Zero stars....This place is full of garbage cars and trucks that look really good...until you drive them....My f250 sold to me by Kevin and Randy (2 horrible human beings) and had issues 20 minutes after driving it off the lot...get the 250 3 day return policy if you buy anything at PF...cause my F250 had a gallon too much oil in the engine which led to major gasket need, the front right tire was smaller that caused death wobble at 60 MPH, bad shocks, the HPV fuel pump imploded....the mechanic Jesus is not good at all and the entire place is a rip off used car lot of used car lots....every single sales person is not honest if they sell cars here...Don't buy from here..... read more

Purchased a vehicle here and its been nothing but a headache since. I've spent upwards of 3K repairing the car now within a short time span. If you are considering getting a car here, having a mechanic inspect the vehicle is a must! They assured me the car was in great shape and time and time again I've had to sink money into it just to get it up and running because I've been stranded by it multiple times now. I've been towed enough times to where I decided to get tow coverage. Since my first car buying experience was with them, I can at least say I learned a lot and what not to do when purchasing a car from a dealership like this. If you decide to consider them, hopefully your experience is different but I wouldn't take my chances. read more

Bad service made an appointment and drove over an hour to look at a truck. When I inquired about a noise it made while being pulled out I was informed that they knew that the truck couldn't be sold because it made noises during an earlier test drive. I Waited while the truck was meticulously parked so I could look at more since I didn't want to make the drive for nothing. The next truck being in a similar price range wouldn't start cause the battery was dead they asked if I wanted to wait till it was jumped. I declined, but while waiting they gave no effort to jump it so it would be ready for the next potential client.Do they really sell cars here? read more

Well it is March 12th. We have been sending emails and messages since February 8th to let them know that the problem has still not been resolved and now our check engine has been on for a month. The most unprofessional people and company I've dealt with. I don't understand why it is so hard just to pick up the phone or send an email, some kind of response instead of ignoring us, and give us a simple yes or no but they choose to be cowardly. This is definitely not the last they will hear from me. Please do yourself a favor and stay away. Also, I will add that these past few months I have asked Maria several times to put me in contact with her boss or manager or someone higher up maybe the owner, and she refuses and claims there is nobody but her, she is thee one, which I highly doubt.. my family my kids are not safe in this truck. It is never my intention to give a bad review for a company but this is my true story and it needs to be heard so that other families don't go through this misery. read more

I had an amazing experience with Premium Finance. I was ending my leased vehicle and was ready to finance my next car. I was very specific on the preferred specs on my next car. I wanted a white Toyota Prius that was either a III or IV trim. Well, I got that and MORE. Priced at an immaculate price, I was the lucky one who scored my dream car. My sales guy was Kevin, and he was honest, personable, and very patient. I was so impressed at his ability to give me time and not pressure me into making a decision. Before coming to PF, I went to Toyota Dealership and they pushed HARD to make the sale, which inadvertently turned me away from giving them my business. I am so happy that I was able to give my business to PF instead. It was well worth it! read more

Matt is a incredible guy who helped me get into a car that was safe and perfect for me and my daughter. He needs to be your ho to guy when buying a vehicle. I got the car of my dreams and I'm so happy with the level of service the employees provided. I highly recommend this business read more

I found a truck at their place of business. I tried to secure the truck for two days before someone else could. I did all the leg work... made appointment for a mechanic to look it over, getting a transport company to ship it, finances ready for purchase to get a text from the mechanic saying "They sold it yesterday". What are you kidding me. If you want peace of mind do not waste your time with these clowns. read more

Absolute worst car buying experience I think I've ever been a part of. My buddy wanted to buy a ford transit for hauling motorcycles. Fortunately for them they had one of the only transits set up like he wanted. We showed up to check out the van and it had an oil leak on the rear diff so after going to get food for two hours after we told them we wanted it they didn't even fix the leak in the diff. We gave them a list of like 4 parts that were missing and they told us basically that we were stuck with it as is. After all is said and done they sent us on our way with less than a 1/4 tank of gas. What a joke. Hopefully the van is better than the customer service. Time will tell. read more

this company sold me a cargo van with a bad catalytic converter I don't recommend any body buying any thing from them.

