I came in with an issue on my 2023 HR-V involving the Honda Sensing safety systems, and all three of them went above and beyond to help me. They listened to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure the issue was taken care of at no cost, even though my warranty had expired by time. Crystal, Aaron, and Abe were patient, professional, and truly cared about helping me feel safe and supported. Their kindness and excellent customer service made a stressful situation so much easier. Thank you all for your honesty, respect, and dedication. I'm very grateful for the way I was treated, and I highly recommend this dealership because of people like them.

    I've been at this dealership 4 times already for an ongoing issue with the quarter glass molding…read moresticking out on my brand new Civic Hybrid. On the first visit, it took them 6 hours just to get an advisor to look at the vehicle and determine the molding needed to be replaced and they are going to order a new molding. The second visit, it took hours just for the glass company's to come out and do the installation. They did a poor job and left all the glass inside instead of cleaning it up. The issue was still not fixed. So we had to come back a 3rd time to complain about the issue not being fixed and they ordered the part. On the 4th time back, the glass company did another reinstallation, and was deemed a manufacturer defect from Honda. Mind you American Honda Motor Co. has already been contacted and will not take accountability and accept it is a manufacturing defect because the dealership is saying it is not. This dealerships outsources their glass replacements and work with an incompetent subsidiary in the city of Bellflower instead of doing glass repairs in-hourse or have the repairs done by a certified Honda tech advisor. Norm Reeves states that they have already ordered a brand new molding part 2 times and when the issue remained unresolved, they threw their arms back and said there is nothing they can do further except have me open up the claim with American Honda Motor Co. Because of the glass company's incompetency and Norm Reeves & AHM refusing to take accountability, I contacted my very own glass company, who stated it is indeed a defect and found out for us that this glass company scratched the molding and attempted to cover it up with primer. I would rather work with them moving forward. I worked with Thanh Sabatier, Service Team Lead, on the initial order, then it was escalated to Kevin Harris, Customer Service Manager, then Michael Vasquez, Service Department Manager, all whom were not able to assist me in anyway. Shame on you Norm Reeves. Do better.

    I never thought I'd leave a positive review about a car buying experience. I expected this to take…read moremost of the day, but it didn't. We were in and out in about two hours. Aaron O, Andy V, and Oscar B were professional, straightforward, and respectful of our time from start to finish. There was no pressure and no unnecessary waiting around. Aaron was especially easy to work with. He was personable and kind, and he took great care of my mother, which I really appreciated. We got the deal we were hoping for without any drawn-out back-and-forth or the usual "let me check with my manager" routine. The process felt honest and efficient, which is not something I ever expected to say about buying a car. Overall, a very solid experience. I would definitely recommend Norwalk forever and ever. And I hope this same team will be around when it's time for me to buy a new car!

While the car was advertised at $27,634, the…read moresales manager, Eric, insisted on a $1,995 'mandatory' Zurich Shield and Key Replacement fee. As a professional automotive mechanic and manager myself, I know that these add-ons are optional. Under the 2026 California CARS Act, dealerships are prohibited from misrepresenting 'optional' products as mandatory or charging for items that provide no benefit to the specific buyer. Since I have the shop and the equipment to program my own keys and apply my own sealants, these fees are entirely valueless to me. Furthermore, this vehicle is 'Toyota Gold Certified.' Per Toyota's own national CPO standards, the vehicle is required to include two master keys to pass the 160-point inspection. Charging nearly $2,000 for 'key insurance' on a car that is already required to have two keys is a redundant and predatory practice. When I called this out, the manager's response was that the price was 'firm' and my professional perspective as a technician was just a 'personal perspective.' I was ready to buy at the advertised price, but I will not do business with a dealership that ignores its own certification standards and state law. If you want a transparent deal, look elsewhere
