Let me start off by saying this review is long overdue. Our car was totaled and we needed to find a new car fast. We were dealing with all the stress that comes with getting into a car accident and Nichole really helped get us through a tough time. My husband knew the car he wanted and Nichole literally had it delivered to us the next day with the prettiest bow on it! She was easy to communicate with and got us the best deal on our car. If it weren't for her, we would have ended up in dealership for hours and ended up paying much more for the same car. So we're lucky we came to her. I found these guys on CarGurus and I'm SO HAPPY I did! Arman helped me get my new Lexus CT. He was so polite and answered all of my questions, even my stupid ones. He was never at any point pushy or aggressive. He was able to give me a price break because I paid a down payment in cash. Which was appreciated. I was also pre-approved by my own credit union. But actually financed through theirs because they offered a MUCH lower APR % and helped keep my payments down to where I actually wanted them. Prior to going to Personalized Auto Group, I was extremely stressed searching for a car. I stumbled across this small dealership on Cargurus and I was happy I did. Joe and Jimmy are the absolute best! They had so much knowledge on the car I was looking at and I didn't feel pressured to buy. They really took their time with me and Joe also went out of his way to take the car to my mechanic to look at. I truly appreciate my experience here and I will definitely recommend! I was looking for an upgrade to the car I already have and I stumbled upon the car at this Auto dealership. I am pretty savvy on car matters but being honest, car dealerships and mechanics can be difficult because I expect to get taken advantage of if I'm not careful. I hadn't bought a car in 10 years or so and I was prepared to be disappointed and frustrated. This place is not at all what I expected. In fact why can't we have more Auto Dealerships this way??? Life would be amazing! Jimmy and Joe were super helpful. From being very accommodating and flexible on my time, highly transparent in the paperwork and loan details, and also super knowledgable on more than just selling cars. They truly go above and beyond and I appreciate that. Because I had 0 stress in working with them. The only stress I had was making the decision to just feel deserving of a new car. Whenever I am in need of a car, I call Joe at Personalized Auto Group. Joe asks me what I want and then delivers...make, model, color. Recently, my daughter was involved in a hit-and-run accident. The car Joe jad found for her a year ago was totaled. Joe found her the same vehicle still in transport; however, my daughter had rented the SUV version of the totaled vehicle and decided to go with that car. Mr Jimmy Liu and Mr Arman are excellent. Referred to them by my brother (who had 3 great transactions with them already). They gave me 2 options to sell my sedan. Even though it's an older sedan with moderate miles, and it has been in great condition -- I feel it was time to get something new. They made the process easy and efficient. Jimmy and I actually spent more time chatting, than doing the paperwork (which took only 15 minutes). They also gave me top-dollar. I wish I knew about Nichole when we first moved to LA. Honestly this whole process was just so easy, professional and done so quickly. I gave nichole the details of the type of car I wanted and my desired price. Not only did she come through but she went well above and beyond any expectations I had for this service. This was the easiest most efficient way to buy a car. Nichole couldn't have been more helpful. I had an idea of the car I wanted, and Nichole had different options (all similar) to what I was looking for and wanted. She worked with the dealers and helped me finance appropriately. I have to say I had the best experience working with Nichole when finding the car for my fiancé. He had a specific car he wanted including some additions like rims and Nichole made the whole process so easy and smooth. She's very knowledge at what she does and guides you through from beginning and end. I wouldn't do it any other way because who wants to sit at a dealership thinking you're going to get ripped off for 3 hours while they sell you on this and that. Not for us !!! Bought a car from them and the error light came on a day off the lot. Texted him about it as it was a high mount (third brake light) and dealer only part. After a few days with no response followed up and was told "I am busy, call me tomorrow". Still have gotten nothing. They also never sent the plates. Told me they did, but didn't. When I went there, the plates were sitting in the office. Other than that the car is good so far. Just don't expect any continued service. read more

I was out of town for work and was beginning to stress as I would only have a a couple days after I got home before leaving again to take care of my lease. Wow! I was recommended through a coworker to utilize this business in buying a car. Nichole did an amazing job. She asked me what type of vehicle I was looking for and and informed her I was looking into a Tacoma TRD Off Road. I truly could not have found the car of my dreams without Nichole. She was so diligent in asking all the right questions and working around the clock to try and find the best deal for my budget and needs. I was dreading buying a new car! I haven't purchased one in over a decade and with such a busy schedule (even with COVID) I didn't have the time nor energy to deal with visiting dealerships. Would give this business 6 stars if i could! Bought one used BMW from them and leased a brand new Toyota Prius from them, where they facilitated the entire deal for me (through Toyota) and delivered the brand new car and papers to sign at my house. You tell them exactly what you want on your vehicle and they get you an amazing price and deliver it right to your door with a nice big red bow. I have to say this car buying experience was a DREAM! As many of you have experienced buying a car from the dealership is such a hassle. From the aggressiveness of sales people to the long wait just to get into financing. Nichole has revolutionized that experience to make it as effortless as possible while maintaining 100% customer satisfaction. All I had to do was tell her my specifications and pretty much immediately she would send me pics and specs of the car. Even the financing was such a breeze. Returning my loaner car: when I pulled up to the drop off my loaner car, I was not greet by "good morning/ good afternoon." Instead, I was greeted by "have you filled up the gas tank?" I was not happy with the greeting, so I said, "yes, I even pull more, do I get a refund?" The guy said coldly, "you have to ask them (pointing at the advisors)." They then walked away. He was pretty rude. I am unsure if he was being treated by rude customers, but I was not rude to him and hoping that he can be a bit more polite. Returning the lease: I parked my car at the parking lot, and walked inside the show room. I told a staff that I was returning my lease, and this staff was friendly that he asked me to wait. However, there was an older gentleman sitting at the second desk yelling out loud to the staff who was helping me, "check the charging cable to see if that's missing!" I told the gentleman, "the cable was untouched for 2 years, and brand new. Do I get a paid back for keeping things new?" He said no and walked away. I have 1 star for the staff who help with my lease return. This might be a good choice that I am not getting another car from them because of the poor services. They gave me a sense that they were trying to pick on customers and charge for extra if possible. It was an absolute unpleasant experience. I hope management can address these concerns to keep loyal customers happy.

I can't recommend PAG more. Jimmy and Joe are just good people. My credit isn't that great (no history shown), so Jimmy actually sat down with me and tried to talk me out of buying a car with them if I didn't need to - we talked for almost an hour and a half where he and Joe walked me through every step I should take to raise my credit score before coming back to them for a car. I ended up telling them that I had to have a car ASAP due to car trouble I was having. When they heard that, Jimmy explained that they wouldn't be able to get me the best rate, probably around 8%, but I had come in expecting to get at best 12% because of my 0 credit history. I came in after I got off work, so they weren't able to get the paperwork put in that night, but told me they would get it done the next morning and call me when it was done. Because I was having car issues and would have to take an Uber home, Joe offered to drive me back home, from their lot in Pasadena to San Bernardino. In the rain. at 10:30PM. I can't think of many friends that would be willing to do that, let alone a sales person I'd just met a few hours beforehand. Update: Jimmy and Joe drove the car out to me in Chino to make sure I had it and could get home after work. I signed all the paperwork there and they handled everything, including helping me find affordable insurance. If you need a new or used car, they handle them both, and they will look out for you. read more

She definitely knows what she is doing and is very knowledgable in car sales. I told her what I was looking for, what my price range was, and she had all the great recommendations. She even was able to schedule a test drive at a dealership with me! The dealers knew her, and they had the cars I wanted to see ready for me to drive as soon as I walked in!
