Be prepared to wait. About 3 weeks ago I made an appointment for standard mileage service and waited 4 hours for everything to be fixed. And there was a problem with my tire which costed me extra. (Not their fault) they got everything done with great attitude but the catch is the wait. Shortly after receiving service. A Dash warning light came on saying that my tire pressure monitoring system needed to be checked. After trying to book an appointment which the only one available was two weeks after seeing my light went on so that also kinda sucked. Fast forward to the appointment and I arrived early due to other prior events being cancelled so I arrived as a walk in and only one thing needed to be fixed. After waiting so long just for them to moved my car in it sat there for at least 1.5 hours. Then the front desk lady said the mechanic had to go on lunch, then they told me that the person who was working on my car said that it would still take another hour after finally getting to my car. Then after an hour and 30 minutes I walked in due to frustration and was told that they installed the part but the new part also failed? so after a Total of 5 hours waiting. Left with nothing done. Arrived around 11:07 AM, didn't leave until 3:08 PM. So appointment or walk in you'll be waiting for a very long time. And always the possibility of nothing getting done. But wait there's more after I left. I got onto the freeway and started hearing a thudding noise under my car and I was on completely smooth road so I made a U-turn and told them the situation and the mechanic came out and got into the car with me to ensure that I wasn't, I'm assuming, lying about the noise and he heard it immediately and went to go and fix that problem. Makes me wonder if the mechanic in question was paying full attention. After all of that, I went back into the front desk to ask them what my next steps were, and they said that I would need to then come back after they received the part that they had but failed to successfully put into my car and that when I come back, they will give me a loaner car so that way I don't have to wait as long as I did and they can take the full time that they need to work on my car mind you my car is a 2025 Kia GT line so it's not like it's old or have a lot of problems. In the end they are going to hopefully make it right when my car is completely fixed, but as for this experience, I'm giving 2 stars. read more

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at this dealership and felt my time was completely wasted. Before coming in, I confirmed multiple times with three different people, that the out-the-door price I was quoted was for a GT-Line Premium Package. I was very clear about what trim I wanted, and each time I was reassured that the pricing reflected the premium package, not a standard model. Once I walked through the doors, that story completely changed. I was then shown a standard package, and when I pointed out that I came in specifically for the GT-Line Premium Package, the numbers suddenly increased well beyond what I was originally quoted. This feels like a classic bait-and-switch. I understand dealerships want customers in the door, but confirming pricing and trim details multiple times and then changing them in person is misleading and unacceptable. If you're looking for transparency, honesty, and respect for your time, don't come to this dealership. I've since reached out to other dealerships that have been completely upfront and transparent from the start. Very disappointing. Avoid the sales person that goes with the name "Q". I live about 40 miles from this dealership and discussed the exact model I wanted over the phone before making the trip there to finalize the purchase. Unfortunately, when I arrived, I was told the vehicle we discussed was "no longer available." They initially tried to steer me toward a different model, and only after I insisted on my original preference did they locate the GT-Line I wanted at another dealership. I was told the vehicle was only about 30 minutes away and that it would arrive by the time the finance paperwork was completed. Instead, we ended up waiting nearly 4 hours for the car to arrive. When the salesperson finally returned, he walked in casually with a fast-food drink in hand, then disappeared and handed everything off to another salesperson to complete the process. This was my second time here, and it went great again. I've been to other Kia service departments and didn't have a great outcome. But, this location has been great both times. When I got there, I was instantly acknowledged and notified I was going to be helped shortly. They mentioned I could go inside to see a rep in there. When I walked in, Brittany, who was already helping out someone else, mentioned she'll be with me in a moment. I was early for my appointment, so I wasn't in any rush. She greated me with a great energy and a smile, and confirmed my appointment. Brittany mentioned that it would be about an hour and even asked if I wanted my car washed. It was exactly an hour, and my servicr was done. She said that everything was fine, just to keep an eye on the tires that might need to be changed soon. Unfortunately they did not have the car that I wanted so I bought it from another dealership but it continued to go and get my oil change and my services here. The last couple times I've gone the service has been less than perfect. The service was fine but the people in the office for service really need to learn how to be more genuine. There was a noise in my car and one of the service men drove with me to see if he could hear it. And of course when I took him for a drive the noise was not as loud as it normally is in my car when I'm alone. Basically he dismissed me and said we did not know what the problem was. He said that he could put the car up in the air and see what was wrong with it, but if they couldn't find a problem that I would be charged which did not make any sense since I'm under warranty. So I went to my original dealership where I bought my car Garden Grove and they went above and beyond to make it right. I would recommend if you need service done. I called for an appointment and spoke to a lovely young lady named Amanda who set up my appointment for a recall notice. I kept putting this off because I did not want to go to Citrus Kia in Ontario- Fontana which is where I bought my Kia due to their service department being horrible! I met with the service Manager named Mike who was very professional and helpful. He reassured me I was in good hands at Pomona Kia and he was right! He inspected my car upon my arrival and pointed out a couple of things that should be repaired which I again was putting off because I did not want to go to the service department at citrus motors. He really worked hard to secure the deal, figuring out that I don't need certain options, and finding the car that meets my need at a different dealership, and securing it for me with a good deal. My experience with Pomona Kia was fantastic. Starting with the GM Manny who greeted me as I pulled in their dealership. We chatted some while I waited for the the car I was interested in was pulled to the front. Very sincere and caring was what I gathered from him. No phoney " over the top niceness" but just genuine conversation. Went in to look at a lease on a car, and wanted to see pricing. Pricing came back $200 higher than what was advertised online, and when I asked why I was told for "taxes, title & fees". When I challenged this answer because those should not almost double the car payment, I was told "my manager doesn't see you as a buyer today so he's not giving the best price." I went to STG before I came to Kia of Pomona and the sales man over there was just horrible and money hungry. The 2nd I stepped into Kia the experience was completely different. Kevin is on a lot of the reviews here and I see exactly why! He's a very knowledgeable dealer and gives great customer service. I recently purchased a car from Pomona Kia. Their sales person (Kevin) is nice and responsive. The sales person replied my message timely and picked up my car from a port far away from Pomona in the same day. So, I could go home driving my new car. However there is an issue I bothered me: The quote they provided included an MSRP that was higher than the actual MSRP on my car's window sticker. That information was not clearly disclosed. Because my car was not in their inventory, so I couldn't see the actual window sticker till all purchase process completed. When I questioned this, their explaination was the OTD of my car matched the OTD they told me, so the breakdown of the quote didn't matter. But in my mind, the breakdown of the quote does matter. Anyway, I am satisfied with my new car so far and enjoyed driving it. read more

