I will start by saying I am a buisness owner and a very picky guy. I have just spent the last month on the Internet searching for a car that is very hard to find and I wanted it in perfect shape. After searching all of California and the Surrounding states without finding what I was looking for I came across OC AutoSource. Remarkably they had exactly what I was looking for. They just brought the car in from another state. After several emails back-and-forth to make sure I was getting what I wanted and several calls at home after hours from the owner Tony, I decided to make the 90 mile drive to meet the guys at OC and look at the car. Well these guys were great! They made me feel vey comfortable and thet gave me all the time I needed without any pressure at all. In fact I got there at 11 am and didn't leave until 5:30. In that time I took the car on two long test drives And decided I loved it, But I didn't love the tires or rims on the car. So Tony offered to bring another car like it from his other store and switch the tires and rims from that car to my car. Then I went for a third test drive. At that point I was overjoyed. I Had exactly what I was looking for. We came to a deal on the car I wrote a check And drove it home. Tony even called me at home that night at home to make sure I got home safe and the car was everything I expected. A few days later I had a couple questions regarding some things on the car I wasn't familiar with. I gave Tony a call and he had his mechanic called me back and spent 20 minutes on the phone with me going over every question I asked. Once again overjoyed. OC Autosource- Orange I was in the market for a new car. As we all know that buying a car is right up there with Taxes and Moving on the list of no fun things to do. After speaking to around 10 dealers (usual suspects, BMW, MBZ, Carmax etc) I came across OC AUtosource. I spoke to Tony the owner first. They ran my less then stellar credit and he said he could help me. I said sure you can as I wasn't in the mood to go through the exercise. The same day Michael called me and told me what he needed to close the deal. So the following day I drove to the dealership and met with George. No pressure , no drama, no pie in the sky talk, just the truth. @ days later I agreed to the car I wanted and over the phone we worked a deal out. They drew all the paperwork up and my total time at the dealership was less then 30 minutes before me and my new BMW were on the 55 frwy heading home. Seriously! I'm a girl who's super picky and skeptical and wary of being "sold" at a car dealership...you get the picture. I knew I wanted a hybrid SUV and it pretty much stopped there. I found a Ford Escape Hybrid I liked on the net and as luck would have it, it was at OC Autosource. So I called and set up a time to go in and see what my future had in store for me. Well, let me say that this very picky, skeptical and wary of being "sold" girl was overjoyed to find not only a great car but a group of professionals that were knowledgable, patient, thoughtful and just plain nice! Tony and his team went ABOVE AND BEYOND any service one would get at an ordinary dealership. I felt like I had an Auto Executive Assistant by my side to help me through the entire process. I always buy previously owned vehicles and had not purchased a new car since 1997. Yes you read that correctly. I like what I like and I take good care of my things so obviously this was a very important purchase to me and Tony did EVERY SINGLE THING doable to prepare the car for me. OC Autosource took care of any minor flaws noted on the car's interior/exterior, a Ford recall check up, they detailed and literally DELIVERED MY NEW CAR TO MY HOME and drove my trade in vehicle of 17 years off into the sunset. YOU WILL NOT FIND SERVICE LIKE THIS ANYWHERE ELSE. Certainly not for a previously owned vehicle. I can't recommend Tony and his Team at OC Autosource enough. OC Autosource is the biggest Scam I've ever seen. I heard the 5 star ratings that are online are from his friends and family members so don"t believe any of them. The owner "Tony Thompson" will do anything to make a sale. Based on articles that I have seen on "Ripoffreport.com" he has done this to multiple other people as well. We bought an expensive used Bentley from him and literally there has been so many issues. He sold us a car that had bad front brakes, bad back brakes, and 2 blown speakers. Futhermore, you couldn't even play music in the car because that was also broken and there was a small dent in the car that they saw before we bought the car and took it off the lot that he said he would take care of. Long story short, Tony (the owner) said that he would replace everything for free because we just bought the car and he sounded so nice over the phone and generous but when we called him to get everything fixed he never picked up our calls nor did he call us back once after we left several messages. If you know cars, Bentley Brakes cost around $3500 to get replaced and the dent is going to cost over $2,000 to get fixed and re-painted and we cant even listen to music which im sure is going to cost a lot of money to get replaced. Lastly, Oc Autosource tries to rip you off on the rates if you decide to finance the car. I have 2 other cars being financed at around 3.5% and when I bought the car he went in there and hiked the rate up to 8.5% even though I told him what my other rates were. I caught it on the long application they make you sign but he told me, "just pay the higher rate because I make money off of it and then wait 6 months and then just pay it off." Those were his exact words because after 6 months the finance company pays him basically. He also tried to screw us over by adding a huge number under the Gap Insurance program that most people won't catch. Bottom line is dont ever buy a car from Tony or OC autosource he sounds like a nice guy at first but he is so dishonest and trust me he will not fix your car once you drive it off the lot if there is a problem with it. read more

Obviously I know that I won't receive title on my car. My lender has not received title, and it has been 3.5+ months now. The DMV says that your company hasn't even finished it's application for title on this vehicle from 6 months ago when it was traded in. My trade in was purchased almost immediately, but the DMV still has my name on file as the registered owner, so you haven't done that correctly either. I appreciate your attempt to blame shift and cover yourself, but you are in the wrong. Your business has royally messed up. Yes, I have bought a car from you; it is in my husband's name. Nice Try Louise! I would expect no more from you given your lack of ability to file basic paperwork. Paperwork I paid for you take care of. I have no interest in giving you another opportunity to waste my time. The DMV will figure it out through their investigation. read more

Although we did experience a few minor manufacturing problems with our S63, I refused to return my White on Cream White interior with a beautiful piano black console. How could I? So my wife and I got tired of borrowing my inlaws/her parent's truck to use for hauling things to and from our house for projects. I wanted a new truck but because we are newlyweds and just bought a house, funds are a little tight... I was just dreaming one day looking on cars.com and I came a cross a truck from OC Autosource's inventory. This 2005 Silverado had only 23,xxx miles on it... I thought it was a scam or something... how can a 10 year old truck (ok almost 10) have only 23,xxx miles on it?! I emailed the dealer and about 15 mins later Steve called me. He wanted to set me up to look at the truck... now their hours are from 9 to 7pm... I told them I wouldn't be able to make it and they asked why not... they said ok well I can stay here until 9 for you to come down.... WOW now that is customer service.... I drove down straight after work and took the truck for a spin.... I was super impressed with the truck, not to mention the quality of the other vehicles on the lot... it helps to know that when you are looking at a vehicle, the other vehicles in inventory are in great shape. It gives you piece of mind that the dealer doesn't just try and sell any used vehicles... Anyway, Tony was such a big help in getting me into the truck I needed. I will be sending all my friends and family his way because he isn't your normal everyday type of used car lot, he handles vehicles that are in virtually brand new shape, people that love and take care of their cars and just grow out of them.
