Called again to let me know part wouldn't be in until the next morning so I would get it back Saturday. I asked if it would be ready by 11:00 because I had to be somewhere at 1:00, If not I would pick it up by closing. He said he'd try his best to get it done by 11:00. He called at 11:00 and said it was ready! I loved that he kept in touch throughout (I've never had that experience) Great experience with everyone there!

And if you were having issues with that, you would/should be obligated to sort it with the IRS to get my vehicle into that portal, or make it right by reaching out to me directly to find the letter I received from the IRS and see to how much I paid them for the back tax and help make things right. It shouldn't be my responsibility dealing with the IRS about this when YOUR salesman promised I would get that credit from the IRS, and your response being to apply NOW for the portal and it showing an error saying the website wont accept it because it's too late and "ooops sorry we tried" is all your response on that

Can't say enough good things about John's professionalism…read more The transmission in my 2002 Jeep Liberty went and at around 150,000 miles decided it wasn't worth putting the money into it. After not driving it for awhile the battery died. So, they weren't able to start the engine nor get an exact odometer reading. But the body is good shape as is the interior. Considering they couldn't start it, they gave me a fair deal. Would definitely recommend them to anybody looking to get rid of an old car.