If I could give ZERO stars for the service center I would. This service center has no respect for their customers and are not truthful. They do not communicate or call you back to provide status on your vehicle. You cannot reach anyone when you call. And on top of their horrible service you have to wait weeks for an appointment. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! I brought my car in with an appointment I waited weeks for and didn't hear anything all day from the service manger Mario, I called 4x left messages and had to escalate with sales managers to get a call back. When he called me back at 4:45pm (15 minutes before they closed) he told me he was so busy he didn't even get to my car!! So not only did he not get to it he had no intention of calling me and letting me know, he left me stranded without a car! When I picked up my car the following day they had scratched my radio head unit, and are refusing to fix/replace it. And after getting my vehicle back scratched, the issue with my audio system still was not fixed! The dealership refuses to provide info on the general manager or anyone to help me resolve this issue. The service manager called me a liar saying the radio unit was scratched when it was brought in - which it WAS NOT! My car is in impeccable condition inside and out! When I asked him to show me where they documented the existing damage before working on my car to prove it was there he said "oh we didn't do that, but I just remember"! I am so frustrated and upset, I regret ever purchasing a vehicle here!! I have filed a formal complaint with Kia Corporate and will not rest until they make this right! Called to arrange test drive of a vehicle on the lot, as advertised. A friendly receptionist told us to come down and the car would be ready. Upon arriving we were asked to wait for the sales person (10-15mins). After meeting at his desk he asked us which car we wanted to test drive, even though we had already called in advance and spoken with another salesman regarding our purpose for our visit. Then after waiting an additional 10 minutes we approached our wandering salesman to inquire what the hold up was. He said he couldn't find the keys and asked if we could come back later. Having massive issues with Kia. My engine seized due to the recall, and they're refusing to fix it. As far as Pomona Kia specifically, no one in the service department EVER answers the phone, and when I try to call other departments, they're very rude. Appointments are 2 months out. I was originally told I can have my car towed to sit in the lot until someone could evaluate it (which would be around a 6 week wait), so I called the next day, and they said the lot is full. I've been calling for days, and can't even get ahold of anyone to ask if the lot is still full. Go to Puente Hills Kia, 9 miles away from this one. read more

Being a serious buyer, I tried contacting them, but they did not even respond to emails as they did the first time just to get me to go in.
