Not many cars do that nowadays thats a hybrid~Most go 60/40 Searching online, we found one at Romcar that looked decent and had the mileage range we were looking for. I called to verify if the vehicle was still available at their lot, Art immediately and politely confirmed yes! We trekked over and noticed how he already pulled out the car in question ready for us to view which was a positive thumbs up on our end because we were busy Sunday viewing multiple places. We met Art and he listened to our situation, our concerns, and answered any of our questions and let us test drive it with thorough instructions on the route! After we agreed on an Out‑the‑Door price, the dealership had me complete a full credit application. They ran a hard inquiry on my credit -- something no buyer takes lightly -- and I moved forward in good faith. I even scheduled an independent pre‑purchase inspection to verify the condition of the vehicle. After that point, communication from the dealership completely stopped. I sent multiple emails and texts over several days asking for basic updates on transport, documentation, and next steps. I received no response at all. Today, I learned from the inspection company that the vehicle had been sold to someone else before they could even perform the inspection. The dealership never notified me the car was no longer available, despite having my credit information, my inspection appointment, and my ongoing communication. This is not how a professional dealership operates. Running a buyer's credit, agreeing to terms, and then disappearing while selling the car to someone else is unacceptable. A simple message letting me know the vehicle was sold would have prevented wasted time, money, and stress. I will be filing formal complaints with the appropriate consumer agencies so this pattern is documented. To future buyers: Be cautious before allowing this dealership to run your credit or assuming they will honor a negotiated agreement. My experience shows that communication and transparency are not their priority.

He got under the truck to examine due to a small puddle of oil. He confirmed it was clearly not a "loose oil drain bolt" and stated it was obvious to anyone the leak was a bigger issue; possibly to do with the oil pan due to the amount of oil throughout the undercarriage. They did state the issue would be looked into and fixed prior to taking ownership of the truck but were clear it couldn't be looked at or addressed the "same day" as the mechanic location down the street had just shut down for the day and everyone had left. So this claim that it was fixed the same day is highly suspect and further leads me to believe this is a dishonest business. Either they lied about being able to look at it while I was there or they are lying about fixing the issue the same day. Being we are confident it wasn't a drain plug issue, you the reader of this, can do the math. As I stated, due to the issues I did start with a very low out the door offer of $30k, which the owner points out but does not mention the fact they came back stating the full price plus all costs...I countered with an offer of $35k out the door and was brushed off. At that point I asked if they had any intention on negotiating the price wherein I was told what I outlined in my original review. All of this aside, there is no excuse, and not shockingly no apology, for running my credit prior to any negotiations taking place. I hope this review saves at least one other person from making the mistake of doing business at this location.
