The Jeep they sold me was 100% out of fuel..I texted them a few hours before my arrival to buy it anf ask them to put fuel in it.. I asked Nancy again when I got there..I asked the manager..he finally mumbled and pointed in a random direction and said something about the mechanic isn't here today.. He was there three days earlier when I test drove it and pointed out it had no fuel.. And really .we are not in Oregon..anyone in California should be smart enough to pump fuel. Also...I got 5 miles away and the change oil soon light came on.. When changing the oil we found that the air filter was plugged dang near solid.. They installed the cheapest new tires money could buy..that's fine but they didn't get them balanced ..so..they saved like $20.. Tomorrow I have an appointment to get the front end aligned as it does pull slightly right..get the tires balanced..$200 ..I got the engine oil..auto transmission fluid changed and the air filter that was $350. I don't expect them to eat the cost for all that on cars..but a reputable dealer would just do all that before putting a vehicle on the lot...and just ad the cost to the price... I paid $23,000 for a 10 year old vehicle with 79,000 miles and had to spend close to $1000 to make it road worthy... Caveat Emptor -- Buyer Beware I recently attempted to purchase a Ford Transit 350HD from this dealership as an out-of-state buyer. Unfortunately the experience turned into one of the most disorganized and frustrating vehicle purchase attempts I have encountered. This dealership advertises itself as a "family-owned business," which suggests a certain level of accountability and professionalism. That was not reflected in my experience. After identifying a specific Transit van listed online, I contacted the dealership and confirmed the advertised price. I spent several days working through the purchase process, provided documentation, and secured financing approval through my lender (Westlake Financial). At that point the deal should have been straightforward. Instead, the transaction steadily deteriorated. Three nearly identical Transit vans were involved and the dealership repeatedly confused VIN numbers during the process. Pricing changed multiple times after the initial quote. I was eventually told that the price I had been given was incorrect and that the vehicle should have been listed higher than advertised. In an effort to move the deal forward in good faith, I even agreed to the revised higher price. However, the problems continued. A shipping credit that had been advertised was removed, and the dealership then insisted that I would need to pay California sales tax on an out-of-state purchase despite clear documentation indicating otherwise. What was most concerning was the lack of management involvement. The salesperson, Anna, was polite and personable throughout the process and appeared to genuinely try to help. However, it was obvious she had been left to manage a complicated transaction without adequate training or support. When the situation began to unravel, a sales manager should have stepped in to correct the problems and provide direction. Instead, the responsibility for the entire situation appeared to be left on a relatively new salesperson. The finance manager, Emilio, was particularly disappointing. Calls were not returned and basic questions regarding financing and tax obligations were not properly investigated. A finance manager's role is to clarify these issues and ensure the transaction is handled correctly, not to leave customers chasing answers. Throughout the process I remained patient and professional, even as the terms of the deal continued to change. Ultimately I decided to walk away because the pricing, terms, and vehicle information had shifted too many times to proceed with confidence. For transparency, I retained all documentation related to this attempted purchase including email correspondence, financing approvals, pricing discussions, and VIN information. My advice to potential buyers is simple: verify every detail in writing and proceed carefully before committing to anything. A dealership that promotes itself as family-run should demonstrate the coordination, leadership, and accountability that such a claim implies. In this case, that expectation was not met. It's also worth noting that the only time I've seen Maria, the sales manager, get involved is when apologizing for all of these negative reviews. I initially had a good experience at Premium Finance. I met the owner which seemed like a good individual with a strong background in the car business. I believe his name was Emilio. After five months of going back and fourth with them because I had not got my license plates, I kept getting the run around. The last guy I spoke to said that the lady I was supposed to talked to was Maria the general manager. I spoke to Maria at least three times, she promised to get back to me, she never did. I spoke to another guy today that sounded very much like Emilio, I asked him to provide me with the owners name. He said Mike, I said what's his last name? He said, Larry. I asked him to please stop playing games. He said he had just gotten hired and that he really didn't know the owners name. The dealership has totally treated me like a pest. GET A FULL INSPECTION AT JIFFY LUBE!! It started off good, the truck we were looking at was a 2019 Chevy Silverado 1500 fully decked out for off-roading. We test drove it and instantly loved it the only issue we really had was when the wheel turned it squeaked. We went inside with the sales lady I believe her name was Torres's (she was great) and worked out the numbers. Before we signed we asked to do a full inspection at jiffy lube. Once jiffy lube completed their inspection it was not good. The truck pretty