were quick and efficient to correct small issues. Good people. They make a great staff and treat me good old-fashioned, friendly respect. They work hard and still take time to joke and laugh. Happy truck owner that now has a happy horse wife that has a great truck to pull horses anywhere. If you want a fair deal and HONEST people to deal with, then this is your place. It's not fancy, but the prices are just right and, like I said, they are honest. We originally took the car to a place next to where my girlfriend works. They quoted an outrageous price for BROKEN MOTOR MOUNTS and a CRACKED AC COMPRESSOR to the tune of $850!! We brought the car to Euclid Auto Sale, because this is where we bought it last year. When we bought the car they said we should come back for any service and we will get a good deal. Let me tell you, we not only got a great deal but what's even better is that the repairs needed weren't even close to what the other shop quoted. We only needed new sway bars and the AC just needed recharging. We walked out paying $150 and the car drives and sounds like it should! And they showed me the bad sway bars. I asked about the motor mounts and he verified they were NOT broken. Give these guys a shot. They are hard working and are local business owners, not some big chain. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP I purchased a 2002 Mustang from this dealer in March. Not only did I buy the car without a stero, it didn't have brakes either. It was my first car and it ran great until April. My car wouldn't shift into gear, I called the dealer guy and he asked me to tow the car to his dealer for him to fix it and telling me that he will charge me to fix it. On a car that I just bought and was doing monthly payments I had to pay for something that he should've done? I ended up paying 180 to fix it then 1 week later I was driving on the freeway and my car will not go past 75 miles an hour I couldn't drive on the freeway without the cars gears acting up. Then 1 week later after that the windows wouldnt go down. 1 week after that the brakes went out. 1 week after (which was yesterday) that the transmission was failing and the car would not drive at all. I cannot believe I had so many issues with this car but never again will I buy from this dealer. The owner is a complete fraud. read more

Euclid Auto Sale gave me the worst vehicle purchase I have ever experienced. At this place, expect for the seller to work you up to make you think you have a great deal and then for you to end up taking back home a piece of junk. A couple of days after I bought my car I noticed that it started making unusual sounds, therefore I took it to a fully licensed auto repair. After the experts evaluated my vehicle, they made me aware that it had many mechanical issues. I expected to have a reliable car with my hard earned cash, but instead I ended up with a "fixer upper" because they intentionally sold me a broken car. When I came back to Euclid Auto Sale to address the issue, they did not help me. My car had a worn out timing belt and when I told them if they could do something about it, the guy just sprayed WD-40 on the belt and told me that the problem was fixed. And that was not the only problem with the car, it also had a wrong part applied to it because this place was to cheap to replace it with the correct part. Please note: I am no car expert, therefore you can safely say that they took advantage of me in this situation in order to get rid of the car which I purchased. I worked so hard to buy my first car. I expected to have a reliable car with my hard earned cash, but instead I ended up with a car with mechanical issues. If you want a reliable car, do not come here. read more
