I was searching for a 2021 Nissan Kicks SV and found these guys through CarGurus. This dealer is very small but don't let that fool you because they're big on customer service! Albert was my salesperson who was the first to respond online over the big dealerships. They're very motivated to sell without being pushy and everything was negotiable unlike the bad experience I had with the Nissan dealer where they act like they're doing you a favor by selling you an overpriced vehicle! I was left, feeling very unhappy with my experience with this place. We were interested in a vehicle, and wanted our mechanic to check it out. We were dealing with Ivan, who seemed very accommodating. He said we would have to drive up there (45 min away) to pick up the car to take it to the mechanic. We got most of the way there when they called us to say THEY would take it to the mechanic instead, the next morning, since it was already late. I wish they would've told us that before we left the house. Then it felt like they started playing with us because they didn't bring it to the mechanic in the morning like they promised, and Ivan told me that the owner wanted us to know that he was firm on the price with no negotiating, before they brought it . We told Ivan that would be OK, but the car still didn't make it to the mechanic that morning. Then I spoke to the owner, but wasn't getting a good feeling they were being upfront with us based on what he said about the situation. Eventually, they did take the car to the mechanic, who found several issues, none of which were major, but still a significant cost. But They had already taken the car back from the mechanic so they didn't even give him a chance to make the repairs. At that point, I got tired of this whole process and told them I was no longer interested in the vehicle. I give them some credit for not barking at us, wanting a mechanic to look at it, and even for them, bringing it to the mechanic themselves. But I felt I spent far too much time on the phone talking to these guys, and trying to coordinate, and would have spent less of my time just taking it to the mechanic myself. read more