To get this out of the way, I bought the Dodge Truck "As Is" So I really don't have anything to complain about. However, There were a few things taken off the truck that really should have been there, and a couple things the Mechanic should have repaired: First was the Jack was missing. Safety issue where the DOT requires all vehicles to have a Jack. Stereo Parts, speakers missing that had been installed. The Coil Wire laid against the exhaust manifold and allowed to short out. There were also several add-on lights that were missing. People at Premium were nice and reasonably helpful. When there had been a mistake, it was simply my accepted offer had not been written down and left by the sales rep. Kevin (I hope) got that fixed right away, Thanks Boss. I traveled from Las Vegas Nevada for this truck and while it was working well, the AC did not work, again, their Mechanic omitted this from the dealership. Their Finance people at MAS Finance are a little less than attentive. Watch them. read more

Recently purchased my new dream truck from this location. I have nothing but absolutely positive things to say about this place and the people who work here. I was a little skeptical going into it because I've been taken advantage of in the past when I was younger. Matt one of the salesman was one of the first people I worked with. He was very up front and honestly and not pushy at all. After I was happy with my truck I then went to deal with the finance ladies and they made everything super easy. Being a 1099 independent contractor I thought I was going to have a hard time but they got me approved easily with an acceptable apr and payment amount. I definitely would refer this company to a friend and I'm really happy I got to do business with them read more

***warning*** these people are scammers!!!! i bought an f250 from them. After 11 days of owning it and two drives the check engine light came on. the turbo was bad and cost $4025.00 to fix they had reset the check engine light before selling. when i reached out to maria the office manager about covering the cost she ignored my emails. do not trust them! they knew i would be hauling horses with this truck and still sold it. they would risk peoples safety to make a sale. read more

Came in a few days ago to look at a Ford Diesel 4x4 Lariat. We felt very comfortable being greeted by JJ until his scheduled client arrived. So, Matthew helped us with all aspects of checking out this truck and several others. He is extremely knowledgeable as we were looking for a truck to tow a 5th wheel trailer. We were not rushed with our questions and really got a lot of good info from them since this is our first Diesel and we are retired people preparing to travel. After checking around for 3 days over the President's Day weekend, and seeing lots of "deals" we came back to Matt and JJ and bought the truck. Prices are fair and feel that vehicles are well represented. Highly recommend this dealership, small and everyone courteous and seem happy. THANK YOU JJ and Matthew!!! read more

I went over to look at a specific 4x4 Ram diesel crew-can. Once there absolutely no pressure from any of the staff. The vehicle was as advertised and just what I wanted I told them what I'd pay. Four days later they told me they'd take my offer. I went back and Matt and ALL THE STAFF treated me quickly and very professionally. As a medically retired Army helicopter I am a no non-sense guy. These people proved to me that there are good, professional men and women in the car business. Whenever I need a another vehicle. I'LL BE BACK DE OPPRESSA LIBER. Sneaky White read more

I purchased a 2008 Subaru WRX from this dealer back in July of last year. I bought the car on a Monday and by Thursday it died driving on the freeway. Tried several times to have the car running again over the course of several months only to end up calling it a loss. The warranty that was included in the sale is not accepted by almost every mechanic I contacted. The one they did locate was an hour away from where I live. Dealing with the management after this was an absolute nightmare. Purchasing a car here was the BIGGEST REGRET. Buyer beware. read more

Great experience! Normally I dread going to a dealership and dealing with the high pressure salespeople but this was not the case at Premium Finance. Jessica was extremely attentive and listened to exactly what I was looking for. She had a couple of options ready to go for me when I arrived at the dealer and gave me her honest feedback on these. Every interaction I had with her (over the phone, email and in person) was professional and seamless. She's the reason I decided to come back a second time and make my final purchase. If you are looking into Premium Finance for your next car purchase, ask for Jessica. You will glad and relieved you did! read more

BRING A SCANNER AND CHECK THE CODES. The cars look great but run terribly, I got my first car here and the next day I had to bring it back to their "trusted mechanic" because the engine light and other sensors turned on. I would recommend bringing a trusted mechanic to look at the car with you since their mechanic they recommend who is down the street will tell you everything's fine when it is clearly not. The sales man who was there when I got my car was so terrible I literally asked him to "sell me the car" so that he could sell me on all the features and great qualities the car had. He did not help me whats so ever through the car viewing process but after getting the car they pressured me in taking a pic with him for their website.. the next day when I went back to their office because my car sensors were going crazy he gave me a dirty look, didn't greet me when I walked in and continued watching the tv in the waiting lobby. As a previous customer of Premium Finance, best advise I can give you if you're looking to purchase a car here is please bring a trusted mechanic to look at the car you are interested in and have them look into the codes they might have deleted or hidden. These cars may look great and have you tempted but having it break down the next day is not worth it. read more
