My mom knows will so she brings me here to buy cars! He lets us test drive with our DL! I might cash out on this 2019 BMW, for $25,000 cash with $1,000 off the price so less tax, no financing needed! It has 30k miles on it & it's clean! First selling my current car to my dad for $5,500 then I'll put down $20,000 and pay for my car insurance/gas/maintenance and the title will be mine. I'm 30 no kids so this might be a good look for me. It's reliable as well. Something new for my 31st bday!

Came to this Dealership for my Retirement present... Wil, the owner is not just a great person. He actually takes the time to make sure that you are happy with your purchase, and that you understand EVERYTHING about your purchase, and most importantly to me is that I really felt like he cared throughout the whole process. I won't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone and everyone. I've already passed on his information to four of my ex colleagues. They are a BLESSING...and I sincerely wish nothing but the absolute best for them

I waited about 3 months since I've purchased this car to make this review, I  have a 2020 civic that I purchased from our next car and I waited to have enough time with the car so I could make a genuine review. The car was advertised on craigslist by Juan, one of our next car's employees, Will seems like a nice guy and was very helpful throughout the process and this is why I'm conflicted to make this review. About a week and a half after purchasing the car I decided to do an oil change just to be certain that the oil was new and clean, I noticed that the area where the spark plugs are was full of what seemed to be tree nuts which lead me to believe they don't do a thorough inspection on the cars, I never bothered to call them about this issue because I didn't get a warranty on the car and it was an easy clean up with a vacuum. About two months into owning the car I noticed that the paint on the front bumper started to literally peel off, these cars are salvaged titled and the bumper was one of the "repaired" areas of this specific car, I just don't think that it's a good buy considering I paid 20k for a salvaged titled with a really bad paint job, the reason I paid that amount was because I was under the impression that the repair job that they do on the cars is top notch quality, but it really isn't, I would have gone somewhere else and gotten the same salvaged car for much cheaper with the same bad quality repairs but that's my fault I guess. If you buy a car here maybe try to haggle the price to something much lower than what they are asking for or just go somewhere else where they sell salvaged vehicles, again, Will is a nice guy but I think that maybe he's not in charged of going over the repairs himself. Hopefully this review helps people out or at least serves as constructed criticism for the business to improve on, I'll just save my money and have the bumper professionally repainted in the future.

Will was great. No pressure at all which I appreciated . Car was a salvage but was in perfect condition and low miles. Super clean inside and out including the engine. I could not find anything wrong with it. It was like NEW!! I have had the car 3 months with 0 issues. I was happy to find a great top of the line car for a great price and low miles. Everything went super smooth. Thanks again. I would buy from Will again.

Conversation with owner (Will) regarding an inquiry about one of their vehicles.

I wouldn't even give this place a single star if it were possible. I'll admit, I could have been a but nicer to Will who had been communicating with me regarding a 2016 BMW M3 that I had been inquiring about. Nonetheless, I was trying to learn more about why the listing for a 2016 BMW M3 had been claimed as "totaled" by the insurance company, yet Will seemed to be just as confused, and couldn't provide me with any more information as to why this was besides telling me to look at the pictures on the website. I DID look at the pictures. ALL of them, and multiple times. There seems to be a few pictures that are alluding to very minor cosmetic scratches, but in no way would this constitute the car to be "totaled" by anyone who has a decent set of eyes. Along with the little information that Will seemed to provide, it seemed even more apparent that even after I had explained to him that I was a serious buyer (which I am), and that I was willing to pay full cash for a car (which I am), he couldn't have seemed any less interested in winning over my business. I have been heavily involved in the car sales industry, and know that any good salesman would have called the customer right away, especially one who is clearly looking to make a deal. How come I was given such blunt responses? Is something being hidden? Why could you not provide me with the Carfax for a car that has been deemed "totaled"? This is not a dealership that I would ever do business with, and would encourage anyone thinking about buying a car here to be very, VERY hesitant before making a decision. Don't waste my time, just be honest with me, and at least make somewhat of an effort to make it seem like you actually want to do business with a potential buyer. Worst experience I've had with a dealership. Additionally, I could have been a bit nicer to Will and handled things better, yet I really wasn't being that harsh at all as not a single curse word was involved. But, business is business, and I don't believe that I should have been ghosted, especially as a customer who simply wanted to learn more about a car that I was SERIOUS about buying. Clearly, the customer is NOT always right for ournextcar.com. *edited: Follow up text message from Will: " if you can't afford to pay 60 bucks on a carfax if you really want one so bad I doubt you can afford a 40k car. We don't need your business so why waste our time with our employees to call you. Have a great rest of your upset life Www.ournextcar.com" Why would a dealership not buy the carfax and show that the vehicle was clean, and not totaled for a potential buyer? Because they would be spending $60 for individuals to easily see that it would never be something they should spend their money on. I would provide screenshots of our full conversation if yelp were to allow for photos to be included.