much needed a brand new front suspension. The upper control arms were grinding against another piece of metal which was causing friction and causing the upper control arm to deteriorate, There was loose OEM wiring which surprisingly hadn't gotten caught in the wheel which was a huge safety hazard, the engine was burning oil even though they had just done the oil change 5 months ago with less than 500 miles since then, the front brake pads needed to be replaced asap, and the Tie rod bushings were completely shot and Needed to be replaced. I explained this to Torres and stated we would have to walk away from this deal as it would need close to 6-8k in repairs. I messaged Robert (initially the person I contacted about the truck) on Facebook and explained to him that we appreciate everything and thanked his staff for a great experience just unfortunate about the truck and all the repairs it needed. I told him if they were to ever drop the price significantly or fix everything it needed then to call us immediately so we can work on the numbers. He immediately responded saying, "NO, We already gave you 3k off". We were going to look at another truck they had on the lot but unfortunately after receiving that message and the experience with that truck we decided to never go back to that dealership. They have not provided even the most basic customer service and have ghosted me after waiting on the warranty refund for nearly 90 days. I have sent over 20 emails, called, and sent a certified letter requesting an update. The manager dealing with my refund couldn't respond to an email for 2 weeks because of their "workload". I have read other reviews and have seen how the managers responses try to say that these people are lying and they're making everything up, I would love for them to try that with me. I wish I was cause that would mean I wouldn't be in this horrible mess. We were looking for a truck and found one at this lot through cargurus.com, my hubby contacted them and Kenny was nice and very accommodating. So being out of town my husband started talking numbers and since he sounded trustworthy he thought we were getting a good deal. They went back and forth for a while and Kenny addressed all concerns. Our friend had recently bought a truck in Sac. and had it shipped down here and had absolutely no problems so we thought we had fallen into the same run of good luck. Nope.we're not that lucky. We should have paid attention to the fact that this truck had been on the lot since July 2021 and hadn't budged until we bought it at the end of Dec 2021, but we were excited about the truck. The deal went smooth, and I went down to pick it up. There were some major cosmetic blemishes on the truck, and when I asked about them the girl pulled up the picture and had to REALLY zoom in to show that they were there. The avg person isn't going to zoom in like that. But oh well. The truck is older so we knew it wouldn't be perfect, but we didn't think it would be as bad as it was. Funny how they left the picture of the center console off the website where the leather had been burned or...I don't know what. They were going to let me leave the lot with shotty tires until I said something and a sales associate tried to fill them with a little air compressor. I was still concerned because the alarm wouldn't go away. When it was clear that i wasnt happy with the minimal effort, she took the truck up to the tire shop. I cannot believe they were ready to let me leave with tires that were that bad. I thought legally they had to make sure the tires were atleast safe enough, which these clearly were not as stated by the guy at the tire shop. Honestly I think she only got the other tire because they didn't want the lawsuit if I had crashed, not because she cared. The next morning when I went out to leave I noticed a bad oil stain on my driveway that hadn't been there the day before, when I got down there to look, oil literally dripped onto the concrete from the truck. I called my mechanic and he had me bring it over immediately. The rear main seal, and many other things were busted. $5,000 worth of work later and and he got it all fixed. He said he was surprised the mechanic at the dealership even passed this truck with all the problems there are on it and honestly they should have junked it when it got traded in. Man did they see us coming from a mile away! There are a lot of other mechanical issues that need to be fixed, and we're dealing with them. The biggest thing that sent us over the edge was that it was now the end of Feb and we had still not received the plates or registration for the truck. I had called at the beginning of Feb and asked and a woman I spoke with told me that the DMV was backed up and to rest assured that all paperwork had been submitted on their end and that the plates would be here any day. Well now it was Feb 28th and still nothing, plus the paper plates were about to expire. The thing that really made me angry was that my mom bought a new car the day after Valentine's day and she had gotten her plates and registration already. Haha the dmv is backed up my ass! So once again I called to see what was going on. I spoke with Carlos and asked him to find out what was going on and he told me I had to email the girls in his office myself and do the work because that wasn't his job. When I told my husband he didn't like that and called Carlos back. Carlos told him he would have Maria call him in the morning because at 3:45 in the afternoon she was off work already. Man, I need her hours! The next day, my husband called and she told him that they had 90 days to submit the paperwork to the DMV. So had they submitted this paperwork when they said they did we wouldn't have gone through the hassle of all of this. Plus