Don't ever buy a car here the whole process was such a pain and a drag. I've been meaning to make an update a few years back when I bought the vehicle and I purchased a cash. I came to this dealership 3 times !!!! I scheduled an appointment on a Sunday a few years ago and it was pouring rain. I live in Santa Clarita so it's a 1 hour 30 minute drive or two depending on traffic. Came to the dealership of course it was closed called the woman. I forgot her name since this was a few years ago. She said I'm so sorry we have to reschedule. Keep in mind my time, my gas, and miles on my car. All for nothing which is fine since I was very interested in the truck. Test drove the truck check the suspension. Everything was good since my father and I are Toyota fans we know a bit of the truck. Came back the second time trying to negotiate deal cash eventually came to a deal through the paperwork process, they tried to get us to buy this sketchy warranty, which kindly declined. During the process, I made a few request about getting some new or used tires since the ones they had were very bald. The battery was not in the best condition shape. Which they changed, but I had to hassle them for it. Alex is suppose owner gave me a discount and deducted 1000 from initial offer which was all right, but rather had those things done. Everything from the paperwork was done gave me the keys, ready to head out something and my gut made me want to check out the engine oil and of course to my luck there was no oil. I spoke to one of the guys about adding oil to the truck. They got extremely aggressive and try to send me to this spot, but I knew it was a bit of a set up. Of course, as well the truck did not have gas at all not even complementary half tank. Either way they have this where you can write a review and they give you a gas card. I barely made it home with that. Update two years later, we were in 2026 Transmission went out honestly I would think twice about hitting this dealer I'm a few years late on this updated review but better late than never. read more

I purchased a car from Robin in April and when buying it he told me I had to pay for the security system that was installed by the dealer. A lo jack system. considering it comes with a gps and app to follow my cars location, I agreed. Drove the car home. Downloaded the app and the app confirmed I did have a lo jack system. But it could not locate my vehicle. I checked the module and it was dead. I've repeatedly called and texted Robin directly and have yet to receive a response. I called the dealer to ask how it could be resolved. The guy that answered the phone said he could not help me due to short staffing that day but that he "would let the boss know immediately." And followed it with "I will call you back Monday." I had called on a Friday. Gave him the benefit of the doubt and waited til the following Friday. Where again I was the one to reach out. He gave me the same scripted answer. "We are short staffed." "I'll let the boss know." And "I'll call you Monday." Still no one from palladium has reached out or offered assistance. read more

I purchased a Ford F-150 here using financing through my own bank. The initial process went well, although the salesperson and manager were clearly unhappy that I wasn't using their financing. They required a $500 deposit before allowing me to leave with the truck, which I agreed to, as long as I received documentation stating the deposit would be fully refunded once they received payment from my bank. A couple of days later, after driving the truck for some time, the check engine light came on. I contacted the manager, Mike, who instructed me to bring the truck back and assured me they would take care of the issue. They kept the truck for two days and returned it after completing the repairs. However, I later found out--without being informed beforehand--that they used my $500 deposit to cover the repair costs. This directly contradicts what was stated in the contract regarding the deposit. When I tried to resolve this, the manager claimed he had nothing to do with the situation and redirected me to the salesperson, Robin. After several back-and-forth attempts, both parties stopped responding to my calls and messages. The last communication I received was from the salesperson stating the sale was final and that he personally "lost money" on the deal, which is not relevant to me as the customer. If the engine issues had not been fixed, I would not have kept the truck--but nowhere was I told that my deposit would be used for repairs. Transparency and communication were lacking, and I am still owed clarification regarding the $500 deposit. read more

*UPDATE* READ WHOLE THING Mike is lovely! Gave us a great deal! As long as you're a serious and ready to purchase buyer they are more than willing to work with you. Mike really knows his stuff and gave us a lot of information on all the cars we were interested in. (UPDATE) 2 weeks after purchasing vehicle. Check engine came on and a bunch of signals were lighting up on the screen. I called to see if they could check it and potentially hold accountability for a vehicle that we've owned for not even 2 weeks. Now it's time for me to renew the registration only to find that they illegally smogged the car when I bought it. Within 30 days of buying a used car from them (2016 Range Rover Sport), I was slammed with $16,000 in repairs for issues that should've been caught before the sale. The car was a total lemon--engine problems, electrical issues, you name it. Clearly, they either didn't inspect it or possibly hid the issues to make a quick buck. I tried reaching out to Alex, the General Manager, hoping for some accountability or assistance, but he completely ghosted me. No response to calls, texts -- nothing, not even an acknowledgment!!! It's beyond unprofessional; it's straight-up cowardly. This place doesn't care about customers once the sale's done. They'll smile while selling you a ticking time bomb, then dodge you when it blows up. Save yourself the headache and avoid this dealership at all costs. Be very careful when shopping here. Bought a car and they changed the numbers on us. We had haggled down and agreed on a price, and they changed the numbers back. Additionally, the salesman, Mike, was not willing to budge on prices despite stating he wanted to get the car off the lot. Go to another dealer if you want to have a proper negotiation. All other dealers I've been to have had a negotiation process that went more smoothly and left both individuals feeling happy afterwards. Also Mike kept repeating the car was only worth X amount, when we brought up issues with the car as if it was unreasonable what we were pointing out. They will just try to make you feel bad for asking a reasonable price. Do not settle and be very wary when shopping here. The dome light and cig lighter/power was broken and required fixing afterwards as well which I did myself. read more

