If I was able to give 0 stars I would AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS. They only care about $$$$, they take HOURS to attend you. Sonia was the absolute WORST literally DEVIL, we were there for HOURS and she had the nerve to say we were always in a rush. After we signed the paperwork and paid the deposit because all they care about is getting the money first she mentioned the loan was not approved and I had to wait 2-3 weeks for a response. She was EXTREMELY rude. This was the worst first car purchase ever. While we were there she ripped another customers paperwork in-front of his face. They are scammers and don't care about their customers well-beings . We didn't even have time to put insurance on it! I got in an accident two days after getting the car back from your hands! The air bags also did not deploy. Read that in the fucking police report. The report also got wrong what lanes I was in. They ask you what happened right after it happened . They asked me while I was getting put in an ambulance to the hospital. I also told them I just got the tires put on. Never admitted to fault. even stated that the car didn't break . The whole fucking car flipped cause you don't know how to put on fucking tires on and it was a fuck up car . Read all of these one star reviews . All put in the same situations , they don't plan on changing . Si pudiera darle 0 estrellas a este dealer lo haría la verdad nose por dónde empezar si quieren comprar carro de este dealer piénselo dos veces antes de hecharse una deuda encima si esos carros a la larga les va a traer puros problemas, primero yo compré un Chevy Malibú 2016 pensando que no tendría que meterle mano a ese carro por un buen tiempo pero al año empezaron los problemas el check engine se encendió quise llevarlo a que me lo arreglaran con ellos y que hicieron se lavaron las manos que el carro tenía millas de más y que ya no podían hacer efecto la disque garantía que te dan y eso a mi no me dijieron eso al principio después quise ir a cambiarlo a un dealer Toyota y ahí me di cuenta que el carro ya había sido chocado y reconstruido y está devaluado por solo 7,000 dls y yo pagué por ese carro 16,000 eso a mi nunca me lo mencionaron ahora el carro tiene un fallo en los frenos y el mecánico me dijo que ese carro ya lo tenía antes de que lo compraran entonces este dealer no te dice la verdad al 100% solo para que te eches encima una gran deuda que al final va sa venir pagando más por arreglar los problemas que te dan esos carros hasta la fecha sigo pagando este carro y lo voy seguir pagando pero solo quisiera decirles que no compren aquí porque no saben cómo vienen esos carros. read more

We buy a car like a month and a half ago the finance that they find we're asking for so many paper work that we didn't have, after so many calls and going back and forward Saul the finance manager ask to take the car back but on the phone call the deal was to take the car back and he was going to give me the down payment, btw at this point we're having mechanical problemas with car (shaking when driving) well it's been 3 weeks since we took the car back and they haven't give me my money, he didn't answer our calls anymore he say in two week it's been 3 today I get a hold of him, he is saying that there is no one in the office that actually can help me and hang up on me. I can't say enough about these guys! I came on a Saturday to try my luck on purchasing my first car with my family and the entire time the team was extremely attentive and caring. After finalizing everything the one thing I didn't have was the proper insurance and they stayed with me as I tried multiple times to contact my agent and unfortunately I couldn't but Joel was really patient with us and until I got my insurance issues figured out and they checked in with me multiple times throughout this process. Right away gave issues and when I told them about it they basically said it wasn't their problem and didn't offer to help fix it. The service dept I took it to said if the car was truly inspected the dealership would have found the issue, not only that but when I signing paperwork I heard the salesman boasting to his friends about how he scammed some other people for 6k. In this occasion, I could not disagree more, I came in on a Friday afternoon to talk to Joel about making a purchase. He showed me all the cars I requested to view, which was more than 4! All the staff were troopers for working with me.. I can be difficult at times, but these guys managed. I was not fully ready to commit, so I came back the next day. Wuddup ppl i got a dodge charger srt8 from this place. At first i was happy then the next day they called me back in and they broke the contract we agreed to!!! I wanted to give back the car they said they will take it but you'll wont get your 6k back and this was all because of the warranty!!! They took that away!!! And i fill that they set me up for failure!! Ever since i got the car i been having problems i spent over 500 bucks in parts!!! But now its even worse MY MOTOR IS KNOCKING!!! I talked to a mechanic he said its gonna at least cost me 3k!!! To fix it and i only had the car for 5 months!!!i bearly did my 4th payment and the motor is fucked!
