*UPDATE* READ WHOLE THING Mike is lovely! Gave us a great deal! As long as you're a serious and ready to purchase buyer they are more than willing to work with you. Mike really knows his stuff and gave us a lot of information on all the cars we were interested in. (UPDATE) 2 weeks after purchasing vehicle. Check engine came on and a bunch of signals were lighting up on the screen. I called to see if they could check it and potentially hold accountability for a vehicle that we've owned for not even 2 weeks. I told them "based off the reviews, I'm pretty sure I know what the conclusion of this conversation is but I still called to ask" and ALEX was so upset and took offense to that comment. Did everything the "fiancé manager" mentioned was required, was told there was an approval, was given down payment amount and they told me how much my monthly would be. I come back with all of the money, they took my money and then close to closing they said the approval was pending and they couldn't give me my money back- that the money had been "taken to the bank already. Today I received a response to my review from Robin S, listed as the business owner. In my experience, a person named Robin had communicated with me from the beginning, before I ever set foot at the dealership. He was the reason I decided to visit Palladium, and I believe that interaction played a major role in how everything unfolded. I do not know whether that same Robin is the Robin S who replied to my review yesterday, but I had been told Robin would meet me at the dealership. When I arrived, I was told he was not there and that someone else could assist me. I explained that I had been communicating with Robin and that he already knew why I was there. After they repeatedly pushed me to test-driving a car I had not come to see, claiming the vehicle I wanted was blocked in and that I could drive another Mercedes in the meantime, I was taken to Mike in finance. Mike decided to lie and tell me he had just spoken to Robin and had all of his notes and knew what we had discussed. Trusting Mike at his word was the biggest and most naive thing I did. He told me I was already approved for the Mercedes and brought me into the office. Robin S response mentions VIN numbers, make, model, and the contract, so let me be clear: the car I wanted and the car I was given looked nearly identical on paper except for one letter--E550 versus S550. That alone explains the issue. By now, I am sure Palladium has received paperwork detailing my position and how I was harmed. Finally, the response I am addressing is dated 5/13/26. What stands out is that Robin S spent a great deal of time yesterday defending the dealership. I counted at least six or seven replies from Robin S to other 1-star reviews describing experiences similar to mine. If I were the only person leaving a negative review, that would be one thing, but there are many others. I do not need to insult or attack anyone because the existing reviews already speak for themselves. Can you go below a 1? This place is complete crap! We bought a car from them and in 3 weeks we have had major engine problems: $4000 for the first issue (water pump, thermostat) and waiting on the next one (engine power died out while driving). Whatever you spend here, expect to pay that same amount in repairs right off the bat. Mike is nice enough to get you to believe he knows what he's talking about (but really doesn't) and Larry doesn't know anything about cars, except maybe that they have 4 wheels. Disappointed. Unprofessional from beginning to end. After driving all the way up from San Diego, I arrive and enter the office. There are three men all dressed up in suits & a female who is dressed nicely. However, all I could see was her back. It appeared they were in a meeting or some type of conversation as no one bothered to greet me. I said hello and stated that I was there to see a vehicle. The men looked at me as if I interrupted a meeting at the Pentagon. Not a single hello or even glimpse of a smile. I was directed to a sign in sheet and was told somebody will be with me. I stated that I would be outside by the vehicle. After waiting for quite some time (also there was a brightly dressed sales person outside assisting another buyer and not once acknowledged my presence!) I started to walk back towards the office and one of the Employees, Sean, in a pair of jeans and T-shirt asked if I needed some help. He said he worked down the street at their warehouse but would be more than happy to help me. After going on a test drive, I was extremely interested in purchasing the vehicle. I told Sean that I would like for my Mechanic (who is also an automotive teacher) to come up and take a look at it. He said it would be fine and that he would be more than happy to answer any questions if he was unable to come up. Unfortunately, due to the short notice, my Mechanic was unable to make it. However, after several phone calls, he was able to get a hold of Sean. Sean stated he was unable to hear him and would phone him right back. Sean never phoned back. My mechanic phoned again and asked to speak to anybody about the vehicle and also inquire about the extended warranties they offer. He was told that Sean would be the only person who can answer those questions and that he could try him in