When a small issue came up with my truck wash, Christopher personally called me, apologized, and made it right--allowing me to come in and have my truck properly washed. His communication was excellent, his follow-through flawless, and he made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Christopher is the reason I'll continue to choose Penske Toyota. We came in for an oil change shortly before closing. I completely understand that it was later in the day, and I would have had no problem being told to come back another time. However, we were still accepted for service by Nancy Velasco and told the car would be ready in about 40 minutes. When we returned shortly after, we received a call by her asking where we were, and the tone felt unnecessarily passive aggressive. From the initial interaction to the follow up, the communication came across with an attitude that didn't feel welcoming or professional. I also spoke briefly with a manager, but the concern seemed a bit dismissed, which was disappointing. I truly understand that working with customers especially close to closing can be frustrating at times. But a simple, polite response goes a long way, especially for returning customers like us. Overall, I still value this location and the service I've received in the past, but I hope this is something that can be addressed moving forward. I would hate to come back and see her with the same attitude. A little kindness and professionalism makes all the difference

    TERRIBLE customer service…read more I had tried numerous times to get ahold of a sales rep. They kept telling me someone was going to call me back, and no one ever did. I finally got ahold of someone after some time and discussed the price of a vehicle. Being that I lived 1.5 hours away and the vehicle was overpriced to begin with, I was very upfront that I was only going to drive down if they were willing to work on the price. The sales rep Clara said "yes we are able to work on the price" to which I asked her to please double check with her manager and let me know ahead of time if they aren't so that I didn't need to drive down. I never heard back from her again. We tried calling days before the appointment and again, we weren't able to get ahold of anyone. When we finally did, we were told Clara was going to give us a call back. No call. Fast forward to the appointment with Clara. We arrive, the car supposedly isn't even at that lot. Then Clara has the audacity to say that they are only going to drive the car over if we're okay with the list price because they are not coming to come down at all. Unbelievable. Don't waste your time with these people. They have no concept of what customer service is or how to conduct business. We should've seen how unresponsive they were from the get-go as a big red flag.

We had been hoping to find an affordable, clean, and reliable Sienna after a bad experience with a previous dealership. The same day we came in to test drive the vehicle, I told Will that we wanted to move forward with the purchase. When we returned the very next day, he already had all of the paperwork prepared and ready for us to sign. We completed the purchase that day and also dropped off two other vehicles we needed to sell, after Will let us know he could help us with that as well. Working with Will has been a completely different experience from what we've had elsewhere. He was honest, straightforward, and respectful of our time. The vehicle was genuinely in fantastic condition, the paperwork process was efficient, and the entire experience was smooth and stress-free. He also made it clear that if anything came up after the purchase, we could reach out and they would take care of it, which meant a lot to us. Will listed our other vehicles right away and even handles the detailing--either as a paid service or by deducting it from the sale price. He's very transparent about his pricing and only makes $500 on trade-ins, which feels more than fair given the convenience and the amount of work involved. It truly feels like a one-stop shop, and we really appreciate how seamless everything has been. We're looking forward to continuing to work with Will and will absolutely be coming back when we're ready for our next vehicle purchase.
