Liars. Liars. Liars…read more They don't even deserve this 1 star. Ever since I bought my Sienna here, I've had brake squeaks. I took it back three times, and the last time I took it back, they said they replaced all the pads and rotors but didn't give me a receipt. About two months ago, the manager called me back and tried to guilt trip me into removing the review. He said, "Did we really deserve that one star? We tried everything we could to fix the problem." I told him, "You didn't fix the problem. That's just an excuse. "The reality is you did not fix the problem." He said, "Well, at least give us some credit. We put in new rotors and the pads." I said that was nice but it doesn't fix the problem, and they keep lying over and over. Lies over lies. Yesterday, I took it to have the brakes inspected and get an oil change, and come to find out, the front is at 7 and the back is at 3. I drive about 200 miles a week, so there is no way. They probably never even changed any brakes or rotors at this point since they never gave me a receipt. They lied to me repeatedly. I hate when I am taken out to look like an idiot, and I have the proof from the inspection receipt. I will report this to the Better Business Bureau now.

As the teller is getting my cashiers check ready, I get a call from the dealership saying there's people looking and test driving the car that I told them I'm going to purchase. So now I'm stressed like are they going to sell the car to someone else even though I have been very communicative in my intentions and actions. I had even asked if I can go earlier than my appointment time, what if I went later would they have sold it if that person wanted it?! So I got to the dealership, and had to wait as that person was test driving the car. Apparently another salesperson went to show the other party the car. They need to work on their communication with each other, or set up a system to let each other know "hey this car is about to be sold, buyers on the way from the bank. Coming soon" blah blah blah. Not a good look for ya'll. Sloppy customer service. Another thing I was annoyed of. I found some flaws with the car. They told me to come back next Saturday. I told them I wanted an appointment. The guy said he put it in his phone. I show up next Saturday, wait an effing hour. Finally I asked how much longer, so I can know if I can get picked up and come back later. They said oh the mechanic just got in. Finally Someone looked at it, but the rear head rests they were suppose to order when I purchased the vehicle were nowhere to be found. So I spoke to a manager who told me to come again next Saturday, but i got call from one of the service guys who "made an appointment" for me the following Saturday. I show up, the manager why like why didn't you come the Saturday that I told you. Told him because your mechanic called and said to come today. The mechanic wasn't even there, so I spoke to another master mechanic. He was great helpful, promised he saw the guy put in the order for the rear headrest. But I had to go back another day, and that he would fix the other issue. Went back, I got my headrest, but didn't get the issue fixed. It wasn't a big deal so I sad it's okay I'll figure it out myself. So again they need to work on their communication between managers and the service department about my appointment. They also didn't even schedule some appointments when they told me they would, so when I showed up they ask do you have an appt? And one of the times I showed up, and already waited an hour, I asked if I didn't say anything how long would I just be sitting here like a dumbass. Soo effing annoyed. I'm a very patient person, until I'm not. I was just going to let it go. But I decided to write a review after my recent communication with the dealership, so other people don't experience what I did and be more careful and not as trusting as me. Fast forward almost 2 months after I purchased the car, my car completely dies and would not turn on. No headlights, no dashboard lights, no nothing!!! I had purchased the car at 48,000 miles, and it was maintained well according to carfax, so yes I did opt out the extended warranty. But also didn't think a car I purchase from a used car dealership with such low miles would die after less than 2 months of driving it. They just said unfortunately because I opted out of extended warranty and drove it more than 1000 miles already there's nothing they can do for me, because they have mechanics that fix up the car to be ready for sale, but not mechanics for people to bring back the car -__- I just want others to beware. Go to a better reputable car dealership. I should have listened to the reviews.

I met Byron at an appointed time, test drove it, asked a bunch of questions, and inspected it thoroughly. I liked it even better in person than what I saw online and made the purchase.
