Who does is so ridiculous and you wouldn't allow me to pay the $.13 because it was less than $10 if that's the case take it off. I'm file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau because this is ridiculous. Their website never worked and you couldn't go on it and get your balance. Who's been in business as long as they claim and still have portal issues. Do waste your money. If you go to a dealership and they recommend them, run! That means the dealership is horrible and so is the finance company. I don't know how these people have not had their license revoked.
