    I was really disappointed by this dealership. I drove 3 hours to check out a sprinter that was "in good condition" as the guy said. When I got there the car was in horrible condition scratches all over the place. Non of this damage was mentioned on the listing. When I contacted the guy that told me that the car was good. He replied with rudeness.

    10/10 highly recommend! I purchased a '15 Porsche Macan here back in January & had such excellent help from Cindy! Originally found the listing while browsing CarFax & submitted my interest just before bed. Cindy promptly reached out to me the very next morning with clear pictures & videos of my future purchase. We set up an appointment for a test drive within the next couple days (she was very flexible with time). I showed up to the lot with my family, to which they were very accommodating. I took the car for a quick test drive & ended up filling out all the necessary paperwork under an hour to purchase the vehicle! Experienced zero pressure from the staff & didn't get hit with any shady dealer fees. An added bonus was that the car had gotten a detail + oil change a few days prior courtesy of Premium Finance! Massive shoutout to Cindy & the Team, thank you again!

    I have read other reviews and have seen how the managers responses try to say that these people are lying and they're making everything up, I would love for them to try that with me. I wish I was cause that would mean I wouldn't be in this horrible mess. We were looking for a truck and found one at this lot through cargurus.com, my hubby contacted them and Kenny was nice and very accommodating. So being out of town my husband started talking numbers and since he sounded trustworthy he thought we were getting a good deal. They went back and forth for a while and Kenny addressed all concerns. Our friend had recently bought a truck in Sac. and had it shipped down here and had absolutely no problems so we thought we had fallen into the same run of good luck. Nope.we're not that lucky. We should have paid attention to the fact that this truck had been on the lot since July 2021 and hadn't budged until we bought it at the end of Dec 2021, but we were excited about the truck. The deal went smooth, and I went down to pick it up. There were some major cosmetic blemishes on the truck, and when I asked about them the girl pulled up the picture and had to REALLY zoom in to show that they were there. The avg person isn't going to zoom in like that. But oh well. The truck is older so we knew it wouldn't be perfect, but we didn't think it would be as bad as it was. Funny how they left the picture of the center console off the website where the leather had been burned or...I don't know what. They were going to let me leave the lot with shotty tires until I said something and a sales associate tried to fill them with a little air compressor. I was still concerned because the alarm wouldn't go away. When it was clear that i wasnt happy with the minimal effort, she took the truck up to the tire shop. I cannot believe they were ready to let me leave with tires that were that bad. I thought legally they had to make sure the tires were atleast safe enough, which these clearly were not as stated by the guy at the tire shop. Honestly I think she only got the other tire because they didn't want the lawsuit if I had crashed, not because she cared. The next morning when I went out to leave I noticed a bad oil stain on my driveway that hadn't been there the day before, when I got down there to look, oil literally dripped onto the concrete from the truck. I called my mechanic and he had me bring it over immediately. The rear main seal, and many other things were busted. $5,000 worth of work later and and he got it all fixed. He said he was surprised the mechanic at the dealership even passed this truck with all the problems there are on it and honestly they should have junked it when it got traded in. Man did they see us coming from a mile away! There are a lot of other mechanical issues that need to be fixed, and we're dealing with them. The biggest thing that sent us over the edge was that it was now the end of Feb and we had still not received the plates or registration for the truck. I had called at the beginning of Feb and asked and a woman I spoke with told me that the DMV was backed up and to rest assured that all paperwork had been submitted on their end and that the plates would be here any day. Well now it was Feb 28th and still nothing, plus the paper plates were about to expire. The thing that really made me angry was that my mom bought a new car the day after Valentine's day and she had gotten her plates and registration already. Haha the dmv is backed up my ass! So once again I called to see what was going on. I spoke with Carlos and asked him to find out what was going on and he told me I had to email the girls in his office myself and do the work because that wasn't his job. When I told my husband he didn't like that and called Carlos back. Carlos told him he would have Maria call him in the morning because at 3:45 in the afternoon she was off work already. Man, I need her hours! The next day, my husband called and she told him that they had 90 days to submit the paperwork to the DMV. So had they submitted this paperwork when they said they did we wouldn't have gone through the hassle of all of this. Plus not to mention the first lady i spoke with completely lied to me saying was already submitted. Maria said she would submit the paperwork and we would get the plates from the DMV since it's a new law that they have to issue new plates for a used vehicle and she wasn't sure when we would get them because again the DMV is backed up. On March 9th the plates and the registration arrived at my house. But NOT from the DMV! Yep,they came from Premium Finance. And the best part??? They were mailed out on March 2nd!!! The day after my husband spoke with Maria! They had the plates the whole time!!! These people lie through their teeth and it makes me sad to think of how many other people they have done this to, hopefully this will save someone else the heartache of going through what we went through.

