Los tres escuchamos lo que dijo el vendedor y al negarlo nos dio mucha desconfianza. Encima de eso por ser mujer tratando de negociar la tratan a uno como si no supiera de lo que está hablando. Guarden su dinero y vallan a otro lado. Y no compren carros de otro estado. Be careful with this place! We went to see a car and we took my brother-in-law who doesn't speak Spanish but understands it. The man showing us the car explained to us that, they inspect the cars before putting them up for sale and mentioned that even those they receive from out of state do not get put out for sale until they are "ready." My brother-in-law, my niece, and I heard the same thing. When my brother-in-law asked him in English if the car we were looking at was from another state, the man got nervous and denied having made the comment even after I repeated the question in Spanish and his comment. My brother-in-law in front of the man explained to us that many resale dealers bring cars from other states with water damage that cause a lot of irreparable problems. The three of us listened to what the seller said and when he denied it, he lost our trust. On top of that, because you are a woman trying to negotiate, they treat you as if you don't know what you are talking about. Save your money and go somewhere else. And don't buy cars from another state.

Got the car on Sunday ,took it back Monday and yet they have not reached out with help or a resolution. So disappointed. Have never ,ever seen a dealer hide and treat clients this poorly.
