From last month when I had something come up at their ATMs outside to when I walked in shortly all interested in opening a bank account. Patty and Aleena begun with nothing but utter care and compassion for my well-being especially when I expressed interest in opening an account. Today, Patty continued to demonstrate care and well-being, Leslie was quick to welcome me and walk me through all the steps and got me in and out in no time before I knew it with opening a new bank and credit card account. I am forever indebted with gratitude for their genuinity, care, hospitality, and kindness. You all deserve great and better! Much appreciated!

I had to educate the banker about a green card , and that it means he is legal here in the United States . He said he couldn't have a social security number with a green card which is completely false . Our appointment was at 12:00pm and it's currently 12:10 and the Banker stepped out , not treating us like actual people . I am a United States citizen and have over 3 million dollars with chase and keep a small account of 20,000 with Wells Fargo for business purposes . Today I decided to stop banking with Wells Fargo and stay with chase . Will be closing my account and banking with Wells Fargo . HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will take my business elsewhere . Like they always say DONT JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER

I learned that CCB provided that service for it's Customers and I made an appointment. I was cheerfully greeted by VP Joe Herrnandez , his Executive Assistant Alicia Arzite, the staff Notary Public Lameesh Cook and New Accounts Assistant Jeniffer Williams. I was bathed in warm, acute and accurate professionalism that instantly reduced my stress level and we gotter done. I never thought that a small community bank will be able to deliver my needs. I was proven wrong. I was introduced to Melba Rey, and impression of small banks have been changed forever. Melba and her staff handles all my banking needs personally; no need to be bounced off to another impersonable "banker" like at Wells Fargo who doesn't even know my current business needs. Being with a small community bank with only 4 branches, I can go to Upland, Ontario, Rancho Cucamonga, or their headquarters in Chino, and someone will know me by name. They handle my deposits, my needs for change, and my credit lines and address me by the name I go by. l love all their branches, but Upland has a special place in my heart. As a new member, that made me feel hopeful about transitioning all of my financial services here. But unfortunately, my experience applying for a loan was incredibly disappointing and left me feeling completely dismissed and underappreciated. I applied for a loan and received a message saying I would be contacted within 1-2 business days. That call never came. I waited, thinking maybe they were just backed up. So I called in and left a voicemail still, no response, no callback, no acknowledgment of any kind. Then out of nowhere, I received a denial with no explanation, no follow-up, no human contact. Just a flat-out decision sent my way like I was invisible. The frustrating part is that when I applied for a credit product earlier which was approved. I was getting nonstop calls and emails. But this time? Silence. It honestly made me feel like I was being ignored, like my application didn't matter, and like I wasn't worth the courtesy of a phone call. Whether I was approved or not isn't even the issue the lack of communication and basic respect is what really got to me. I joined this credit union because I wanted to feel like more than just a number. If I wanted to be treated impersonally and overlooked, I could've stayed with Chase. But I expected more here accountability, care, and follow-through, especially after being told I'd be contacted. Right now, I feel like I've been targeted, ignored, and undervalued as a member. The loan team's lack of follow-through left a really bad taste in my mouth. I hope this feedback is taken seriously because people deserve to be treated like people not just potential loan approvals or denials.