    I just got my Ford Transit 2018 van just 2 months ago. Yet, I just had to pay $1000 to replace the rear brakes, sensor, and Axle seal because it was leaking. I was told that I also needed to replace the front side breaks. In addition to the tires. So just 2 months after using it, I have to pay an additional $2000 on top of the $40k loan and $8k down payment. When I called the dealership and spoke to the manager about the issue, he said I didn't get the extended warranty which I was never told about. He said all their car are sold "as is". I haven't used the car much yet. It's my first time buying from a dealership. I asked them if they had inspected the car and they said everything was good, so I trusted them. Never again, always make sure you have a professional mechanic test the car. Especially when they are asking for a big price. You can't trust any company these days, they want to scam people with a high price and not even give you a well-maintained product (car).

    Stay away from this place . Shitty trucks now up to date no service they sell it then leave you will all motor troubles . Bought a ford 2500 not even 3 months the breaks gave out I almost crashed and I'm struggling more with my business due to this truck . Stay away from this dealer shop it's not worth the hassle .! Owner and place are real nasty .

    Bought this dodge ram Cummins As is. Had it shipped from CA to NY. Dealership employees were very friendly and responded back quickly however I did ask questions about the truck since I bought just based of pictures and videos. I asked specifically if there were any leaks. Christian had told me there were no leaks. As soon as I received the truck I looked underneath and the transmission was wet and dripping transmission fluid, this will cost a couple hundred dollars to repair. I also had anti freeze dripping from a freeze out plug that I had to get repaired. Other then that truck is in good shape.

The Logistics: While they stayed firm on the price ($17,938.25), they were very helpful with the out-of-state logistics. They provided a one-day trip pass so I could drive back to AZ and handle the taxes and registration locally. I'm currently waiting on the title, which they've communicated should arrive by next Friday. The manager wouldnt put it in writing so i might be able to get a comped key at our next destination and instead he argued with me about it. Would be nice if they could fix things without breaking another part of your car. They could also be transparent about wait-times and check inventory before promising services they cant provide due to lacking parts. I waited 2.5 hours to get my car back just so they could tell me they did nothing to it because they found out they didnt have the part. Worst experience ive ever had.

I got the thumbs-up from my guy and he said everything looked great under the hood and I drove back to Karland Motors and we started talking numbers, Jay was very transparent during the process and called multiple credit unions trying to get me the best interest rate and lowest monthly payment...Since he knew this was my first car-buying experience he made sure I was explained everything thoroughly and gave me good advice along the way. Karland Motors doesn't tack on ANY unnecessary fees (besides the obvious sales tax, registration fee w/ DMV, $85 document fee, $29 title transfer, $60 emissions test). They don't push any hidden dealer warranty's, "mandatory" anti-theft device charges, market adjustment fees, prep fees, no B.S.....When I returned the next morning to pick up my car, it was washed, had a full tank of gas, oil changed and smogged!

After taking delivery, we discovered that the AC was not working, there was a significant dent in the fender that had been missed, and the vehicle was not as clean as I would have expected. Needless to say, that was frustrating and took away from the excitement of getting the car. That said, Kia Garden Grove has gone above and beyond to make things right. They provided a loaner vehicle, arranged to have the dent repaired, fixed the AC issue, and even delivered the EV9 back to me while picking up the loaner on the return trip. The staff has been professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. I am still bummed about the initial condition of the EV9, but I really appreciate how they handled the situation and stood behind the customer experience. Overall, amazing service and a great team. They are the textbook definition of "bait and switch" and "predatory dealer markups." I went in to look at a used **2024 Kia Sorento** listed online for **$27,696**. While the initial sales associate was pleasant, the experience soured the moment we sat down to talk numbers. Despite telling them upfront that I would pay the sticker price plus standard taxes and DMV fees--and absolutely no dealer add-ons--the finance manager presented an "out-the-door" price of **over $40,000**. They attempted to tack on nearly **$10,000 in markups and useless add-ons**. When I challenged this, the manager's "best offer" was to remove most items except for a **$1,500 LoJack fee**. This car already comes equipped with onboard tracking services; charging $1,500 for a redundant system is a blatant cash grab. When I refused to pay for something I didn't want or need, the manager became incredibly rude. I ended up walking out, and he continued to make unprofessional comments as I left the building. It is a complete waste of time to negotiate with people who don't respect your boundaries or your intelligence. I bought a used 2006 Toyota Tundra with ~$141K miles. Just a tip for anyone who is buying a car that old - you're going to spend more money to get it up to speed - things wear out no matter what with time. Don and his wife Leyna are a wonderful duo - Don clearly takes a lot of pride in the way he runs his business and Leyna is bright, easy to communicate with and very personable. After purchasing the car, I had noticed issues with the rear door lock actuators and brought it up to Don and Leyna. Honestly, it didn't even occur to me to check because you just assume they worked fine. They were very gracious and offered to replace and fix the issues at a fraction of what it cost me. I think this is extremely generous considering the car was bought "As-is" and they had no responsibility to fix it after I drove it off the lot. I think it speaks volumes of how Don wants his customers to perceive their experience at his dealership and knows that it's a small investment for a continuing relationship. This review is NOT intended to advertise or promise anything on their behalf, but my experience with them was great and they definitely earned this 5 start review. I will definitely keep them in mind in the future should I need another car!