I want to thank Jay who helped people the day I went. The facility was clean and organized, so I felt very comfortable about coming here. They are next to car wash and a gas station. Also, Stonewood Mall is across the way too. The had coffee and snacks, I loved that they had Kirkland coffee pods, oh heck yea. The waiting area is not huge but enough. Jay was very knowledgeable and helpful; I overheard him helping people out. As far as value, I felt I got a good value, as I was shopping around. I was given a time estimate, and a time estimate if I wanted additional service and they were very good about meeting that. I got a free car wash at the was station next door, full service, and they did a great wash. I am already planning my next visit with them. I will update review in the future.

When I pointed out the banner at their shop that says "Free Brake Inspection" and their website which states Free Brake Inspection, he retorted that their website also states they do free smog checks, but he states they do not even do smog. (When relooking at their website, they do not mention free smog anyways.) Lorenzo stated the brake inspections were not free and the website got it wrong. When I asked him for the person in charge he stated Erika and Ezekiel were in the parts dept. It is a shame Lorenzo was the only advisor handling a long line at check in. He stated Corporate was aware of the brake inspection charge discrepancy. If they are aware and he is aware, why try to charge a customer for a "Free" brake inspection? After leaving our car here, we heard the next day of a list of repairs needed. Lorenzo stated they believed our brake caliper was seized but could not confirm it. He attempted to charge us an additional $289.47 for the brake caliper service and $152.10 for the brake fluid service in addition to the brakes and rotor replacement service charge we were expecting. The issue is that when we asked Lorenzo if he could confirm if the brake caliper was truly needed to be replaced, he could just say he highly suggests replacing it. From the beginning, this place was trying to scam. I reached out to Alex's Auto Repair in Cypress, who confirmed they could verify if the brake caliper would be needed. Alex's Auto Repair stated there would be no need to waste extra money if he could confirm the issue. Alex's Auto Repair serviced us, and simply lubricated our caliper without us needing to pay over $800 for the whole brake service like Downey Care Care was quoting us. Alex's Auto Repair took the time to verify the issue, charging us less than half of what Downey Care Care center wanted to charge. My issue with this location is they would have happily overcharged us for a service that was not needed. Take your car to Alex's Auto Repair, save your time and money. While Downey Care Care Center was busy playing around, we had to spend extra time and money booking a rental car. (Photo on the left is from Alex's Auto Repair who took the time to verify the concern and lubricate our caliper. The photo on the right includes one page of many pages of services recommended by Downey Care Center including replacing the brake caliper and fluid exchange had we chosen to go that route.) Makes me question if the remaining suggested repairs (not all pictured below) by Downey Care Care Center were even necessary.

The AC in my 2016 Honda Civic has given me trouble almost since I got it. The Honda dealership around the corner from my house was quoting me almost $4,000!! Memo, the owner, was extremely professional and was able to repair my AC the same day I took it in!! When I went to pick up the car, Memo showed me the parts that he replaced and what the problem was and even explained to me how it could have happened. He even took the liberty of replacing some of the rubber gaskets that were a little old and worn down!! Joselynn, the manager, was also extremely nice and transparent about the price when it went to pay. I am definitely going to bring my car back here if it ever breaks down again, which I don't think it will considering the amount of care that they took when repairing it. Memo took the time to properly diagnose the issue and was able to fix it for a fraction of the dealer's estimate. What I appreciate most is his honesty. He easily could have upsold me on unnecessary repairs, but instead he explained the situation clearly and only recommended what was truly needed. I recently brought my second vehicle to him and received the same outstanding level of service. It's hard to find a mechanic you can trust, and Memo has consistently earned my confidence over the years. If you're looking for an honest, skilled, and reliable auto repair shop, look no further.