Overall really disappointed with my experience in communication with palladium. Found a car I really like, Tried working out a deal and we went back and forth with some numbers. He says he would return my call with the walkout price as I was going to pay in full. When he returned my call our lines of communication were cutting off and sounding distorted was difficult to understand what was being said. I mentioned this to him and he immediately hung up on me and didn't bother calling back. I'm assuming he didn't call back because he might've felt we were too far off on the walkout price, however I was not given the opportunity to decline or accept. I was actually fine with the price I just had questions in regards as to what went into the walkout price and was willing to buy after a test drive to make sure all the boxes were checked off. Overall bummed and disappointed as I felt this was the perfect car to put my family into for the holidays. read more

I do not recommend this dealer. Be cautious if you're considering buying a car here, they seem to do camouflaged or temporary repairs to hide underlying issues. I've had the car for only 3 days and already encountered several problems (tires, A/C, lights, leak in the cabin). They refused to negotiate the price, justifying it by the fact that the tires and brakes were new (which they were). Yet less than 5 minutes after leaving their office (yes, 5 minutes, I was still on Beach boulevard), a low tire pressure warning appeared on the dashboard. No big deal, I get it. I messaged Mike right away, expecting a professional reply like "come back, we'll check it." Air is free, it would have cost them nothing and they could have had a satisfied customer. But no! He read the message instantly... and just ignored it. Ironically, Mike had been texting me multiple times a week before the sale, asking if the money was ready, when I'd come pick up the car, etc. But once they get paid, they go silent. I later contacted them again because of another issue. They eventually replied and agreed to check the tires, but only after I followed up for 3 days I was just hoping for a basic level of after-sale support. Before finalizing the purchase, I also asked if they could do an oil change, as the last recorded oil change was done 30,000 miles ago. According to Mike, it "wasn't necessary," so he just refused. Clearly, we don't take care of cars the same way To make things worse, just yesterday, I discovered water dripping from the dashboard, not a few drops, but several ounces of it. Another problem to add to the list. On top of that, they speak to customers in a condescending way. At one point during my first visit, I simply said I needed a bit more time to think, as the car they were offering me was over my budget. Sina (the boss) responded by saying, "I'm losing my time, I'm going back to my office." He stood up and left. Very professional, right? They also ask you to leave a review while you're still in their office, standing right next to them. In short: poor post-sale support, dismissive attitude, and questionable repair practices. These guys are scammers, I bought a 2006 Toyota Tacoma from Mike at the dealership and while he was a very nice guy when the transaction was processed, he told me I had to buy the warranty. Fast-forward a couple months and the truck is acting up and I call again to find out how this warranty works and again why I had to purchase it and they said it was a lender requirement. I called the lender and they said it wasn't their requirement so I was sent in circles trying to get this canceled as it was $1950. I also learned that they made about $700 on this deal on the back end Alex at the dealership refused to process my cancellation and said I was over the 60 days, if I could give less than one star I would, these guys will tell you anything to sell you a car and not only that, the car is having problems with the starter already! read more

In November 2024, I was in a car accident that totaled my car. I was in the market for a used car with a specific budget, mileage and year in mind. Palladium Autos had listed their cars on the Carfax website, so we went to test drive a couple options on a Sunday. Right away we were approached by Alex. I appreciated that he was not pushy at all. He was very laid back, asked some questions, and let us test drive my first choice car. We did not have to wait or fill out any intense paperwork. When I wanted to test drive a second car, he was not annoyed or irritated, he simply went and got the keys and let us test drive the second car. Alex was very patient throughout the entire experience, even when I had many thorough questions about financing, warranties, etc. I did not make a decision that day, and he was still very friendly and calm. A few days later I received some follow up texts from Palladium Autos, that were very friendly and not pushy at all. I had shopped around at other used car dealerships, but none of the others compared to the friendliness, professionalism, punctuality, and car selection that Palladium had to offer. Ultimately I knew I wanted to buy my car from them, so I went back and made a decision. The car I bought was detailed impeccably, and I am extremely happy with the price I got it at (especially because I had researched thoroughly and there was nothing else that was comparable to the quality I was able to get for the price I paid). I've been in the car for almost a week and am still completely in love with it. Thank you Palladium Autos and Alex for the best, seemless car buying experience that took away all of the nerves and anxiety.