the morning as they could not locate him. I tried looking for him as well and could not find him. I went into the office to inquire about him however, I was left un-acknowledged. Could it possibly be that he went back to the warehouse in which he works? By this time I was just done. Obviously, they did not need my business. Or perhaps it was due to the fact that I stated I was going to pay cash. Or perhaps that my mechanic was more than a mechanic. Whatever the case, I suggest the owners are more hands-on. While the cats are away the mice play (Sean stated the owners were very successful and were again on vacation). Another suggestion, instead of purchasing any more shiny suits and shoes try investing in some professional/business etiquette and social skills classes. After all, as my grandfather would say, a POS is still a POS no matter what you dress it in. Btw, my mechanic did try calling back the next morning. Sean was not in and no one offered to help him. The lance i went to said the fuel pump needs to be replaced and that the check engine light was 'reset' to not light up. also i have been waiting over 2 months for the title and the plates. Ve called and texted multiple times - but they don't even respond. Only once have I reached a sales rep who was helpful and gave me a name to call the next day. Went to look at a jeep today with my father today and I found a leaking rear main seal, instead of being understanding they decide to try and argue with me. I have been a mechanic for 15 years I know what kind of problems come from a rear main seal leak, the manager and his worker both tried to argue with the customer even thou repeatedly said no I don't want this jeep it will have problems in a few months that I'm not going to deal with. My friend went to Palladium Autos to look at cars which interested him. He decided to leave a non-refundable $1000 deposit on one of the cars. The next day he texted Mahyar Keshmiri, (Mike), the salesman, to let him know that he changed his mind about that car. He had decided on another car. Mike did not respond. My friend returned to Palladium Autos a week later to choose another car so he wouldn't lose his deposit. The down payment on the car he originally wanted had a down payment of $4000. My friend withdrew $3000 cash to go with his original deposit. The car he decided on had a lower price than the original car he wanted. Mike told him that he wouldn't qualify for that car. He pointed to another car and said that was the one he could buy. He didn't let him look it over. Mike took him into his office. My friend gave him the envelope with the $3000 he had withdrawn that morning and Mike counted it. Then Mike said he called my friend's bank and they required a $4500 deposit. My friend said he had $200 on his debit card and asked if he would accept a $4200 down payment. Mike refused, so my friend had to ask his boss to send him the $300 via Zelle. That added to his $200 from his debit card made his total down payment $4500. However, Mike put the amount of the down payment on the contract as $4080. Mike told my friend that if the bank called, tell them that you gave me $4500. My friend wondered why Mike said that because he DID give him $4500. If Mike had asked for only $4080, my friend wouldn't have had to borrow the $300 from his boss. Because Mike altered the amount my friend gave him, it added $420 to the balance due. My friend called his bank later and was told they don't require any specific down payment. The banker said that is between the dealership and the buyer. When my friend told the banker what Mike had done, the banker said it sounded like the salesman was trying to increase his commission. Mike didn't give my friend a receipt for the $3000 cash. He also didn't show him the contract as he was filling it out, nor did he give him the option which language to use to fill out the contract. Tagalog was available, but Mike selected English. He just told him to click to sign when he told him to. Mike didn't inform my friend that he had added on a warranty plan ($1900) and a Gold Star anti-theft device (599), neither of which he wanted. Mike gave my friend a folder with all the paperwork, the key to the car, walked to the door, and pointed to the car outside, then went back to his office. My friend had driven 3 miles when an alert on the dashboard to stop the engine. The oil icon showed no oil in the engine. He checked the oil himself and all he saw was rust. He returned to Palladium Autos and the mechanic said the car was in good shape. Then he checked the oil for himself and added enough to fill it half way. My friend drove the car home and parked it for a day. He looked it over and discovered a headlight and brake light were out. Also, the rear window wiper didn't work. The next day he drove it to work. He made a stop to run an errand. when he started the car again, he couldn't shift out of neutral. He called AAA. The driver looked under the car and said it was a transmission problem. The cable to the gear shift had broken. The AAA driver manipulated it into drive. He told my friend to drive carefully and don't get too close to other cars because he couldn't shift into reverse. My friend went on to work and parked the car. He called Palladium Autos to tell them about the broken transmission. They told