No pressure tactics, no surprise fees, fair pricing, and a quick and easy transaction. It's refreshing compared to the typical used car dealer experience, and I genuinely appreciated that. The Bad: I drove off the lot and immediately noticed two warning lights on the dash: charging port fault and airbag. You know how cars flash a few lights on startup and they disappear within seconds? That's what I assumed. Besides, you're spending $50K+ on a car and you don't expect to drive away with these active warnings. I simply trusted Zed on that. Both turned out to be real issues. $1,400 paid to fix it. During my inspection, one of the Falcon Wing doors hesitated when opening. Zed said it was probably the sun, shade, or dust interfering. I took his word for it. It wasn't. $650 quote from Tesla. One week later, a steering rack warning appeared. $4,000 quote. Total damage in week one: over $6,000 on top of the purchase price. My Take: I want to give him the benefit of the doubt and assume he didn't know about these issues. But either way, it's clear these cars aren't being thoroughly inspected before they hit the lot. I'd give 3.5 stars if I could, but $6,000+ in repairs within a week makes 4 stars hard to justify. Would I buy from here again? "Maybe..." But next time I'm bringing my own inspector, spending more time on the test drive, and checking every light, every panel, and every moving part myself. Bottom line: Good dealer. Smooth process. But do NOT skip a thorough pre-purchase inspection. Do NOT assume the car is in good condition because you're having a good experience during your time at the dealership.

Liars. Liars. Liars…read more They don't even deserve this 1 star. Ever since I bought my Sienna here, I've had brake squeaks. I took it back three times, and the last time I took it back, they said they replaced all the pads and rotors but didn't give me a receipt. About two months ago, the manager called me back and tried to guilt trip me into removing the review. He said, "Did we really deserve that one star? We tried everything we could to fix the problem." I told him, "You didn't fix the problem. That's just an excuse. "The reality is you did not fix the problem." He said, "Well, at least give us some credit. We put in new rotors and the pads." I said that was nice but it doesn't fix the problem, and they keep lying over and over. Lies over lies. Yesterday, I took it to have the brakes inspected and get an oil change, and come to find out, the front is at 7 and the back is at 3. I drive about 200 miles a week, so there is no way. They probably never even changed any brakes or rotors at this point since they never gave me a receipt. They lied to me repeatedly. I hate when I am taken out to look like an idiot, and I have the proof from the inspection receipt. I will report this to the Better Business Bureau now.

Within 2 months: rotors, alternator, radiator, control module, and thermostat all failed. Thousands in repairs. I called to give them a chance to make it right. The response: yelling, threats that he would "follow me everywhere" and "show me," then told "as is" means it's my problem now. California law doesn't let dealers hide known issues behind "as is." Vehicle Code § 11713.18 and the Consumers Legal Remedies Act require dealers to disclose material defects. An "as is" sale doesn't waive the implied warranty of merchantability when the dealer misrepresents the condition, per CA Commercial Code § 2314. Nothing was disclosed to me. The truck was misrepresented. I'm filing complaints with the CA DMV and Attorney General. Would not recommend. Save your money.

He explained that he could work with me once the bankruptcy discharges and to call him once it does. Score 1 for GT Cars Inc. since Ron was straight up with me to wait until discharge (I had other places tell me they could help me only to be denied with multiple inquiries). Score 2, he was willing to let me take the vehicle to a mechanic for a pre-delivery inspection. I had been looking at a 2009 Subaru Outback on his site for the few weeks I had to wait until getting my bankruptcy discharged and was eager to come check it out. So late October I got the discharge and went to go see Ron and the Outback, which I wanted for our family rig. Good thing my husband measured our dog to make sure the cargo space would be tall enough for her to sit comfortably - because it was just barely too short. Other than that it was a great used vehicle with low miles and a clean, well service documented carfax and limited engine and transmission warranty. So once we knew the Outback was a no-go Ron saves the day by informing us that he has an 06 Forester in the back - right on! He wanted to make sure that we understood that it was not ready yet - and explained what still had to be done. We walked to where it was and even though it was dirty and the bumpers still had primer it was like the clouds opened and the harps started playing! Yay - it was exactly what I had been looking for, even better with Ron explaining that the head gasket had just been done and all the details that went with that! Absolute score! So after the weekend and waiting for proper documentation on my end and for him to finish getting the car ready, we were able to pick up the car. It cleaned up real nicely and besides minor expected things on a ten year old vehicle - I am super satisfied with the vehicle and the service we were given from Ron. Ron made all the difference in the world between other places that were willing to finance me. He was a professional, which is hard to find anymore. The manner in which he explained the vehicle as well as the condition and features of the vehicle itself also far exceeded any of the competitors' value on customer satisfaction. In the end, I didn't even get the pre-delivery inspection done by a 3rd party - I felt that confident about the car and GT Cars Inc. I am completely satisfied with the terms of the loan, down payment, monthly payment amount and the price he gave me. Interest is on the higher end of the competitors' but I was so impressed with Ron's straight forward professionalism and experience that interest was not a priority. He explained how to lower the interest rate in about a year after making on time payments. Awesome, Ron - we could use all the credit tips after the bankruptcy. Ron also reassured us that should we need any service we could come to him. I live about an hour drive away, but I know I will use him in the future. Thank you Ron! I highly recommend GT Cars Inc for your used car purchase. He even suggested a good spot to grab a bite nearby!

His advertising makes it seem like the cars are nice, it isn't until you get there that the flaws are revealed. And I drove all the way down there from Indio. A lot of these reviews are great and everyone says how " honest " he is, but an honest person wouldn't falsely advertise. He didn't reveal how the car was " not perfect " in his words, until we got there. He seemed like a nice guy, even when my boyfriend and his dad were expressing their dislikes, Gil said how he didn't take it personally, that he isn't attached to these cars. needless to say, Gil blocked me on facebook after I decided not to make the purchase.
