The story gets better! Turns out Tony never requested a pay off even though he took it into his inventory on 12/17. I had to have Audi call him to request his fax so the can send it to him. This is after 40 days of him having the car and driving it. They even decided to drive the car 2571 miles in the last 47 days and take it to Salt Lake City where it sits on a lot and on Ebay for sale. Car only had 11,780 when it was taken in. This is so unbelievable that Tony the owner can do this. Let alone post the car for sale in a different state when they don't have the title or even made a payoff. Nothing has changed since my last post 8 days ago. We even found a way for Audi to lower the amount he has to buy the car for as they felt horrible given my situation. These monsters are hurting my credit and I have two car payments on my credit. It's not allowing me to refinance my house. Time to lawyer up, contact the better business bureau and contact the police. I am left no other choice. I don't know how these people sleep at night! read more

Soooooo, my fiance and I head out to the OC Swap Meet to get some artsy stuff for the home. We walk in to the OC Fairgrounds, decide we are going to walk the fairgrounds counter clockwise, we walk past maybe 10 vendors take a left turn and are smacked right in the face with some VERY good looking vehicles. We stop to take a look at a convertible Corvette, admire a 1970 Road Runner, notice a good looking Tundra, and then there it was... a beautiful 2011 Race Red, Ford Shelby GT500. Of course, we stop and ask a few questions which Mike answered and was very pleasant and extremely knowledgeable. Then of course we take it for a test drive (who wouldn't want to drive a vehicle like this!). Now taking any of these vehicles for a test drive isn't the easiest thing to do when your at a swap meet (as running over folks is frowned upon by the OCSM staff) but Mike, Les and the other OC Autosource guys handled it all in stride with great attitudes and off we went. Somewhere between the take a look and the test drive my fiance decided the Shelby GT500 had his name on it. We were then taken to the beautiful OC Autosource dealership which was filled with a great selection of cars from Bentley's to Lamborghini's. We were introduced to Tony who just continued our great experience in dealing with OC Autosource. Tony made the purchasing process a breeze, his dealership and staff are A+++! Bottom line: This was the easiest and best experience of purchasing a car hands-down (and we have both purchased many a vehicle in our lifetimes thus far). Let me start off by saying this is my first Yelp review. Usually, I'm a yelper just in it for the popcorn & show, but these guys deserve a review. I was in the market for a new (used) SUV to accommodate my needs for adventure & cargo space, and decided the Jeep Wrangler Unlimited would give me just that. Let me just say that I'm notorious for doing my homework, researching every nook and cranny, and hunting for the best prices when it comes to anything, especially for a new Vehicle. With this, I started my search through Autotrader, JK Forums, and even craigslist, contacting approximately over 7 private sellers, but couldn't find the one for my budget/needs. After failing here (and continuously browsing online faithfully everyday), I've retreated to give the stealerships a try. Went to the Jeep dealership in Cerritos, and even the biggest one in Dodge/Chrysler - Bellflower, but they still were offering me minimum dollar on my trade-in (compared to the hw I did through tru-car), and average discounts on the Jeep. That wasn't good enough for me, I want the best of the best deal. Then I came across OC-Autosources ad for this beauty online. I was struck by the attention to detail these guys do on their inventory. Brand new leather seats, amp research auto leveling side rails (that retail at $1k a piece), not 4, but 5 (including the spare) brand new 20 inch XD Addict wheels and 35 inch TOYO open countries (if you're an off-road enthusiast, you know darn well how expensive these are), brand new rubicon express lift kit, so many others. The point is, these guys don't settle for anything less than the best when they build their vehicles. Anyway, I called immediately thinking there was an error in asking price, and spoke to Louis who gave me the breakdown on the Jeep. He was incredibly kind and helpful over the phone, and made an appointment to come by to check it out that weekend. After much anticipation, I finally arrive there on Saturday greeted by Louis. About the facility: Top Notch. All inventory is kept in-doors as if all their vehicles are all show-room grade (because they are!). The staff is awesome, and can't stress enough how friendly, helpful, and real everyone is