TERRIBLE customer service. I had tried numerous times to get ahold of a sales rep. They kept telling me someone was going to call me back, and no one ever did. I finally got ahold of someone after some time and discussed the price of a vehicle. Being that I lived 1.5 hours away and the vehicle was overpriced to begin with, I was very upfront that I was only going to drive down if they were willing to work on the price. The sales rep Clara said "yes we are able to work on the price" to which I asked her to please double check with her manager and let me know ahead of time if they aren't so that I didn't need to drive down. I never heard back from her again. We tried calling days before the appointment and again, we weren't able to get ahold of anyone. When we finally did, we were told Clara was going to give us a call back. No call. Fast forward to the appointment with Clara. We arrive, the car supposedly isn't even at that lot. Then Clara has the audacity to say that they are only going to drive the car over if we're okay with the list price because they are not coming to come down at all. Unbelievable. Don't waste your time with these people. They have no concept of what customer service is or how to conduct business. We should've seen how unresponsive they were from the get-go as a big red flag. read more

I am 22 years old, i have excellent credit, and I have a stable job making more than my parents, but every time I walked into an Infiniti dealer, they looked at me once and dismissed me by my appearance. I guess they didn't think i could afford a car at this age. When I walked into this dealership, I felt welcomed, they took me seriously, and gave me a great deal. So after close to two months of looking for a pearl white stick shift G37, I got my car from this place. My car is in about the best condition than anything else i found and with a much better history and maintenance record. That was really more important to me. This place has a lot of really nice cars. They're not the cheapest since there are a lot of cars out there that are dinged up with accidents and frame damage when you look at the carfax history report, but I did end up getting the best car I found at a better price than other cars that I found to be more expensive and with conditions that weren't even as good. Financing was quick too. I got approved the same day and got a low interest rate. Family atmosphere which I definitely prefer to my other experiences. I was super relaxed the whole time. Just like any used car shop i bought a vehicle with promises and supposebly warranty the people there where great super nice anyhow i soon started having problems with the vehicle and had to pay for my repairs there in their own shop with their mechanic also before i sign for the vehicle they assure me i would get the parts missing from the vehicle which included buttons and cargo ramp which i never received and was pushed off that they where waiting on the order everytime i asked i payed about 28,000 for a vehicle it wasnt worth it lesson learned please dont use this car shop for used vehicles on top of everything their mechanic is really bad just went for an oil spill and he said there was nothing wrong and my dad check it and i was right there was a spill!!! read more

I went I was so happy to drive off in my Nissan maxima I gave 2500 down and I've officially had it maybe 4 months and the motor is out the mechanic told me they did their little tricks like I was in shock I'm in debt with this car that gave up on me I'd understand if I didn't take care of it it's on me but I am a person who does oil changes on time ect I'm just in shock I should have never stopped !!! So we bought an Escalade, and we were originally happy with it. They said they got it inspected so we believed them. The next day we took it to a very trusted mechanic and boy was I angry. The water pump, thermostat, drive shaft, rack & pinion, multiple gaskets, total cost around $5-6k in repairs. Not only that, but there was a leak in a tire that they knew about and said they fixed it. The brakes were bad so it had issues stopping properly. And the drivers seat belt wouldn't click the first time you tried so it took a bit of playing with it to work. Then they gave us issues because they couldn't confirm employment, yet they never asked for the information. So we were asked to give them the information or return the vehicle. So we gladly took the truck back. They said they would give us our cash back from the down payment as well. So we got there, and after almost an hour they finally started the paperwork. Then they took their time, saying we stole a remote, that we added a lot of miles, etc... What a horrible experience. We ended up getting a check back, and when we said that's not cash, they said a check is cash to them. Overall, worst experience buying a car ever. This was my 12th vehicle purchase and seriously what a joke. read more
