Called again to let me know part wouldn't be in until the next morning so I would get it back Saturday. I asked if it would be ready by 11:00 because I had to be somewhere at 1:00, If not I would pick it up by closing. He said he'd try his best to get it done by 11:00. He called at 11:00 and said it was ready! I loved that he kept in touch throughout (I've never had that experience) Great experience with everyone there!

I visited the next day and after a test drive where he patiently let me go on the 710 and 405 freeways to test the vehicle, I bought it for exactly the price he quoted. He is a man of his word. Note - if you are looking for a video of the vehicle or the CarFax, I found the information spread out on their Facebook page (the video) and their Offer Up page (the CarFax report). Ted told me he did the rear brakes. When I took it to my mechanic for a reconditioning -- doing maintenance and replacing items on a high mileage vehicle -- my mechanic said the rear brakes were done, just like Ted said. I completely understand that used cars can have issues, but this isn't a minor problem, it's dangerous, and the car was already overpriced. The lack of honesty, empathy, and basic professionalism is shocking. If you value safety and respect, stay far away from this place.It's disappointing to see this kind of response instead of accountability. The truth is the car I purchased from you turned out to be a lemon. It's also clear YOUR mechanic Fernando wasn't interested in providing an honest evaluation, makes me believe he's in cahoots with you. It shouldn't be my responsibility dealing with the IRS about this when YOUR salesman promised I would get that credit from the IRS, and your response being to apply NOW for the portal and it showing an error saying the website wont accept it because it's too late and "ooops sorry we tried" is all your response on that
