My Grandson was able to find a really nice 2012 Dodge Charger there (with a "Perfect Score" when taken to a 3rd party for evaluation); and I also found a 2014 Honda CRV (a few months later) -- which also passed evaluation with Flying Colors. My personal thanks to John, Elias, Corine, and Luna for the Excellent Service and Selection. I would highly recommend Certified Auto in Upland for anyone who is looking for an Excellent Used Vehicle, at an Affordable Price!

We were unable to find the car we wanted on our own, we came to Rich and he was able to secure what we were looking for and considerably less than what we were looking to pay. I was using a different company for detailing (mostly because I didn't know they provided this service), but once again, they are considerably less expensive than anywhere else. And, they offer wheel repair, head light cover cleaning, steering wheel repair, hood black out decal, paint protection film and I am sure more that I am unaware of. Overall, as you can tell, I am a big fan of this business.

Car looked in great condition and beautifully detailed And it was definitely something that I was interested in. And I sent the information to my mechanic friend, and he said that the mileage that it was at was going to require it To get a certain service. After verifying that with toyota about this specific Highlander. I was so willing to get this vehicle, but I wanted it to be discounted for the price of the repairs that I was going to do on it within a week because of the mileage that required it to be done at that time. And without it it would not be a good outcome for this car. So I ask for the discount in between the price that both my friend mechanic and toyota quoted. And there was no budge. Great interaction, great communication, great cars. But yeah, if you're aware, and I'm aware a situation that requires a price discount. I think I should get it if i'm still willing to buy the vehicle just my thought.

I asked if the vehicle was still available and requested the out‑the‑door. The sales representative told me that the price was negotiable only if I came into the dealership in person and mentioned a $1,400 anti‑theft device as part of the quote. When I explained that I planned to finance the vehicle through my credit union, I was told that Fiesta Motors does not accept credit‑union financing as a matter of policy. Because of this policy and the requirement to come in‑person just to discuss pricing, I decided this was not the right dealership for my needs. The experience led me to believe the process would be less transparent and less customer‑friendly than I was hoping for, so I chose not to move forward with a purchase at Fiesta Motors. This would be a red flag not accepting a credit union..
