Horrible service went in 11/1 to look at a car told us a price and said he would fix the couple things that were wrong with it. Came to pick it up 11/5 and nothing was fixed when we went to signs the document the price went up by a lot !!!! he told us he would respect that price the day before when we test drove it ! When we tried talking to him about it he had attitude about it and walked away. If you're looking to get a car don't come here. GOOD THING THEY ARE CLOSED NOW- bought a 2013 genesis from this dealership took it for a test drive noticed the tranny a little rough but I was getting the extended warranty anyway. So then tranny went out 2k miles later got it replaced for $100 deductible not bad. Then I go to get a smog and catalytic converter is aftermarket and doesn't pass smog. Now I need to replace cat at my expense. They had the car listed at 15k put 6k down thinking I would lower the amount. Nope. Took my down payment and gave me the loan at 15k. If I could give him a zero I would. My son and his girlfriend advised him their credit was not the best and that hers is practically non existent. He told them "take the car, I guarantee you'll get financed" and took their $2500. They were not financed and he said he legally only has to give them $800 back. My son called him back to try and reason with him and he hung up on him. Apparently this isn't the first time he's done this. We have recently found out 3 banks have cut ties with him due to his unethical practices. We will be filing with the CA attorney general, Dept of Consumer affairs, and BBB. If I could give this place negative stars trust me I would. My personal experience with this place was awful. After searching on CarGurus, we found this dealer. It had the SUV we had been looking for ( GMC Acadia Denali 2012 ). We drove Tuesday March 3rd from Bakersfield Ca down to Whittier not to test our luck in getting the car but because one of the guys there called my husband after filling out a online application guaranteeing he could drive off that car lot with that specific Auto with $3,000 down, the rest of course financed. So anyway, we drove down, after looking at the car, seeing the interior dirty with milk stains and so on.. well we decided we still wanted to get it. After talking to one guy ( I don't know his name ) he called another one in that was the one I guess my husband had been communicating with and told him that we were there for the Acadia Denali 2012. This guy comes over and states that we wouldn't be able to get financed by them and that he knew that NO dealer would be able to work with us. That's fine, I understand that, that isn't what bothered me, the thing is... salesman should be more considerate about people's time and not make them drive down if they had no interest in helping is out. Yes both mine and my husband's credit had numerous repos but they had already seen that on our credit when he did the application online, so why lie. The guy there even had the nerve to tell us he would call the following day and let us know if they would be able to help us.. And believe me when I say.. I NEVER received a call back!! read more

Guys are super nice, and seem to be honest. I think a lot of bad reviews are from people with no common sense, which you need at least a little bit of when buying a car. A handful of times I asked the sales rep a question about a car I was looking at and he said "I don't know". That is a perfectly acceptable answer, and if something went wrong with a car it would have been on me for not knowing myself when looking at it. The car I'm referencing here was an old collectible van with 225k+ miles. I ended up buying a car known for reliability, which is what you should be looking for when you're in a used car lot. Really awful place to get a car from. They sold us a lemon AND TRIED TO STATE ON THE CONTRACT THAT IT HAD LESS MILES THAN IT REALLY DID. We caught it and they said that the actual miles did not "really matter". Everytime something went wrong with it (that was clearly covered under the contract) they gave us the run around. So far the worst experience ever. My engine blew after right under 3 months, no warring or error messages on the display prior. I have not put a lot of miles on the vehicle so it was still covered under a 3rd party warranty. Called GWC warranty who then sent out a the inspector stated that the car had the incorrect gasket on the engine. Basically an internal engine issue. Literally I have nothing done on the vehicle beside required oil change. I have receipts to everything. I am employed full time a mother and a full time student. Never late on a payment or anything. I'm not even trying to get compensated for the wages lost. VALLEY VIEW MOTOR REFUSES TO WORK WITH ME. I will be reporting them to BBB and have since contacted a lawyer. I test drove a 2007 Chevy truck from this dealership today. Uppn inspection my boyfriend discovered the brake lights did not work , the front tires were bald, interior air vent was broken on the dash and there was a problem with the transmission and the front bumper was not attached properly. I had their mechanic test drive it with us and he also noticed these problems. In talking to the finance department they also changed the price once they found out I wanted to finance the vehicle and added another $3,000 to the price. Went in on Tuesday to finalize the purchase, and they sold the car to someone else... wtf. THEN... they fail to return my $500 after multiple attempts. Stay away from this shady business. read more

My husband purchaed a work truck here. I must say, they were very helpful and cordial and gave us flexible terms for the deposit. We have had the truck for a few months and made payments on time. We hadn't recieved our plates, so reached out. They made some sort of mistake and the plates were not processed correctly with the DMV. We have returned 4 separate times over the past 2 weeks and have been given the runaround. They say that there is nothing they could do to remedy the situation. We cannot drive thl truck that we are paying for due to missing plates and I find it unbelievable that they cannot remedy the situation. And of course, this sevice was included in the price that we paid. Unbelievable. It's been such a headache, that our initial experience is overshadowed by thier lack of concern over this problem.
