    It was my last day to find a car after someone totaled mine. I went with my family (husband, 3 year old and an infant) Both gentlemen were polite and greeted us in great manner. I came with one car in mind and left with a better one, which it's total cost was a steal! Would definitely recommend anyone looking to buy a vehicle to come here. The process was super smooth and relatively quick comparing any other dealer sitting there over 2 hours. Super happy with their service.

    I have been shopping around for a new used car and decided to go through M Motorsport. I emailed them about a car I was Interested in and got a response from Papa, we emailed back and forth during the week, worked out some numbers and all was set to go that weekend when I could go pick up the car. I called a day or two before I went and they let me know my application was being processed for a white Prius when I had mentioned I was only interested in the black Prius. Austin mentioned that all the paperwork was down for the white one but the he went ahead and adjusted it for the black one (this should have been my first red flag.) I decided to check out their yelp and see a previous review of a potential customer explaining the same issue of dishonesty but decided to look past it and give them the benefit of the doubt. I also went on their website and noticed the black Prius said sold, but i was thinking maybe they're marking it sold bc i said i was going to come in and buy it. So I call them the morning of the day I go in person, an hour before I am scheduled to get there (11:30am) to make sure everything is still good and in order and the car I want is still available and I'm reassured it is. When I arrive, I'm made to wait a bit which is understandable bc there was only two or three people working. Well when they finally bring the car around, it's the white Prius. At this point I'm kind of annoyed because how many times can a person clarify what they don't want and what they do want? I'm hesitant to look at other cars because I know the budget I want to stick to and if I'm making a big purchase I want to make absolutely sure I love it. But since I'm there, I'm going to be a good sport and test drive something similar. I only test drove a different car because I was told price wise it was a little more but not too big of a difference ($127 certainly seems like a big jump to me) and I was told that it was in perfect condition yet when I pointed out there was some scratches in the back, their response was "well it's a used car and it's 6 years old, it's too be expected". I guess he used perfect loosely. Anyway, we talk to the finance guy and he couldn't offer anything better so he tried telling me to look past the interior, to buy seat covers, to look at different car yadda yadda. All his suggestions were things that I could do or that I could look past but none of the suggestions were something he could do for me. I decided initially not to write a yelp review because it is a sales business and things can change quickly even though i know this change didn't just happen right before i got there. However, after being sent a follow up email and getting a response that basically said, "it's not us it's you" I've decided to share my experience so other potential buyers don't waste their time or gas and maybe go the extra mile to make sure that they are not being misled. I am disappointed it wasn't able to work out considering they had a nice selection of cars and we were hoping to buy another one for my boyfriend in a few months from the same place but our business might be better off somewhere else.

    I'm sharing my experience so others can avoid what I went through after purchasing a vehicle from…read moreHilltop Cars. I was told the car had been inspected and was in good condition. Very shortly after buying it, I discovered major safety and mechanical issues that were never disclosed, including:    *   Torn/damaged engine mounts - a serious safety issue that is visible with even a basic look under the wheel well    *   Worn/unsafe tires that needed replacement    *   Alignment problems affecting safety and drivability    *   A chipped windshield that was never mentioned These were not minor fixes. I paid $3,105.47 for the mechanical repairs, plus another $147 for the windshield chip -- totaling $3,252.47 out of pocket to correct issues the dealership failed to disclose. When I brought this to their attention, I was given conflicting explanations about the "inspection." At first, I was told the car was inspected. Later, they claimed it was only a visual inspection. Even if that were true, a proper visual inspection would have clearly caught torn engine mounts, because they are visible without even lifting the car. That tells me the inspection was either not done properly, or not done at all. I was also told more than once that I would be reimbursed and that they would "cut me a check." That promise was repeated several times, yet there was no follow-through -- only delays, excuses, and shifting responses. Buying a car is a major financial commitment, and customers deserve honesty, transparency, and accountability. My experience did not reflect that. I hope this review helps others approach this dealership with caution, ask detailed questions, and insist on proper documentation before purchasing.

    Bought a car here and less than 3 months of purchase it needed a new transmission then the engine…read morestarted ticking and I went to talk to Miguel and he promise to call to fix my car it never happened I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone if you had any of these problems I would contact the department of consumer affairs immediately!