him to bring it back because he had a warranty. My friend wasn't aware of a warranty because Mike didn't tell him about that or the GoldStar anti-theft device added to his contract. Someone at Palladium Autos gave my friend the phone number and policy number for Alpha Warranty. My friend had the car towed back to Palladium Autos. My friend filed a fraud claim and a claim about the mechanical problems of the car. He was told not to pick up the car until the claims were resolved. He also filed a claim with DMV Investigations about the lack of a smog certificate. The Carfax report indicated the last emissions test was January 7, 2025. That was two months before Palladium Autos purchased the car and 5 months before my friend purchased the car. According to what he read, the smog test has to be done within 90 days of the purchase. That didn't happen. Mike said he smogs all his cars. There is no record of the car having an emissions test while the car belonged to Palladium Autos. However, there was a $50 charge for that on the contract as well as an $8.25 smog certificate fee. My friend picked up the car from Palladium Autos and drove it home. The next morning as he was driving it to work, the check engine light came on. He had it checked and now the car needs an oxygen sensor. My friend called the Bureau of Automotive Repair and they are going to investigate the repairs already done by Palladium. read more

I would not recommend buying a car from here. If you must do so, make sure to get it checked by YOUR mechanic. Mike is horrible and laughed that I was having issues with my car. They did end up buying it back which I'm grateful Alex did. I bought an old car it was 2009 Volkswagen Tiguan. It had/has a major oil leak to fix it was going to be over 9k. The person that I signed, the contract was in contact with and made payments to. suddenly doesn't work there anymore. so then they repo the car with my tools. tell me I can get my tools so I drive two hours to the dealership. I get there they won't give me my tools. They tell me if I want them. I have to pay 1200 bucks the tow fees if I want my tools. and don't believe him when they tell you that their cars come with warranties. liars. I stopped by just to test drive today and I received the best customer service I could have imagined. Upon my arrival I was greeted by Mahyar and was offered espresso right away. I felt welcomed and once I inquired about the specific car, we went on a test drive right away. During the test drive he patiently answered all of my questions and made sure I learned all the features. Husband and I was greeted with a fast talker and entire time on phone. First vehicle the motor sounded horrible. Was told first start sound. We ran the motor for about 10..same noise. Looked at 2nd vehicle asked for keys. He was taking a more than a few minutes, I walked to see where he was. He was in the front chatting with a gentleman, saw me...Oh yeah let me get the keys while looking and texting. I asked, Are we not important to you? Response...Oh yes you're important to me. We schedule a 7:30pm appointment, I drive nearly two hours and arrive on time to find out the vehicle I am interested in is boxed in behind a dozen cars in another facility. So they say I can't test drive because it's almost closing time "and it would be an inconvenience for them to bring the car if I wasn't a serious buyer." Alireza Sarkhosh who is the owner of this establishment refused to give me back my deposit and refused to make a deal and had his employees hold us hostage for almost 6 hours. Michael (not Mike who's another employee) gave us a deal on paper for an FJ but when we went the next day to finish the paperwork Michael lied to his coworkers about making the deal despite already having it written down, which we proved, leading to Michaels coworkers to not believe him. Overall horrible customer service behavior, Alireza Sarkhosh the owner, couldn't even apologize or fix for what his employee did, he just double downed and wouldn't refund the deposit Michael told us to put. buyer beware!! we purchased a car from palladium autos , january 2025 and it was hands down the worst car buying experience we've ever had. their customer service ends the minute you roll out of the dealership! pay special attention to the itemized bill in the contract. we discovered a charge for low jack which was **never** mentioned by the salesman. when we asked about the low jack charge, the response was "if you want the car you have to buy it." legally they cannot force you to buy an add on. we ended up buying the car and after the fact with research we brought up to palladium that this is not right/legal. their response was minimal and couldnt care less. in addition, there were other promises made that were never fulfilled. for instance, when asked about the missing floor mats, we were told they were in the trunk. we were ignorant to assume the salesman was honest. there were no floor mats in the trunk. when brought up to the salesman after finding no floor mats, he stared "this maserati doesnt come with floor mats." we could go on and on with problems with the purchase but we understand the peoples times is precious. take heed of all the negative reviews on various sites, they are soo true!! youve been warned! buyer beware! read more
