Purchased a vehicle from here and the vehicle was delivered to Florida in terrible condition. Many bodywork and paint issues of which I have Photos from delivery versus the paint condition stated by the salesman as GREAT and his brief video where he did not show the actual damaged areas . I Asked the Salesman Ali Noh several times for the date codes on the tires and he conveniently failed to provide that information. The tires are 11 years old and his comment was they were about 80%. Mr Robin offered a 200.00 dollar credit which he never sent and I had to pay overnight shipping 35 dollars for the title back to be sent back to them because they hadn't done the paperwork properly, in Florida you have a very limited time to get the title handled. Just bought a jeep wrangler from Eddie at Palladium. I am happy with the vehicle but when I came in with close to a full price offer, I was forced to buy a low jack program which I did not want for $2000 and pressured to buy an overpriced warranty. I refused the warranty and was able to get the low jack down to $500, but still did not want it. Within a week of driving the vehicle off of the lot, I had to have it towed to a dealership because the auxiliary battery was bad, the main battery was an aftermarket battery that needed replaced and a fuse array was also bad. I had attempted to contact the dealer and the salesman 6 times via text and phone calls. I also sent them the repair invoice from the dealership. The salesman said he would talk to management and never returned my call. I called and spoke with management, explained the situation and said to at I wasn't looking for the entire $1400 needed to get the Jeep running again, but that anything they could do would be appreciated. Management told me he would talk to the owner and I have not heard back. I was not expecting to purchase a great looking vehicle from a dealership and have to get it towed in for repairs within a week. All I wanted was a little break on the expense of the faulty parts that were on the vehicle when they sold it to me, but was ignored. Don't ever buy a car here the whole process was such a pain and a drag. I've been meaning to make an update a few years back when I bought the vehicle and I purchased a cash. I came to this dealership 3 times !!!! I scheduled an appointment on a Sunday a few years ago and it was pouring rain. I live in Santa Clarita so it's a 1 hour 30 minute drive or two depending on traffic. Came to the dealership of course it was closed called the woman. I forgot her name since this was a few years ago. She said I'm so sorry we have to reschedule. Keep in mind my time, my gas, and miles on my car. All for nothing which is fine since I was very interested in the truck. Test drove the truck check the suspension. Everything was good since my father and I are Toyota fans we know a bit of the truck. Came back the second time trying to negotiate deal cash eventually came to a deal through the paperwork process, they tried to get us to buy this sketchy warranty, which kindly declined. During the process, I made a few request about getting some new or used tires since the ones they had were very bald. The battery was not in the best condition shape. Which they changed, but I had to hassle them for it. Alex is suppose owner gave me a discount and deducted 1000 from initial offer which was all right, but rather had those things done. Everything from the paperwork was done gave me the keys, ready to head out something and my gut made me want to check out the engine oil and of course to my luck there was no oil. I spoke to one of the guys about adding oil to the truck. They got extremely aggressive and try to send me to this spot, but I knew it was a bit of a set up. Of course, as well the truck did not have gas at all not even complementary half tank. Either way they have this where you can write a review and they give you a gas card. I barely made it home with that. Update two years later, we were in 2026 Transmission went out honestly I would think twice about hitting this dealer I'm a few years late on this updated review but better late than never. read more

Drove 1 hr to see a tahoe. We liked it, they ran my husband's credit ( which is over 800) on a Sunday . They said the limited banks they work with would give them an answer the following Monday, fine. Never received a call back. My husband had to follow up only to be told they can offer a 13% with 4k down just in case the car gets repo!! Obviously they r looking for low credit customers they can scam!! They are a total scam rip off car dealer I made a purchase from them flew from Northern California the car was not even on the lot when I got there they brought it over dirty after I was told it would be detailed with a full tank of gas took it for a test drive which was ok but then upon inspection found out it needed a new battery the switch to open the front deck was broken and several other minor things not working I didn't feel good about the car and told them I'd like to pass on the deal they gave me the hard sell but I didn't want the car after taking the day off work flying down there and turning around to fly home I asked for my 10 k back and got dinged for 1 k after the contract clearly stated $250 restocking fee won't return calls very shady stay away from this place read more

Buying used cars is always a gamble and you at some point need to trust that the company you are purchasing from is upfront and reputable. I was in direct email contact on a vehicle I had identified from an online sellers website. I explained I was coming from out of the area and didn't want any surprises when finalizing the sale. I am a cash buyer, so zero financing. They of course say they will negotiate on the price, they will make sure everything is seamless, blah, blah, blah. That is not the case. They won't budge an inch on pricing, they won't fix little things like loose trim or minor loose plastic pieces that come loose on vehicles. You will be lucky to get a 1/2 tank of gas on close of sale. They also try to hit you with a 2k fee for LoJack alarm to witch they say is in all the vehicles. You need to refuse that fee. In all I got the vehicle I wanted but if you can do private seller for your next used car - go that route. I have yet to bring the vehicle to my mechanic for inspection so we'll see what real issues there may, or may not be. I felt like they were not really 100 percent honest with me from the start and once you are there they try to inflate the price of the vehicles with the old tricky numbers game. Hopefully the title and plates show up in a timely matter as many customers were complaining that may be an issue. read more

I purchased a car from Robin in April and when buying it he told me I had to pay for the security system that was installed by the dealer. A lo jack system. considering it comes with a gps and app to follow my cars location, I agreed. Drove the car home. Downloaded the app and the app confirmed I did have a lo jack system. But it could not locate my vehicle. I checked the module and it was dead. I've repeatedly called and texted Robin directly and have yet to receive a response. I called the dealer to ask how it could be resolved. The guy that answered the phone said he could not help me due to short staffing that day but that he "would let the boss know immediately." And followed it with "I will call you back Monday." I had called on a Friday. Gave him the benefit of the doubt and waited til the following Friday. Where again I was the one to reach out. He gave me the same scripted answer. "We are short staffed." "I'll let the boss know." And "I'll call you Monday." Still no one from palladium has reached out or offered assistance. read more

Check engine came on and a bunch of signals were lighting up on the screen. I called to see if they could check it and potentially hold accountability for a vehicle that we've owned for not even 2 weeks. I told them "based off the reviews, I'm pretty sure I know what the conclusion of this conversation is but I still called to ask" and ALEX was so upset and took offense to that comment. He ended up saying no. Which is fine. Again, based off the reviews I knew how this conversation would end. But he was talking about how he gave us a discount and if he hadn't given us a discount he might've helped us. And if I approached the conversation better he would've helped. I purchased a Ford F-150 here using financing through my own bank. The initial process went well, although the salesperson and manager were clearly unhappy that I wasn't using their financing. They required a $500 deposit before allowing me to leave with the truck, which I agreed to, as long as I received documentation stating the deposit would be fully refunded once they received payment from my bank. A couple of days later, after driving the truck for some time, the check engine light came on. I contacted the manager, Mike, who instructed me to bring the truck back and assured me they would take care of the issue. They kept the truck for two days and returned it after completing the repairs. However, I later found out--without being informed beforehand--that they used my $500 deposit to cover the repair costs. This directly contradicts what was stated in the contract regarding the deposit. When I tried to resolve this, the manager claimed he had nothing to do with the situation and redirected me to the salesperson, Robin. After several back-and-forth attempts, both parties stopped responding to my calls and messages. The last communication I received was from the salesperson stating the sale was final and that he personally "lost money" on the deal, which is not relevant to me as the customer. If the engine issues had not been fixed, I would not have kept the truck--but nowhere was I told that my deposit would be used for repairs. Transparency and communication were lacking, and I am still owed clarification regarding the $500 deposit. read more
