They told me I could pick up the next morning , then said oh you can't we took it to pass smog and it didn't. A dealer cannot legally sell a car that has not passed smog, that the purchaser cannot take home. They got my money, and said oh well we can have the car ready some time next week. There was a reason it didn't pass... so I'd be buying a car w something wrong. Who knows what and why it didn't pass smog. A newer car shouldn't have trouble passing. So, I had to drive over an hour to the dealer, to sign a "cancellation" of the contract and "sell" the car back to them. !!!!!! I had to pay to cancel the check, as they didn't have it anymore to return to me. The whole thing was a miserable expletives. None of the cars were clean, the air was low on the tires and the salesman didn't want to be there. I saw the contrast when I went elsewhere. Just about everyone was more professional than this place. Avoid it.

By the time we made the drive to Downey, we were completely overstimulated and exhausted. The dealership itself has an amazing energy--great music and a fun vibe--but we were overwhelmed. Enter Cindy. She literally felt like an angel stepping out from the back. Her presence instantly brought a sense of calm. She was remarkably patient, actually listened to what we needed, never rushed us, and seamlessly pivoted with us every step of the way--all while keeping a warm, reassuring smile. Jose and the rest of the staff were just as incredible, taking total care of us by making sure our phones were charged and keeping us supplied with water and snacks. We felt so valued and completely at ease. It's no mystery why Downey Hyundai has such high ratings. If you want a stress-free, compassionate car-buying experience, ask for Cindy and Jose!

Their website also says they will match other dealership promotions, so that's a big plus. While waiting, they have a decent waiting area stocked with coffee, a few chips, and, to my surprise, donuts. I came in at 6:30 AM and had my car done and picked up by 7:50. We had been hoping to find an affordable, clean, and reliable Sienna after a bad experience with a previous dealership. The same day we came in to test drive the vehicle, I told Will that we wanted to move forward with the purchase. When we returned the very next day, he already had all of the paperwork prepared and ready for us to sign. We completed the purchase that day and also dropped off two other vehicles we needed to sell, after Will let us know he could help us with that as well. Working with Will has been a completely different experience from what we've had elsewhere. He was honest, straightforward, and respectful of our time. The vehicle was genuinely in fantastic condition, the paperwork process was efficient, and the entire experience was smooth and stress-free. He also made it clear that if anything came up after the purchase, we could reach out and they would take care of it, which meant a lot to us. Will listed our other vehicles right away and even handles the detailing--either as a paid service or by deducting it from the sale price. He's very transparent about his pricing and only makes $500 on trade-ins, which feels more than fair given the convenience and the amount of work involved. It truly feels like a one-stop shop, and we really appreciate how seamless everything has been. We're looking forward to continuing to work with Will and will absolutely be coming back when we're ready for our next vehicle purchase. Thank you, Will--we truly appreciate your honesty and professionalism!

I found a vehicle online and Tony reached out after I requested more information. I asked if there was any flexibility on the price, and he was completely transparent that there wasn't. I understood, especially since I had been searching for a 4Runner with a third row for almost two months and knew how hard they were to find. I decided to go see it and I'm so glad I did. I worked with Tony and Mack and shared some of my hesitations. Instead of trying to convince me to buy that specific vehicle, they listened to my concerns and showed me other options that better addressed what I was looking for. They gave me time, answered my questions, and never once made me feel pressured. Once I made my decision, the finance process was just as easy. Emilio knew I planned to finance through my credit union unless they could beat my rate, and there was no pressure. He asked if I wanted to hear about any additional products or add ons, I said no, and that was it. No sales pitch or back and forth. The entire experience was such a breath of fresh air. Tony, Mack, and Emilio were transparent, patient, and easy to work with. I left with my new car feeling great about my purchase. This was easily one of my favorite car buying experiences, and I would absolutely recommend this team.

**1/5 stars -- Started excited, ended feeling used**…read more This was my first time ever buying a car, and I walked in nervous -- I actually brought a stress ball with me because that's how much anxiety I had going into it. But talking to our salesperson, H, put me at ease. He was reassuring, made me feel like I was in good hands, and by the time we finished I was genuinely excited. I even asked for business cards because I wanted to come back and leave the most glowing review I could. That excitement didn't last. During the sale, H told us we could not install an alarm system later, could not add the KARR system after the fact, and could not use a Honda manufacturer alternative down the line. Believing him, we agreed to buy their $1,095 KARR Security System on the spot. None of that turned out to be true. Two days later, 07/28/2026, when I tried to cancel other add-ons, Financial Services rep Saul Murillo told me I couldn't get GAP coverage anywhere else -- also false, since GAP is widely available through banks and other lenders. He also told me I'd have to physically drive back to the dealership just to sign a VSA cancellation form. I brought the misrepresentation up with GM M. Stein, who agreed to process the VSA cancellation but denied the KARR claims were misrepresented and says that charge is non-refundable. What should have been an exciting milestone turned into feeling misled and taken advantage of during what was supposed to be a special moment for me. If you're buying here, record what's said in the finance office, get everything in writing, and independently verify any "you can't do this elsewhere" claims before you sign -- because in my experience, they weren't true.

Baby blue, black top, black leather seats--basically, the car version of a tropical vacation. We roll up to Titanium International Motors in Santa Ana, and boom--there it is. A little lot, but it didn't matter because my Beetle was practically waving at me. I swear it winked. We're immediately greeted by Sam Adam, the sweetest salesman in history. He's so nice, I'm wondering if he's secretly training for sainthood. After a quick test drive around the block, just my husband and I (we kept it low-key because this was our moment), we took a closer look. This thing was 2013, but looked like it was born yesterday--shiny, sleek, and had this mysterious diesel engine. Did I know what a TGI engine was? Nope. Did I care? Also nope. It was one of two in the U.S. and the other one was in Florida. So basically, if I didn't buy it, who knows what might happen? It could get swept away by a hurricane and I'd never forgive myself. The car didn't start right away (which was a bit of a "hello?!" moment), but I figured it was just being dramatic. Maybe it was like me after a long nap--just needed some time to wake up. Sam was super chill about it, though, and even credited us for a new battery and an oil change. It was like he was paying me to take it home. Fast forward to 4:30 p.m. and I'm cruising down the road in my new baby blue Beetle, top down, wind in my hair, feeling 16 again.
