Being towed from Arizona back to Blythe California

I have no idea exactly where BK got this car. But I personally won't buy auction cars ever. it took me over a month and a bunch of money to get this handled. Ended up there was a chronic problem. It did not just happen after I bought the car. It was hard to find but definitely chronic. My daughter was so sad starting school with no car. Paid a lot of Uber's. Lost a lot of money flying to Texas to fix this and move it shop to shop. Today I called to get plates which finally showed up today. BK did not apologize or empathize or ask how things were going. He was so charming when we met him. Today he was very aggressive and kept insisting I tell him how much the repair bills were? His aggression scares me.

BK took such good care of my needs and made sure that each vehicle I test drove was to my standard.

In my opinion as a dealer I would Stay far away from Lendward. They make big promises, guarantee…read moresales results, and even claim you'll get a 100% refund if they don't deliver. Well, I used their services back in December 2023 -- and guess what? They didn't deliver, and I'm still fighting to get my money back almost two years later. I first asked for my refund on March 7, 2024, followed up on July 26, 2024, and finally got an email from Frank Herman, their VP, on August 20, 2024 saying: "Working on it Mitch sir. I'll be in contact this week sir. Just need the owner here." That was the last time I ever heard anything useful. I followed up again on June 11, 2025, and still nothing. This company does NOT stand by their guarantees. They dodge, delay, and ignore you until you give up. Lendward took our money, never delivered results, and refuses to honor their refund policy. Absolute scam behavior.

I set up an appointment thinking all was set but walked in only to be told Lendward is a 3rd party referral source and knows nothing about the Vision business. Called Johnny back after visiting dealership, got a manager by name of Gabe who was supposed to look into situation and never got back to me either way. Poor communication, lack of transparency, and just overall poor customer service. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Awful credit union that ruined my credit score with inaccurate reporting…read more SchoolsFirst FCU talks a big game about "accuracy" and member service, but when there's actually a problem, they don't care and act like fixing credit reporting is "out of their hands." Their phone support is incompetent, their chat support gives contradictory information, and when you try to question their reporting they get rude, defensive, and openly annoyed that you're making them deal with it. I've been dealing with them over a loan reporting issue where their own paperwork and internal notes contradict what they furnished to the credit bureaus. My Truth in Lending docs show payments due on the 25th and maturity on November 25, 2023. But TransUnion showed the account closed in 02/2025 and marked May 2023 as 30 days late. Their own rep documented that my June 5, 2023 payment "covered May and June." If the due date was May 25, then June 5 is about 11 days late, not 30 plus. So the 30 day late reporting for May is false on their own facts. What made it worse was how unbelievably bad their customer service was. When I called in, loan officers seemed confused and surprised that the loan was being reported as both open and closed, on time and delinquent, depending on where you looked. That is not a minor glitch. That is broken internal controls and bad training. Instead of taking responsibility, they kept sending boilerplate, marking disputes "verified as accurate," and eventually told me they would no longer communicate with me.

I worked with Zed on my purchase and communication over text was flawless. He took the time to make sure I understood the ins and outs of the vehicle and worked with me to get a decent value for my trade-in. Well worth the drive from San Diego for me. If you're in the market for an EV, do yourself a favor and start here first. Tons of cool cars on the lot.

No pressure tactics, no surprise fees, fair pricing, and a quick and easy transaction. It's refreshing compared to the typical used car dealer experience, and I genuinely appreciated that. The Bad: I drove off the lot and immediately noticed two warning lights on the dash: charging port fault and airbag. You know how cars flash a few lights on startup and they disappear within seconds? That's what I assumed. Besides, you're spending $50K+ on a car and you don't expect to drive away with these active warnings. I simply trusted Zed on that. Both turned out to be real issues. $1,400 paid to fix it. During my inspection, one of the Falcon Wing doors hesitated when opening. Zed said it was probably the sun, shade, or dust interfering. I took his word for it. It wasn't. $650 quote from Tesla. One week later, a steering rack warning appeared. $4,000 quote. Total damage in week one: over $6,000 on top of the purchase price. My Take: I want to give him the benefit of the doubt and assume he didn't know about these issues. But either way, it's clear these cars aren't being thoroughly inspected before they hit the lot. I'd give 3.5 stars if I could, but $6,000+ in repairs within a week makes 4 stars hard to justify. Would I buy from here again? "Maybe..." But next time I'm bringing my own inspector, spending more time on the test drive, and checking every light, every panel, and every moving part myself. Bottom line: Good dealer. Smooth process. But do NOT skip a thorough pre-purchase inspection. Do NOT assume the car is in good condition because you're having a good experience during your time at the dealership.