not to mention the first lady i spoke with completely lied to me saying was already submitted. Maria said she would submit the paperwork and we would get the plates from the DMV since it's a new law that they have to issue new plates for a used vehicle and she wasn't sure when we would get them because again the DMV is backed up. On March 9th the plates and the registration arrived at my house. But NOT from the DMV! Yep,they came from Premium Finance. And the best part??? They were mailed out on March 2nd!!! The day after my husband spoke with Maria! They had the plates the whole time!!! I just got my Ford Transit 2018 van just 2 months ago. Yet, I just had to pay $1000 to replace the rear brakes, sensor, and Axle seal because it was leaking. Dealership employees were very friendly and responded back quickly however I did ask questions about the truck since I bought just based of pictures and videos. I am so very sad to say we have nothing good to report about this dealership. Yes, most of their ratings are good, but PLS really, REALLY pay attention to the bad ones, because this is what you may possibly go through! 2/1/2020, We purchased a 2007 Mercedez Benz SUV, with under 102K miles on it. We brought the car home, and to our shock, the car actually STARTS ON ITS OWN! It goes into idle mode over and over until the battery drains. Our sales rep was JJ and Ruben is their supervisor/ finance person. JJ seemed to be professional, knowledgeable and helpful, however we believe he intentionally mislead us. Before we took the test drive, the car wld not start, and JJ stated that "Oh don't worry, the guys in the shop left the lights on while detailing the car last night and the battery died". When asked more about it, he said "We will get you a new battery if something is really wrong or take care of the problem". The rest of the test drive was great, the car drives beautifully, car had fairly low miles, has an impecable CARFAX report with good maintenance record, one owner, and so we purchased. We brought the car home, and to our shock and dismay, the car STARTED ON ITS OWN! It goes into idle mode over and over, until the battery drains. 2/2/2020 - We took the car back this morning to the dealership, but the staff do not seem to really want to help us (we have videos). JJ was nowhere to be found and basically kept his distance and was hiding from us. They even had the gall to chastise us and then talked down to us, like how dare we be angry. Ruben gave us the name and address of some auto shop, that they send vehicles to. We instead knew it would be more appropriate to take the car to a Mercedez Benz dealership. Our concern being that if a dealership chooses to sell high end vehicles, your regular mom and pop type auto shop will not suffice. A Mercedez Benz has complicated, specific electronics and computerized parts and components that require special training. You do not just take a high end vehicle to just any shop that the mechanics aren't specialized in the specific needs, or are not knowledgable about the specific vehicle requirements. We are now dealing with the finance company. The dealership refuses to call us bk.. I will update this post as the situation unfolds. **URGENT NOTE: All of you that have possibly been cheated, as we believe we have, pls. contact me if you are interested in a class action lawsuit or some sort of resolution. This is an addendum to a previous review. Purchased Vehicle was purchased "AS IS" so I really do not want any remuneration for the Truck. I am continually finding very odd problems, some serious, some quite mundane. As mentioned before, Extra Lighting had been removed by the Mechanic with no notice to sales staff. Salesman was very surprised that only on set of lights were still attached. No reverse light, completely gone. Air Conditioner compressor frozen and had to be replaced (I live in Southern Nevada and A/C is a requirement in summer). Michelin Tires as shown in advertisement were removed and wrong size tires installed in place. Fuel Pump failed and needed replacement. NO tools for changing flat tires (No Jack, Lug wrench, nothing) Emergency Brake completely not functional. Be VERY wary of this dealer, they lie, add extra charges (I have AAA, and they still added on roadside service even though I said NO). Stereo Parts were removed prior to car sale. Zero stars....This place is full of garbage cars and trucks that look really good...until you drive them....My f250 sold to me by Kevin and Randy (2 horrible human beings) and had issues 20 minutes after driving it off the lot...get the 250 3 day return policy if you buy anything at PF...cause my F250 had a gallon too much oil in the engine which led to major gasket need, the front right tire was smaller that caused death wobble at 60 MPH, bad shocks, the HPV fuel pump imploded....the mechanic Jesus is not good at all and the entire place is a rip off used car lot of used car lots....every single sales person is not honest if they sell cars here...Don't buy from here..... read more

Purchased a vehicle here and its been nothing but a headache since. I've spent upwards of 3K repairing the car now within a short time span. If you are considering getting a car here, having a mechanic inspect the vehicle is a must! They assured me the car was in great shape and time and time again I've had to sink money into it just to get it up and running because I've been stranded by it multiple times now. I've been towed enough times to where I decided to get tow coverage. Since my first car buying experience was with them, I can at least say I learned a lot and what not to do when purchasing a car from a dealership like this. If you decide to consider them, hopefully your experience is different but I wouldn't take my chances. read more