here. We checked the car out as I was anal, looking for any slight imperfection, took it for a spin, took it on the freeway trying to find any small mechanical problem or anything (again, I'm paranoid to where I spend my money. If there's a problem, I find it), and everything checked out PERFECTLY. Like I said, I've done hours of homework on Jeep JK specific forums to identify common issues, and I must say that this was in absolute perfect condition. Now it was time to talk business. I go into the office and speak with the owner - Tony, expecting to talk to a pushy, sales guy. I must say my experience was the complete opposite compared to the other dealers I mentioned. This guy cut all the B$, and went straight to the point on the best offer he could give me with my trade in. In my head, I already knew the minimum and maximum I'd spend for this, and when he announced the numbers, I was happy to hear that the numbers were better than I expected. We reviewed page by page the car-fax reports as I made sure that there weren't any problems with the vehicle in the hands of the past owner, nor accidents. After this, went ahead and shaked hands, signed the paperwork, and received the keys! Let me also add that while everything was finalizing and processing, Tony was even kind enough to buy me some lunch, while I hung out with the rest of the guys in the lobby catching the NBA playoffs. All-in-all, it absolutely was a GREAT experience that went beyond my expectations, with great customer service. My total experience with OC Autosource has been so amazing I had to write this review. To start off with I was shopping for a Mercedes SL class roadster, I,had my eyes on 2. One an 08 with 29k miles on it at a larger dealership and an 07 with 47k at OC, 08 a couple grand more than the 07. Was near OC Auto so I had my buddy call them to inquire for me as I was driving. Now, here's what initially impressed me. Within the first 30 seconds into the call he was informed about a leak in the hydrolic system of the roof and that it was being fixed and with Genuine Mercedes parts. The fact that before anything was said, and was informed immediately before we got there displayed the Integrity of the owner, Tony who took the call, which highly surprised me in the beginning. Since we were in the area we decided to check it out. And was very warmly greeted. No pressure, almost as if a neighbor was just showing you around. Just really comfortable. Showed me the car, amongst all the other AMAZING luxury vehicles that were there, pointed out the features and added options my vehicle had, and the rarity of the color combination of the particular vehicle. Also that they could service the car right there with Mercedes parts. Loved that fact. Now, the SL has always been my dream car, especially when the come out with the hard top convertable. Honestly, I never thought I would ever get one, would never be able to afford it. But these guys made my dreams come true, a few days before my birthday even! These guys knew that I'm just an average Joe, not a CEO or anything and, this is pretty much the last car that I'll ever purchase, but I never felt like they were just selling just to sell, they were creating a relationship with a new customer. They went above and beyond to get me into my dream car. Didn't say they could and crash it down with an unrealistic goal for me to achieve. They followed through everything they promised. I'm so very happy with the level of service and the "Whatever it takes" & "we'll work it out" attitude that made me their client. And being a smaller dealer, a more individualized service to the client. They also seem to be able to pick out the best of the best of these pre-owned high end luxury vehicles and sports cars, I'm constantly being asked if my SL is a 12 or 13, and actually was approached by a car broker, while in LA, at a grocery store parking lot wanting to buy mine right there, a day after I took possession of it! And made me take his number to call him when I was ready to sell it! That was an amazing feeling! I've only been driving it for a day and a half! There is so much more I could say, but, this itself is quite a bit. Needless to say I never looked at the 08 with less mileage, because I got so much more than my dream car, I have a place that I can trust to work on it, people I can trust to send my friends to and, most of all, new friends that made a dream into a reality. That's what happened. I talked to Kerry a couple times on the phone. My parents were a big part of this venture, and my Dad can be very picky (in a good way). My Dad and Kerry hit it off instantly. NO PRESSURE.... That was a big relief. I negotiated a deal on my trade and when It came time to negotiate for the 'new' car, Tony (the owner) showed up.
