It's been a while for me to write a review but this place needs to shine. I was looking to buy a car since I was in a "HIT AND RUN" accident. I had to rent a car for a week and I need to get a new car before I return the rental.We were thinking of buying a brand new car but the prices & the monthly payment are way too high,so & me and the "BOSS" aka wife had to check out a 2nd hand car 1st before we make a decision to buy an expensive purchase.Then my wife came across to this place,which is not too far away from our house.She found a nice looking Honda Accord that is available for us to see.So we went to see it,the owner "EHAB" and his "right hand" LUIS were very nice and friendly.They let us check out the car.Let us test drove the car...Let us take it to our "MECHANIC"!!!Even our mechanic said that it's an amazing car.The only issue with the car "was " (The Fantastic Duo already took care of it,I meant the Horizon Auto sales owner and Luis)the headlights but aside from that, it's in perfect condition.Our mechanic said "buy the car .And we did.Signing the paperwork didn't take a long time....He got us a good deal on the headlights and installed it for us for free.So if you're looking for a great, affordable used car,just go to this place.You won't be disappointed.Just look for EHAB OR LUIS.They are the BEST!!! read more

Bought a vehicle last month and had a great experience. Scheduled to bring it back to fix a few minor things and they did some of it on their lot and sent me to a repair shop down the street to have the AC recharged. Great communication, fast paperwork time, and friendly. They don't have a lot of cars on their lot but they take care of what they have and take care of you while you are there. To be honest I've always been leery of these small auto sales places. I visited a few and did not get a good feeling when I looked at the quality of the used trucks and spoke with the salespeople/owners. I was looking for a truck for my father-in-law. I saw one advertised at Horizon and my wife and I decided to take a look. From the very beginning Ehab made us feel comfortable. There were no high pressure sales tactics and he gave us 100% of his attention. He answered all of our questions and then some. After we felt comfortable enough we called my father-in-law to come look at the truck. Ehab patiently answered all of the questions again. Negotiations were friendly and simple. One of my biggest concerns was driving off the lot and the truck breaking down. He included a warranty for us as well as showing all of the receipts of the work done to it. Peace of mind is priceless. Antonio is also knowledgeable and helpful. I'm still leery of most of these small used car lots but I guarantee you I will always check Horizon's inventory any time I am looking for a used vehicle. I called Horizon and spoke to Ehab.(after being turned down else where).He was able to shop a deal wIth the bank's for me and get me approved without even being there and I got a poor credit score. He and I scheduled an appointment the next day to/and closed the deal. I bought a 2014 Kia sorrento and it is cLean inside and out. Did I mention that I got a free subscription to satellite radio! I'd rate my experience with Ehab at Horizon Auto Sales more then 5 stars if I could. We went to so many auto shops before coming to Ehab and they were all horrible experiences. Horizon Auto Sales has clean good cars, Antonio the detail guy does a great job! Ehab is very patient and respectful of your needs and answers every single question or concern, and we had a lot of questions. We were in a difficult situation where we needed a car but had to wait on a few things to process before we could get one so Ehab did his best with pulling strings and working out a deal. Anywhere else would have flat out said no but he is clearly passionate about what he does and truly cares his costumers get nice cars they are happy with. He allowed us to look in and test drive over 7 to 8 cars and showed us basically every single one he had on the lot with no rushing, judgment, or those annoying sales tactics other places use. When we didn't like any of them he went out his way to make sure he found something we liked and needed. I'm really happy with my car purchase from Ehab, the owner of Horizon Auto. I got a really good price for my Honda and I was told the prices are based off of Kelley blue book's average price range so you would know it's fair. It is rare for a used car lot to give some type of warrantee and I was pleasantly surprised Horizon did (for the first 1000 miles or 30 days). I felt comfortable buying from here because of that and the whole process was quick and easy. Ehab told me if a place can't offer a warrantee, then probably it's a scam. Very true words. He is a such a nice and friendly man, which I felt on the initial phone call I made before checking out the car. He runs the business with integrity and care for the customers on a genuine level, which is a rarity in this industry. GREAT DEALER : ) I have never had a more pleasant purchasing experience! I called first thing Friday morning and spoke to Jordan, the owner. I asked him questions about pricing and condition; and he didn't dance or play games. He was very helpful, and we agreed on a time to meet for a test drive. When I got there, his assistant Juan came out to meet me and helped me with the answers to more questions. The test drive was a very no-pressure situation, and when it was time to write the contract, I felt totally blessed that Jordan was so professional, kind, thoughtful, NO-PRESSURE, and gave me a very fair price on a beautiful used Honda Civic Coupe EX complete with Carfax. But because it was already too late that day, and Monday was the Martin Luther King holiday, we could not complete the transaction until the following week when it could be funded. Jordan was kind enough to wait until the following week for the funding, and I am confident we made a great deal on a great car. Finally when the contract funded, he sent my car to me at my home 35 miles away from Bellflower, so I didn't even have to drive back to get it. That was amazing. The whole experience was impressive. As a lady, I especially appreciated the way I was treated with respect and helpfulness every inch of the way. Even the restroom was clean! These people are great to work with. Ladies, especially, go see them first! I would definitely shop here again, and I cannot recommend this dealer highly enough.
